Abstract

This study aims to: Lifestyle, Halal Labels and Prices on Purchasing Decisions of Sophie Paris Cosmetics for Sophie Paris members of the Sugeng Budhi Handoyo Business Center network in the Cilacap area. The population in this study was all Sophie Paris Leader rank members in the Cilacap area who consumed Sophie Paris cosmetics. The method used in this research is quantitative methods. The sample used in this study was 50 people. The data collection technique in this research is a questionnaire, data processing using SPSS for windows version 24.0. The results showed that: there was no influence of Lifestyle on the Purchase Decision of Sophie Paris cosmetics on the members of the Sugeng Budhi Handoyo Business Center network in the Cilacap area, there was a positive effect of the Halal Label on the Purchase Decision of Sophie Paris cosmetics in the Sugeng Budhi Handoyo Business Center network in the Cilacap area, there was no The influence of Price on the Purchase Decision of Sophie Paris cosmetics in the Sugeng Budhi Handoyo Business Center network in the Cilacap area, there is a simultaneous influence of Lifestyle, Halal Label and Price, on the Purchase Decision of Sophie Paris cosmetics on members of the Sugeng Budhi Handoyo Cilacap Business Center network. Keyword: Lifestyle, Halal Label, Price, Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Momongan is one of the potential for marine tourism in Cilacap Regency which has the potential to developed. Momongan Island is located in Jetis Village, in the karst mountains and in the middle of the Bodo Ijo river which must be reached by boat from the Jetis Fish Auction Place. There ere a lot of people inside and outside of the Cilacap Regency do not know about the destinations of Momongan Island, so the promotion of Momongan Island is very necessary. The media used to promotions in the new normal era as today is sosial media which is low-budget high-impact. The purpose of this study is to develop Momongan Island through an effective promotion strategy as a leading tourist destination in Cilacap Regency based on competitive advantage in the New Normal. This study used a accidental sampling technique with 195 interviewed respondents stated that Momongan Island needs more promotion. Next step, the quesionnaire data from 103 sample respondent who use instagram was processed using Regression analysis by testing dependent and independent variable. The result of the analysis show that sosial media Instagram is a suitable tool as a promotional media for Momongan Island.

Abstract

The problem of waste is a challenge faced by most countries in the world. The problem of waste will continue if not addressed and will pollute the environment and negatively impact the tourist attraction area. For that, there needs to be real action to overcome the problem of Cilacap Turtle Bay beach waste. The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of variable understanding, will and income on community participation in waste management. Respondents are people who live on the coast of Turtle Bay as many as 100 people. The data was analyzed using Partial Least Square by measuring the outer model and the inner model. The results showed that the variables of understanding, willingness and income positively affect community participation in turtle bay waste management. Government support is the motivation that people expect in sustainable waste management. Keywords: participation; waste management; understanding; willingness; income.

Abstract

ABSTRAKBesarnya potensi wisata yang dimiliki pantai Teluk Penyu tidak diimbangi dengan tantangan yang dihadapi yaitu meningkatnya aktivitas pariwisata yang menyebabkan meningkatnya volume sampah di sekitar pantai. Permasalahan sampah dan potensi meningkatnya produksi sampah seiring dengan meningkatnya aktvitas ekonomi dan pariwisata, maka perlu adanya penanganan masalah pengelolaan sampah pantai Teluk Penyu Cilacap. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat partisipasi pelaku usaha dan masyarakat dan menguji pengaruh faktor pemahaman, kemauan dan pendapatan pelaku usaha dan masyarakat terhadap tingkat partisipasi. Jumlah responden sebanyak 162 yang terdiri dari 62 orang pelaku usaha dan 100 orang masyarakat yang berdomisili di sekitar pantai. Tingkat partisipasi diukur dari pola pewadahan dan pengumpulan sampah. Data kuesioner kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan analisis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat partisipasi pelaku usaha dan masyarakat Teluk Penyu pada kategori tingkat sedang. Faktor pemahaman dan kemauan masyarakat tidak berpengaruh terhadap tingkat partisipasi, namun faktor pendapatan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap tingkat partisipasi masyarakat. Upaya peningkatan kesejahteraan melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah dikawasan wisata dapat dilakukan dengan membentuk unit teknis pengolahan sampah di lokasi wisata. Pemerintah, swasta, dan pihak lain harus mampu bersinergi dengan masyarakat  secara langsung dan berkesinambungan agar tujuan tersebut dapat tercapai. ABSTRACTThe magnitude of tourism potential owned by the Teluk Penyu beach is not balanced with the challenges faced, namely the increasing tourism activity that causes an increase in the volume of garbage around the beachThe problem of waste and the potential for increased waste production along with the increasing economic activity and tourism, it is necessary to handle the problem of Teluk Penyu beach waste management. This research was conducted to find out the level of participation of business actors and the community and test the influence of the understanding, willingness and income factors of business actors and the community on the level of participation. The number of respondents was 162 consisting of 62 business people and 100 people who were domiciled around the beach. Participation rates are measured from patterns of waste collection and collection. The questionnaire data was then processed using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis.The results showed that the participation rate of business actors and the Turtle Bay community is at a moderate level category. The understanding and willingness of the community have no effect on the level of participation, but the income factor has a significant positive effect on the level of community participation. Efforts to improve welfare through community empowerment in waste management in a tourist area can be done by forming a technical unit of waste processing at tourist sites. Government, private sector, and others must be able to synergize with society directly and continuously so that these goals can be achieved.

Abstract

Human resources are one of the main roles in an organization, including the Indonesian National Police. The higher the ability of the unit member in the Police, the higher its performance. In order for the police performance in the Cilacap Regional Police Station to be consistent and maximal, the organization must pay attention to the factors that can affect a person's ability to carry out their duties and responsibilities such as the application of rewards and punishments. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of, Reward and Punishment on Police Performance in the Cilacap Regional Police Station. This research method is descriptive quantitative, with purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study were 93 respondents who were police officers at the Cilacap Regional Police Station. To determine the magnitude of the influence of reward, and punishment on police performance, multiple linear regression analysis was used. The F test is used to examine the overall effect between Reward and Punishment with degrees of freedom (df) = k and (n-k-2) with confidence level (α = 0.05). To find out the partial effect, the T test of degrees of freedom (df) = k and (n-k-2) was used with a confidence level (α = 0.05). The results of the test can be concluded that both partially and simultaneously, reward and punishment affect the police performance in the Cilacap Regional Police Station.

Abstract

Intense competition in the banking sector requires banks to always innovate in running their business. Currently, Islamic banks have to compete with conventional banks that have experience and are more stable in terms of resource capabilities, but Islamic banks have the opportunity to develop more widely because of public awareness of a sharia-compliant lifestyle. This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, level of religiosity and promotion on customer decisions to save money in Islamic banks. This research was conducted using a survey method, collecting data with Islamic bank customers as respondents. The sampling technique is purposive sampling method. The number of samples is 100 Islamic Bank customersData analysis using t test and F test to prove the hypothesis. Based on the results of data analysis, it is found that there is no influence of product quality on the decision to deviate money in Islamic banks. The results of the study indicate that there is an influence of religiosity on the decision to save money in Islamic banks. There is a promotion effect on the decision to save money in Islamic banks. Based on these findings, Islamic banks need to improve the quality of their products to attract customers to save money in Islamic banks.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan sistem e-filing, tingkat pemahaman perpajakan, dan kesadaran wajib pajak terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak pada era pandemi covid-19 di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak (KPP) Pratama Cilacap. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan untuk pengujian hipotesis menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada wajib pajak di wilayah Cilacap dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 175. Metode analisis yang digunakan untuk menjawab kebenaran hipotesis adalah dengan pengujian regresi linier berganda. Setelah dianalisis, dapat diketahui bahwa variabel penerapan sistem e-filing, tingkat pemahaman perpajakan dan kesadaran wajib pajak secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak pada era pandemi covid-19 di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak (KPP) Pratama Cilacap. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi dari ketiga variabel kurang dari 0,05.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of dividends per share, return on equity, and net profit margin on stock prices listed on the Indonesia stock exchange. The sample in this study was 15 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period. The results of this study were collected through secondary data from the source www.idx.co.id and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. This research method was carried out by purposive sampling. The data quality test used in this study is descriptive statistics. To test the hypothesis in this study using the t test and f test. The data obtained from the research results show that dividend per share has no significant effect on the stock price of construction service companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2019 with tcount <ttable = 1.708 <2.019 and a sig value of 0.095> 0.005. Return On Equity has no significant effect on the Stock Price of Construction Service Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2019 with tcount <ttable = -1.491 <2.019 and sig value 0.144> 0.005. Net Profit Margin has a significant effect on the Stock Price of Construction Service Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2019 with tcount <ttable = -2.427> 2.019 and a sig value of 0.020 <0.005. and Dividend Per Share, Return On Equity, and Net Profit Margin have a significant effect on the Stock Price of Construction Service Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2019 with fcount> ftabel = 3.301> 2.83 and a sig value of 0.030 <0.005. Abstract

The shift of society from shopping to traditional markets to modern markets (supermarkets) as a form of modernization. Amount supermarkets that have sprung up are also due to needs and desires sn increasingly large and diverse society. Supermarkets face very tough competition in terms of fighting over the number of existing customers/consumers. The supermarket manager has not fully understood consumer behavior overall to be able to maintain survival their supermarkets and can formulate their marketing strategies with quick and precise. In choosing a supermarket as a place to buy and meet needs, consumers are influenced by several factors-factors, including the marketing mix factor. Rita Pasaraya Cilacap is the first and complete supermarket in Cilacap. This study took the object of research on consumers Rita Pasaraya Cilacap with a sample of 102 respondents with random sampling technique and data collection through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used, namely validity test, reliability test, MSI (Method of Succesive Interval), assumption test classic (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis test, hypothesis testing (t test and F test) and analysis test coefficient of determination (R²). The results of the analysis show that the product, promotion and process partially have no significant effect on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, price, place, employees and physical evidence partially have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously product, price, promotion, place, process, employee and physical evidence have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the Influence of Customer Value (X1), Communication (X2), Promotion (X3) to Customer Satisfaction (Y) on Gojek Online Transportasi Servise Users. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 120 Gojek Online Transportation Service Users. The sampling technique in this study used random sampling. The data analysis techniques used include validity test, reliability test, MSI test (Successive Interval Method), classical assumption test includes normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing includes t test and F test, coefficient analysis determination (R²). The results of the analysis show that the Customer Value has no effect to Customer Satisfaction on Gojek Online Transportation Servise Users with tcount < ttable (1.678 < 1.981) and significance value = 0.096 > 0.05. Communication has a positive effect to Customer Satisfaction on Gojek Online Transportation Servise Users with tcount > ttable (3.289 > 1.981) and significance value = 0.001 < 0.05. Promotion has no effect to Customer Satisfaction on Gojek Online Transportation Servise Users with tcount < ttable (-0,493 < 1.981) and significance value = 0.693 > 0.05. Customer Value, Communication and Promotion simultaneously have a positive effect to Customer Satisfaction on Gojek Online Transportation Servise Users with Fcount > Ftable (6.902 > 2.68) and significance value = 0.000 < 0.05.
