Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pemanfaatan lingkungan alam sebagai sumber belajar dan hambatan serta solusi dalam pemanfaatan lingkungan alam sebagai sumber belajar peserta didik di kelas IV SD Inpres 1 Wanamukti. Jenis penelitian adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah 1 guru perwalian kelas IV dan 23 peserta didik kelas IV SD Inpres 1 Wanamukti. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian ini yaitu wawancara terstruktur dan angket respon peserta didik. Analisis data menggunakan analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 89,1% peserta didik sangat baik dan baik saat belajar menggunakan sumber dari alam dan 10,9% peserta didik cukup baik saat belajar menggunakan sumber dari alam. Data tersebut menunjukkan peserta didik merasa antusias dan lebih aktif saat belajar menggunakan sumber dari alam, serta menjadi lebih peduli terhadap lingkungan. Terdapat faktor-faktor yang menghambat pelaksanaan pemanfaatan lingkungan alam sebagai sumber belajar, yaitu keterbatasan waktu, cuaca yang tidak mendukung, dan perilaku peserta didik yang kurang disiplin. Wawancara dengan guru mengungkapkan bahwa lingkungan alam yang asri di sekitar sekolah mendukung proses belajar, membuat peserta didik lebih mudah memahami konsep-konsep IPAS. Oleh karena itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan lingkungan sebagai sumber belajar peserta didik di kelas IV SD Inpres 1 Wanamukti terbukti efektif dan memberikan banyak manfaat bagi peserta didik

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of supervision and job satisfaction on employee work discipline at the Land Office of Bima Regency. Specifically, it examines: (1) the effect of supervision on work discipline, (2) the effect of job satisfaction on work discipline, and (3) the joint effect of supervision and job satisfaction on work discipline. This research employed an associative quantitative approach. The population comprised 62 employees, consisting of 30 civil servants (ASN), 3 government contract employees (PPPK), and 29 permanent honorary staff, all of whom were included as the sample. Data were collected using observation sheets and Likert-scale questionnaires. The analysis involved validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation), multiple regression analysis, correlation and determination coefficients, as well as simultaneous and partial tests. The findings indicate that: (1) supervision has a significant effect on work discipline, (2) job satisfaction has a significant effect on work discipline, and (3) supervision and job satisfaction jointly have a significant effect on work discipline among employees of the Land Office of Bima Regency.

Abstract

The presence of the gig economy tries to break through barriers for women so that women can improve their abilities and participate actively in the workforce. This research aims to analyze the influence of job characteristics through family support which is moderated by the perception of a low barrier to entry on women's willingness to become a gig worker among married women. The sample in this study was 200 married female gig workers. The data collection technique used a Likert model questionnaire which was analyzed using Partial least Square SEM to analyze the seven hypotheses proposed. The results of the research show that job characteristics have a significant direct effect on family support and women's willingness to become gig workers. Family support also has a significant direct effect on women's willingness to become gig workers. Job characteristics also have a significant indirect effect, mediated by family support, on women's willingness to become gig workers. Perception of low barrier to entry moderates the relationship between job characteristics and family support and perception of low barrier to entry moderates the relationship between family support and women's willingness to become a gig worker. However, the perception of a low barrier to entry does not moderate the relationship between job characteristics and women's willingness to become a gig worker.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan karakter kerjasama yang dimiliki oleh siswa dalam pembelajaran Tematik. Metode Penelitian: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 12 orang siswa dari kelas II Sekolah dasar Negeri 166/1 Olak Rambahan. Adapun pemilihan sampel menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Temuan Utama: Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan dan wawancara yang dilakukan, pembelajaran tematik membuat pembelajaran lebih menarik. Tenaga pendidik lebih berupaya dalam menciptakan pembelajaran yang menarik dan berinovasi dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Tenaga pendidik mengupayakan untuk mengeksplorasi materi ajar demi kesiapan pembelajaran yang akan dilakukan. Pada kegiatan pembelajaran tematik, peserta didik diberi ruang untuk melakukan kegiatan pembelajaran secara kelompok sehingga membantu dalam membentuk karakter Kerjasama yang dimiliki oleh siswa. Keterbaruan Penelitian: Keterbaruan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan karakter kerjasama dalam pembelajaran tematik. Penelitian sebelumnya membahas mengenai pembentukan karakter Kerjasama melalui pembentukkan kelompok dalam kegiatan pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study aims to describe thematic learning that has a correlation in helping the formation of disciplinary character in students. The method used in this research is a qualitative method to get a deeper understanding of a problem. . The subjects of this study were students in class III of State Elementary School 166/1 Olak Rambahan, totaling 11 students who were obtained using random sampling technique. Instruments of data collection were carried out through observation (observation of educators and students) and conducting interviews with students. Data analysis used interviews and observations. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the thematic learning applied to class III Elementary School will have a tremendous impact on educators, students and the school environment.
