Abstract

Education plays a crucial role in individual development, enabling people to learn and apply various knowledge in life. Universitas Merdeka Malang is one of the leading higher education institutions in Indonesia. This research focuses on the campus's indirect marketing strategies to introduce itself to the broader community. Word of mouth communication and experiential marketing can be effective information sources in influencing prospective students. The research aims to analyze the impact of these two factors on the decision to choose Universitas Merdeka Malang as a study destination. The study uses primary data collected from 97 respondents, students of the Faculty of Economics and Business from the 2022-2023 academic year. Samples were selected using random sampling method, and data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. Research findings indicate that word of mouth and experiential marketing significantly influence the college selection decision.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di Desa Senggreng dilaksanakan untuk menggali potensi ibu-ibu PKK dalam membangun kemandirian ekonomi melalui kewirausahaan. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah keterbatasan pengetahuan kewirausahaan, manajemen usaha, pemasaran digital, dan akses legalitas usaha. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, kegiatan ini menghadirkan tiga materi utama, yaitu penguatan jiwa kewirausahaan, strategi digital marketing, serta pentingnya Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) dan merek. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, workshop, dan pendampingan praktis, dengan fokus pada pemberdayaan masyarakat agar lebih kreatif, inovatif, serta berani mengambil peluang usaha. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta memahami pentingnya jiwa kewirausahaan, mampu memanfaatkan media digital sebagai sarana promosi, serta mengetahui prosedur pengurusan NIB dan merek dagang. Melalui kegiatan ini, ibu-ibu PKK dan pelaku UKM Desa Senggreng diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kapasitas usaha, memperluas pasar, serta membangun keberlanjutan usaha kecil. Kegiatan ini sekaligus menjadi langkah awal mendorong terciptanya kemandirian ekonomi dan peningkatan kesejahteraan keluarga maupun desa.

Abstract

In this digital era, the internet has become an essential part of human life, including in the business world. This has encouraged the emergence of various online marketing strategies used by companies to reach consumers. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of online marketing strategies on consumer purchasing decisions. This study uses quantitative research methods. The research population is consumers who purchase products or services online. The research sample was 200 consumers selected using random sampling technique. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using the help of the SPSS program. The results showed that online marketing strategies have an effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Therefore, companies need to pay attention to the online marketing strategies used to reach consumers and increase sales.

Abstract

This study addresses the problem of investigating the extent to which congregational prayer impacts students’ learning activities. Although at SDIT Amsar the mplementation of congregational prayer has been systematically organized, students’ learning activeness has not yet demonstrated positive outcomes.This study aims to determine the effect of habitual congregational prayer on student learning activeness at SDIT AMSAR Kota Baru Karawang. The research method used was quantitative with a correlational approach. The research sample consisted of 50 students from grades IV, V, and VI selected through purposive sampling. The instrument used was a closed questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results showed a significant positive effect between habitual congregational prayer and student learning activeness. The correlation coefficient obtained was 0.722 with a significance level of 0.000 (<0.05), indicating a strong relationship between the two variables. The conclusion of this study is that consistent congregational prayer habits at school can improve students' learning activeness, both physically and mentally. It is recommended that schools continue to optimize this habit as an integral part of character education.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh penyuluhan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat desa menjadi strategi penting dalam rangka meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat dalam mengelola potensi desa secara efektif dan berkelanjutan. Melalui kegiatan penyuluhan, masyarakat diberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang relevan, sementara pemberdayaan bertujuan memperkuat partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sumber daya desa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji upaya penyuluhan dan pemberdayaan terkait potensi desa. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian yakni dengan 3 (tiga) tahapan yakni tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap evaluasi. Berdasarkan hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan terlihat bahwa penyuluhan dan pemberdayaan yang dilakukan secara terintegrasi mampu memperkuat kapasitas masyarakat dalam pengelolaan potensi desa, meningkatkan pendapatan lokal, dan memperkuat kemandirian desa. Peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat dan penguatan kelembagaan desa menjadi faktor kunci keberhasilan program ini. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, disarankan agar pemerintah dan lembaga terkait terus mendukung program penyuluhan dan pemberdayaan berbasis potensi desa guna mencapai pembangunan yang berkelanjutan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat desa secara nyata.
