Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengelolaan program percontohan pendidikan kesetaraan Paket B di Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar Karawang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, melibatkan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dengan subyek penelitian ini ialah Kepala SKB, 1 orang Pamong Belajar, 2 orang tutor dan 2 orang warga belajar pendidikan kesetaraan paket B di SKB Karawang. Analisis data penelitian dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan simpulan serta verifikasi tentang perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanan, penilaian dan pengembangan program. Hasil  analisis penelitian diperoleh gambaran bahwa percontohan perencanaan program diawali dengan menentukan tujuan, identifikasi kebutuhan belajar, merancang kurikulum berbasis kecakapan hidup (life skills), dan merancang pembiayaan untuk kegiatan kesetaraan akademik dan keterampilan. Percontohan dalam pengorganisasian sumber daya meliputi pengelola, pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, serta sumber belajar melalui pembagian tugas struktural dengan membagi rombongan belajar. Penggerakan dilakukan melalui upaya motivasi yang dilakukan oleh pamong dan tutor  pada kegiatan sosialisasi, pembelajaran intrakurikuler/akademik, secara terjadwal dan keterampilan vocational berdasarkan kebutuhan dan minat warga belajar sehingga partispasi warga belajar terlibat penuh. Pembinaan dilakukan oleh pihak internal maupun eksternal melalui supervisi, monitoring dan pengawasan secara langsung dan tidak langsung. Penilaian difokuskan pada penilaian proses dan penilaian hasil warga belajar maupun tutor. Pengembangan program percontohan Paket B yang sudah berjalan melalui kemitraan dengan lembaga yang  memanfaatkan lulusan untuk melanjutkan ke jenjang lebih tinggi. Berdasarkann hasil analisis tersebut, dapat  disimpulkan bahwa program pendidikan kesetaraan paket B di SKB Karawang memiliki keunikan sebagai percontohan dalam perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penggerakan, penilaian, dan pengembangan yang menghasilkan lulusan dapat melanjutkan ke jenjang lebih tinggi. Rekomendasi untuk pengembangan program kesetaraan paket B sebagai percontohan, diharapkan dapat ditingkatkan lebih luas lagi dengan menjalin jejaring kemitraan melalui DUDI dan stakeholder terkait lainnya dalam pemanfataan lulusan dibidang kecakapan hidup  kemandirian penyelenggaraan program pendidikan kesetaraan Paket B bermanfaat bagi masyarakat secara luas.

Abstract

Tujuan penulisan ini untuk  mendeskripsikan proses dan hasil  pembelajaran project based learning (PJBL) dalam  mengembangkan  kemampuan berpikir kritis, kreatif, kolaboratif dan komunikasi peserta didik di PAUD Plamboyan 3 Karawang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif.  Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subyek penelitian ini seorang kepala  sekolah/pengelola, seorang guru, dan dua orangtua peserta didik. Analisis data penelitian dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan simpulan serta verifikasi data. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh gambaran bahwa proses pembelajaran project based learning dalam mengembangkan kompetensi 4C yaitu Communication, Collaboration, Creativity and Innovation, Critical Thinking and Problem Solving yang dilakukan anak sangat aktif bertanya, mampu bekerjasama dengan teman sebaya dalam membuat proyek ‘pancingan”, kreatif membentuk kail pancing dari playdogh dan mempresentasikan hasil karyanya di depan kelas. Berdasarkann hasil analisis tersebut, dapat  disimpulkan bahwa proses pembelajaran melalui PJBL dapat mengembangkan kompetensi 4C peserta didik dengan menyenangkan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain information about the process, results, as well as the inhibiting and motivating factors in the sewing life skills training program. The community education program implemented by PKBM Assolahiyah aims to empower coastal communities in the fields of education and entrepreneurship. PKBM Assolahiyah is a strategic and professional institution in managing and organizing sewing training courses in creating a professional workforce that has been given sewing skills and expertise. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach, the case study method, which involved one head of the institution, one educator/tutor, and one student/student. The data from this study were obtained from observations, interviews, and documentation. In qualitative research, the stages involved include the orientation stage, the exploration stage, and the member check stage. The results of this study indicate that the answers from the interviews about the sewing life skill training process including planning and implementation are carried out properly. Program planning is prepared by managers and also tutors/educators at the beginning of the academic year by adjusting the required training programs and given to students/learning residents in accordance with the equality education curriculum that must carry out empowerment. While the implementation of the program is in accordance with the aim of empowering the surrounding community. One of the main supporting factors in maximizing sewing life skill training programs. Human resources as learning citizens are an inhibiting factor in the implementation of these program activities due to their minimal participation. Abstract

Premarital school is a teaching and learning activity to improve knowledge and skills for unmarried men and women. It includes social, psychological, intellectual and sexual education. Premarital school is an effort to provide change or information, knowledge, skills and values ​​regarding future married life. Therefore, this research aims to describe the role of the Depok City Genre Forum in implementing the Premarital School program as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors for implementing the Premarital School program in the city of Depok. This research uses a case study method with a qualitative approach involving interviews, observation and documentation. The subjects of this research consisted of the head of the Youth Resilience sector from DP3AP2KB, the premarital school committee and premarital school participants. The results of the research show that the Depok City Premarital School succeeded in inviting and making them knowledgeable enough to think about whether marriage needs to be planned and whether they need to think carefully about their readiness to get married. Abstract

Taman Bacaan Masyarakat (TBM) adalah sumber informasi masyarakat kelas menengah atas atau kelas menengah bawah. Artinya Taman bacaan di sini merupakan tempat kegiatan membaca yang bernuansa terbuka serta sederhana untuk siapa saja yang ingin menggunakannya. Taman Bacaan Masayarakat sebuah lembaga atau unit layanan menyediakan berbagai kebutuhan bahan bacaan yang dibutuhkan dan berguna bagi setiap orang perorang atau sekelompok masyarakat didesa atau wilayah. Adannya taman bacaan masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat baca dan mewujudkan masyarakat budaya baca. Untuk memajukan budaya literasi di Indonesia, Pemerintah Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Kemendikbud) mendorong adannya Taman Bacaan Masyarakat (TBM). Salah satu Taman Bacaan Masyarakat yang berhasil berdiri yaitu ada Taman Bacaan Masyarakat Ceria. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripssikan pengelolaan dan faktor pendukung penghambat TBM Ceria. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan subjek pengeloa TBM Ceria, dua warga belajar, dan tokoh masyarakat. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dengan koleksi data, reduksi data, display data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengelolaan taman bacaan masyarakat serambi baca dalam meningkatkan minat baca masyarakat sudah baik dimulai dari perencanaan adalah suatu proses untuk mempersiapkan secara sistematis kegiatan-kegiatan yang ingin dilakukan untuk mencapai sesuatu tujuan, pengorganisasian adalah merupakan pengelompokan kegiatan-kegiatan penugasan serta penyediaan keperluan dan wewenang untuk melaksanakan kegiatannya, pelaksanaan adalah cara dalam penentuan terhadap apa yang akan harus dilakukan, bersamaan pula dengan melakukan penilaian dan memperbaiki agar pelaksanaannya dapet berjalan dengan sesuai seperti yang direncanakan. Suatu tindakan untuk mengusahakan agar anggota kelompok berusaha mencapai sasaran sesuai dengan perencanaan melalui kekuasaan atau jabatan secara efektif demi kepentingan jangka panjang, dan pengawasan, sudah berjalan semestinya. Namun didalam prosesnnya tentu ada faktor penghambat seperti komiten dan sarana prasarana dan pendukung seperti minat, motivasi, kesadaran, dukungan, partisipasi dan penghargaan mulai dari faktor internal hingga faktor eksternal.

Abstract

It aims to describe the implementation of the Talent Class training program at PKBM Kak Seto Bekasi and to describe the supporting and inhibiting factors of the Talent Class training program at PKBM Kak Seto Bekasi. This research applies a qualitative approach with the research method used for this research is the case study method. Data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study PKBM Kak Seto Bekasi creates space for students to explore and develop their own potential talents and interests, To be able to support these goals, it is necessary to implement a talent class training program that can help students to find and develop their potential until they become proficient. The supporting factors of this program include the quality of human resources (HR) of the teachers, as well as the availability and quality of adequate facilities and infrastructure. Competent and experienced teachers are instrumental in creating an inspiring and effective learning environment, where they are not only able to deliver the material well, but also motivate and guide students to reach their maximum potential. In addition, the existence of complete and quality facilities and infrastructure, such as comfortable classrooms, sophisticated learning equipment, and other supporting facilities, is essential in supporting an optimal teaching and learning process. Thus, the combination of qualified teachers and adequate facilities will significantly support the success of the Talent Class program. The main inhibiting factor in the implementation of Talent Class Dancing and Cooking is participant involvement, as there are still many individuals who have not been able to participate directly in these activities. This can be due to various reasons, such as time constraints, location, accessibility, or even a lack of information regarding the schedule and benefits of the Talent Class itself. As a result, the potential of the Talent Class cannot be fully maximized, considering that active participation from all prospective participants is very important to achieve the expected talent development goals.

Abstract

The availability of adequate educational facilities and infrastructure plays an important role in supporting an effective and comfortable learning process. This study aims to examine the influence of facility and infrastructure availability on the learning satisfaction of Package C students at PKBM Nurul Islam Karawang. The research employs a quantitative descriptive approach with simple random sampling. The population consisted of 102 students from grades X, XI, and XII, with a sample size of 51 determined by the Slovin formula. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed with simple linear regression. The results showed a t-value of 6.455 and a significance level of 0.000 (< 0.05), indicating a significant effect of facility and infrastructure availability on learning satisfaction. The coefficient of determination (R²) was 0.54, meaning that 54% of the variation in learning satisfaction is explained by the availability of facilities and infrastructure. This study highlights the importance of quality facilities and infrastructure in nonformal education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi pembelajaran berbasis proyek ( Project Based Learning ) dalam mengembangkan literasi membaca fungsional warga belajar program pendidikan kesetaraan Paket B di PKBM Nurul Islam Karawang. Fokus penelitian ini meliputi: (1) Perencanaan pembelajaran. (2) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran. (3) Evaluasi pembelajaran. (4) Pengembangan literasi membaca fungsional. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari satu orang pengelola, satu tutor, dan dua orang warga belajar Paket B di PKBM Nurul Islam Karawang yang ditentukan secara purposive. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, dengan tahapan penelitian yang mencakup orientasi, eksplorasi, dan member check. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan pembelajaran disusun berdasarkan kebutuhan warga belajar dengan merancang proyek yang sesuai konteks kehidupan mereka. (2) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran dilakukan dengan menerapkan tahapan-tahapan proyek mulai dari perencanaan hingga presentasi hasil, yang mendorong keterlibatan aktif warga belajar. (3) Evaluasi dilakukan secara berkelanjutan oleh tutor melalui evaluasi formatif dan sumatif yang mencakup aspek pemahaman teks, keterampilan mencari informasi, serta penerapan hasil baca dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. (4) Pengembangan literasi membaca fungsional warga belajar diwujudkan dari peningkatan kemampuan memahami isi bacaan, menyimpulkan informasi, serta menyampaikan isi bacaan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari, yang mencakup ranah kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik.

Abstract

Family Education in Developing Independent Character at An-Nuriyyah Orphanage. Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Singaperbangsa University, Karawang. This study aims to determine how the implementation of family education in social institutions, particularly orphanages, shapes the independent character of children in orphanages. Children living in orphanages generally come from broken or less harmonious family backgrounds, thus lacking direct family education experience from their biological parents. Therefore, the role of caregivers is crucial as substitutes for families, not only responsible for caring for and protecting but also guiding and educating children in their daily lives. Family education in this context is aimed at fostering independent character, namely the child's ability to solve problems, make decisions, act consistently, and not depend on others. This study used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation.

Abstract

This study examines how the managerial role of managers in improving the competence of teachers in SPS PAUD Pelita. The study used a qualitative descriptive approach, with data obtained through interviews with managers, teachers, and parents. The results show that managers contribute to the development of teachers through planning, direction, and involvement in External Training, although it has not been outlined in the form of official programs. Supporting factors include the commitment of managers, participation of parents, and cooperation with outside parties. The obstacles faced include limited funding, inadequate facilities, and the dual role of managers in school operations.
