Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of exchange rates on stock prices during the Covid-19 pandemic era. The population in this study was food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research period was four months, from January 2, 2020, to May 8, 2020. Research data were collected based on the weak condition of the world economy and the Indonesian economy as the impact of Covid-19 and based on the phenomenon that the food and beverage business will reap profits amid the pandemic. This study used linear regression analysis with e-Views software. The results showed that the exchange rate affects the stock price of companies engaged in the food and beverage sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of family environment and learning in college education toward financial literacy of Labora School of Manajemen students in Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach to comparative causal type. Based on the calculation of sampling using a purposive sampling method with Slovin formula obtained a minimum of 62 respondents so that the respondents get the final data. The method used is a survey method using a questionnaire given to students and answered by students and processed with a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done, the results show that the family environment, college learning has a positive and significant effect on financial literacy with a linear regression equation in this study formulated with Y = 2.054 + 0.419 X1 + 0.470 X2. The results of the study are partially family environment and learning in college education influence financial literacy and simultaneously family environment and learning in college education influence financial literacy.

Abstract

The rapid of fashion industry in Indonesia has created intense competition among the fashion industry players and attracted. One of the fashion is genuine leather handbag product. The manufacture of the leather bag in Indonesia is Abekani. These handmade products are in great demand because they have high quality and unique in their way of buying, namely through a closed group on Facebook. The rules made make group members loyal to Abekani products. Brand loyalty shows the existence of customer ties with certain brands marked by repeated purchases from customers. The concept of BRQ (Brand Relationship Quality) is a strategy that can be used by a brand to maintain and improve relationships with customers to remain on the brand so as to create brand loyalty. Based on the phenomenon of the unique way of buying Abekani products, makes consumers loyal to the brand and the existence of previous research on Brand Relationship Quality, with respondents being leather bag lovers in Solo with a sample of 36 with a purposive sampling .The analysis uses SPSS 24 for simple regression and the result is the Brand Relationship Quality strategy has a positive effect on Brand Loyalty Abekani Products.

Abstract

“A LEATHER BAGS”  a company that manufactures leather bags made from cow leather. The number of similar leather bag business causes high competition. Therefore, strategies that provide more value to consumers are needed. This study aimed to find out the right strategy to be applied by “A Leather Bags” to design a strategy that focuses on creating new market space through a canvas strategy analysis and a four-step framework through the value innovation process. A strategy canvas sanalysis was used to determine the company’s position against competitors in the market. A four-step framework is used to determine what factors need to be eliminated, reduced, improved and which will be created by the Blue Ocean strategy. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires, which the samples were 36 leather bag community members in Solo. The results of the research and discussion, the strategy that needs to be applied “A Leather Bags” Indonesia was to renew the purchasing procedure in which previously on every order of product colors and different skin types into the same color and skin type, product innovation by increasing the quality of raw material products to increase the superiority of product compared that previous product, and the last, to open services for product maintenance services and repair “A Leather Bags” products that have been purchased by consumers.

Abstract

PT. XYZ is a company engaged in ready-mix or ready-made concrete. This study aimed to analyze procurement decisions with several alternatives: rent, buy and lease, by applying the NPV (Net Present Value) method. The method was interviewing employees based on their fields and collecting the required documents. From the data analysis and evaluation carried out, then it decided to procure the truck. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that with the analysis of the NPV method, the decision to procure trucks was with a rent-to-buy model.

Abstract

PT Agung Raya is one of the companies engaged in shipping services (logistiks) that always chooses accurate strategies to always gain customer trust, maintain the company's image and of course be able to make it continue to survive in the midst of the onslaught of similar companies. The data version which used in this study is primary data, namely data obtained directly from respondents, through data collection techniques using questionnaires or questionnaires, which are filled out by respondents. The object of research in this study is the warehousing department of PT Agung Raya with the research sample being customers of the warehousing department of PT Agung Raya. The findings in this stuy indicate that there is a positive influence of customer trust on customer loyalty where the significance value was 0.006 <0.05 and the coefficient value was 0.217. There is a positive and significant effect of corporate image on customer loyalty, the significance value is 0.000 <0.05 and the coefficient value is 0.375. And there is a positive and significant influence on customer trust, company image on customer loyalty, with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and a coefficient value of 123.672. The effect of customer trust, company image on customer loyalty is 76.8%.

Abstract

Bayi berat badan lahir rendah (BBLR) adalah berat badan bayi yang kurang dari 1 jam setelah lahir dengan berat kurang dari 2500 gram atau < 2,5 kg tanpa memandang gestasi. Jadi, BBLR tidak hanya dapat terjadi pada bayi prematur tetapi dapat juga pada bayi cukup bulan yang mengalami hambatan pertumbuhan selama masa kehamilan. Asfiksia neonatorum merupakan suatu keadaan pada bayi baru lahir yang mengalami gagal bernapas secara spontan dan teratur segera setelah lahir sehingga bayi tidak adapat memasukan oksigen dan tidak dapat mengeluarkan zat asam arang dari tubuhnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Berat Badan Lahir Rendah (BBLR) dengan TerjadinyaAsfiksia Neonatorum di Ruang Perinatologi RSUD dr. Rubini Mempawah. Desain penelitian yangdigunakan adalah cross sectional menggunakan data rekam medik yang diambil secara retrospektif untuk melihat hubungan antara Bayi Berat Lahir Rendah dengan kejadian Asfiksia Neonatorum yang dilakukan pada 41 responden. Uji statistik penelitian ini menggunakan Uji Chi Square. Hasil uji statistik penelitian hubungan Berat Badan Lahir Rendah (BBLR) dengan Terjadinya Asfiksia Neonatorum didapatkan p value sebesar 0,087 (α >0,05). Tidak ada hubungan Berat Badan Lahir Rendah (BBLR) dengan Terjadinya Asfiksia Neonatorum di Ruang Perinatologi RSUD dr. Rubini mempawah.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Exchange Rates on Stock Prices during the Covid-19 Pandemic.This research was conducted using secondary data. The population in this study are infrastructure companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a sample size of 19. The research period was 4 months, namely January 17, 2020 to May 20, 2020. Data collection in this study is based on world economic conditions and Indonesia which is weakening due to the disaster the Covid-19 pandemic and based on the phenomenon that the infrastructure business will benefit amid the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a linear regression analysis method using Eviews 9. The results of the regression analysis show that Exchange Rates affect the Stock Price of the Infrastructure Sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange,these results have similarities or differences with the results of research in other emerging market countries.

Abstract

PT Trans Pratama Logistik is a company engaged in export, import, and domestic services. The purpose of this study is to analyze marketing strategies and digital media that influence the marketing process and analyze the benefits generated by marketing using digital media. In this study, the analysis and development of digital media-based marketing strategies for logistics services were carried out using the SWOT method. The research method used is a qualitative one, with data collection through interviews. The results of the SWOT analysis that has been carried out show that PT Trans Pratama Logistik, in terms of digital marketing, is in quadrant I. The strategy that is suitable for the company is an aggressive or growth-oriented marketing strategy. means the company must expand, enlarge, and accelerate the company's growth. One form of digital marketing that is suitable for application is the use of search engines, social media, and YouTube. PT Trans Pratama Logistik needs to strengthen company branding, develop products that function to maintain positioning, and improve service quality among competitors. In addition, the quality of the internet network needs to be improved in order to facilitate communication with potential customers. Invest in bandwidth usage and the network used.
