Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan fasilitasi layanan PAUD yang ada di DKI Jakarta dalam menkontruksi kegiatan bermain konteks kebudayaan lokal melalui permainan tradisional menjadi pembelajaran inovatif. Kebudayaan lokal menjadi sarana untuk membangun fondasi pada diri anak agar karakter cinta tanah air dan nasionalisme semakin melekat dalam diri anak. Hal ini dikarenakan pada anak usia 0-6 tahun anak dapat merekam dan membiasakan pada dirinya dalam kebiasaan-kebiasaan baik. Penelitian merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara. Responden penelitian ini adalah pendidik PAUD yang tersebar dibeberapa wilayah di DKI Jakarta. Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan beberapa kajian terkait rekayasa pembelajaran yang diciptakan oleh pendidik dan prosedur bermain yang diterapkan oleh pendidik melalui permainan tradisional. Tidak hanya itu, pendidik sebelum menerapkan kegiatan bermain terjadi proses analisis nilai-nilai kearifan lokal dari masing-masing permainan tradisional yang nantinya berguna untuk dikenalkan kepada anak usia dini. Sebaran nilai-nilai kearifan lokal yang terkandung dalam permainan tradisional berfungsi sebagai acuan pendidik dalam membangun karakter anak sehingga rasa cinta tanah air dan nasionalisme pada diri anak dapat berkembang kegiatan bermain sehingga sesuai dengan tema pembelajaran. Untuk itu, kegiatan fasilitasi. Mendukung tumbuh kembang anak dengan memfasilitasi layanan pembelajaran inovatif berbasis budaya lokal dapat menciptakan pembelajaran yang menarik dan menyenangkan bagi anak ditengah era globalisasi. Abstract

This study aims to systematically obtain information related to community empowerment through kalamansi citrus farmer groups. The method used is the focus group discussion by getting the results that community empowerment through the kalamansi citrus farmer group was established in 2008, has 27 members, the natural lemongrass farmer group gets certificate of appreciation from the Governor of Bengkulu as an Independent Kalamansi Citrus Farm Farmer / Success in the Context of the 50th Anniversary of Bengkulu Province, on 18 November 2018. As time goes by, Kalamansi oranges have produced many fruits, the empowerment of sustainable natural lemongrass farmer groups in Padang lemongrass village is one of a form of community empowerment. The community usually sells it in the form of fresh fruit to market traders in the city of Bengkulu. With the empowerment of this sustainable natural fresh farmer group, the community can use their land as a kalamansi orange plantation where the products they plant will be traded in the market or to Mr. Amti who needing the raw material for kalamansi syrup, the community can increase their family's economic income by planting kalamansi and oranges the community also conserves kalamsi citrus fruit in the city of Bengkulu. Abstract

The fruit business of Mrs. Wartini is is a micro business different from the fruit business in general, because in addition to selling fruits, there are many other sales variations of processed fruits. Thus, the selling differences based on Mrs. Wartini's fruit business are what make researchers interested in conduct research. The purpose of this study is first, to describe the characteristics of success in developing micro-businesses which include orientation to achievement, courage to take risks, hard work, responsibility, commitment and develop and maintain good relations. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The results obtained are as follows: first, the aspect of orientation on achievement is the quality of fresh products, many variations of sales and affordable prices. Second, the aspect of courage to take risks is to open a business and dare to stock a lot of fruits. Third, the aspect of hard work, which is employees who arrive early. Fourth, the aspect of responsibility that is paying employees' salaries and fruit suppliers is always on time. Fifth, the aspect of commitment is to the time and tengga issued and always provide immediate fruit. Sixth, aspects of developing and maintaining good relations, namely the existence of a good relationship between the owner and employees, customers and fruit suppliers. Keywords: Success, Business, Micro

Abstract

This research is aimed to know organizing training by Kelompok Penyanyi Jalanan (KPJ) Bengkulu City. The subjects of this research are four people, that is Andi as chairman of the KPJ Bengkulu City, Nita as a member of the KPJ Bengkulu City, Herman and Heri as a street child who was fostered by KPJ Bengkulu City. The method used in this research is qualitative method. The technique of collecting data used interview, observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques used data reduction, data presentation and conclusion retractation. The validity check used triangulation technique which starts from the triangulation of subject, triangulation of time and triangulation of technic.  From research result, Organizing carried out by the Kelompok Penyanyi Jalanan (KPJ) Bengkulu City has been carried out. Abstract

The objectives of this study were: (1) Knowing the Background of the Sewing Program at PKBM Mekar sari (2) Knowing the Implementation of Sewing Learning at PKBM Mekar Sari (3) Knowing the Marketing of Sewing Products in the Mekar Sari PKBM Program (4) Knowing the Profit and Loss Calculations of Sewing Businesses in PKBM Mekar Sari. Research methods used qualitative methods with descriptive approaches. The participants of the study were Ibuk Titin Sumarni Anjani as Chairman of PKBM Mekar Sari and Simultaneously sewing coach, Ibuk Wulan Widia Astuti as sewing coach, and Siasmawati as sewing coach and Secretary. Dara collection techniques used were non-participant observation, structured interviews, and documentation. To test the validity and reliability of data using triangulation of sources, , techniques, and time. Based on the analysis that has been carried out that the sewing program in PKBM Mekar sari Padang Kedondong Village, Tanjung Kemuning District, , Kaur Regency includes a sewing program. During the implementation of 2x week activities, the coach's role coordinates in the activity, the funds obtained from the Government budget, while the supporting factors of the facility while inhibiting the lack of financial factors.Innovative business carried out by time discipline. Then the supervision is carried out by the trainer directly by observing the activities carried out once every two weeks of training.Keywords: Program, To Sew, PKBM.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of English competency tests in work skills education programs at LKP Cororado English Course Bengkulu City. This research is a qualitative research with as many as three research subjects and data collection techniques using interview, observation and documentation techniques. While data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data using triangulation ranging from time triangulation, subject triangulation and technique triangulation. The results showed that the implementation of the competency test went well and in accordance with existing procedures, had adequate supporting facilities and facilities. However, the number of competency test participants who get incompetent results is due to several factors, namely the training carried out does not refer to graduate competency standards, design of learning implementation and syllabus. The training method only studies examples of existing problems. In addition, the training schedule is too tight and does not reach the minimum number of training hours, which is 144 hours. Keywords: Implementation, Competency Test, English

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe understanding by new students of nonformal education at Bengkulu University about nonformal education. As for the scope studied in this research was students understanding about the scope nonformal education which consist of understanding , characteristics , goals , roles, programs , institution and education facilities. Furthermore, reviewing the understanding of students at bengkulu university about the graduate competence and employment opportunity of S1 non formal education.  The design of this research was descriptive quantitatif research, this method carried out with the main goal to make an idea of situation objectively, the respondents of this research were new students of nonformal education study program at Bengkulu University. The result and discussion of this research that understanding of new students of nonformal study program at Bengkulu University about scope of informal education was high enough with percentage 69.4%, understanding about the graduate competence of S1 non formal education was sufficient with percentage 51% and understanding about employment opportunity of S1  non formal education was highwith percentage 67.5% Key words : understanding, students, nonformal education

Abstract

The objectives of this study were: (1) The purpose of this stady was to determine the learning objectives of sewing courses at level one in the Mayang Sari course Institusi in Bengkulu City (2) Knowing the source of learning sewing courses at level one at the Mayang Sari training institusi and city of Bengkulu (3) Knowing the sewing course learning strategy at level one at the Mayang Sari Course and  training institute in Bengkulu City (4) Know the learning media for sewing courses at level one at the Mayang Sari course and training institusi in Bengkulu (5) Know the evaluation of learning sewing courses at level one in the Mayang Sari training course institute in Bengkulu. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach participants in the research were Ibu Sorehalela as the chairperson of the Mayang Sari training curriculum. Data collection techniques used were non-participant observation, structured, interviews, and documentation. To test the validity and reliability of the data using triangulation of sources, techniques and time. Based on the analysis that has been done that the management of sewing courses at the Mayang Sari training institute and courses in the city of  Bengkulu. (1) The goal of the sewing course is to improve the personal and social qualities of each individual learning, to provide a sense of security and comfort while learning to sew(2) learning resources at LKP mayang sari are assence of digital media, guidebooks and references from fellow sew (3) the sewing course learning strategies for LKP mayang are essentially giving the theory first to practice while the method used is discourse, discussion, practice and simulation methods (4) the media that we use for sewing classes in LKP mayang is essentially the set of them one computer, printer one unit,laptop 1 unit LCD 1 unit and has the means and infrastructure of a course room, office building, sewing machine and machine, (5) the evaluation for the sewing course is done with the written exam and the practice exam of participants learning to sew. Keywords: Implementation of the sewing course

Abstract

Learning the Qur'an with the Qiro'ati method is the system and how to read it smoothly, quickly, precisely, correctly, and in tartil without having to be spelled. Then the implementation model is to use props for classical implementation which contains material that is in the pages of the volume book Qiro'ati. The instructor must conduct Qiro'ati education and training so as to obtain an official diploma that can be used to teach the Qiro’ati method. Then the purpose of this research is to find out what methods are used, how the learning process is, and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The research was conducted at the Al-Qur'anah Education Park PAUDIT Al Hasanah Pagar Dewa Bengkulu City on March 5 to April 5, 2019. Abstract

Keberhasilan desa wisata tidak terlepas dari adanya suatu perencanaan yang baik dan sistematis. Perencanan yang baik dimulai dengan adanya tujuan  dan target yang mesti dicapai kedepannya, merumuskan strategi berdasarkan tujuan, menentukan sumber daya manusia  yang tepat, dan menentukan indikator keberhasilan seperti apa yang akan dicapai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi secara detail yang  berkaitan dengan Perencanaan Desa Wisata Rindu Hati Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Dari perencanaan yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa perencaan desa wisata rindu hati memiliki tujuan agar bisa menjadi desa wisata maju, go internasional, mampu membantu perekonomian masyarakat, dan menciptakan lapangan kerja. Strategi yang dilakukan yakni selalu melakukan perbaikan dan pembenahan, menjalin kerjasama dengan pihak ketiga dan promosi wisata melalui instagram dan facebook. Penentuan sumber daya manusia hanya berasal dari desa Rindu Hati saja dan tidak ada paksaan bagi yang ingin bergabung. Indikator keberhasilan dari perencanan ini apabila masyarakat desa wisata Rindu Hati ini masyarakatnya bertambah pendapatannya serta merasakan manfaat dari adanya desa wisata ini.
