Abstract

UMKM memiliki kontribusi penting dalam perekonomian nasional, namun masih menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan keuangan dan akses pembiayaan. Rendahnya literasi terhadap teknologi keuangan digital menjadi hambatan utama. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan pelaku UMKM dalam menggunakan platform keuangan digital. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan pelatihan partisipatif, yang melibatkan ceramah, diskusi, serta praktik langsung. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Sekolah Kewirausahaan Bina Amanah Cordova dan melibatkan peserta aktif dalam simulasi penggunaan layanan seperti e-wallet, digital banking, P2P lending, dan crowdfunding. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan literasi digital peserta, meskipun masih ditemui kendala teknis seperti keterbatasan perangkat dan kekhawatiran terhadap keamanan data. Secara umum, kegiatan ini berdampak positif dalam mendorong adopsi teknologi keuangan di kalangan UMKM. Hasil ini menegaskan pentingnya pelatihan lanjutan dan pendampingan untuk keberlanjutan penerapan teknologi digital dalam pengelolaan usaha kecil.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the determinants of sustainable social entrepreneurship performance through the influence of local hero leadership, mediated by knowledgeable human resources, network capability, and digital innovation, and moderated by collaborative energy. A quantitative approach was used with purposive sampling method. Data were collected from 202 respondents across 14 MSMEs located in South Sumatra, Lampung, and West Sumatra using a Likert scale. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results show that local hero leadership positively influences the three mediating variables in enhancing sustainable social entrepreneurship performance. However, collaborative energy did not show a significant moderating effect on human resources and network capability, and even had a negative impact on digital innovation. These findings indicate that not all forms of collaboration support innovation. The practical implication is that the significant variables in this study can be used as Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for empowerment programs based on social entrepreneurship and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). It also highlights the importance of maintaining the role of local heroes and designing digital strategies that are adaptive to organizational needs.

Abstract

The study aims to test the existence of the N-shaped Environmental Kuznets Curve (EKC) and to determine the impact of fossil energy consumption and economic activity such as industrialization, urbanization, and trade openness on CO2 emissions in Indonesia from 1971 to 2021, using Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL). The results of this study show that the relationship between per capita GDP and CO2 emissions in Indonesia has a reversed N-shape. Industrialization and per-capita consumption of fossil energy have a positive impact, while trade openness has a negative impact on CO2 per-capita emissions both in the short and long term. Meanwhile, urbanization negatively affects CO2 emissions per capita, but only in the long run.

Abstract

The problem of this research was Turnover intention is a factor of discomfort experienced agent in a company. Turnover intention needs to get serious attention to the organization especially to leadership or manager so can applying leadership properly and improve job satisfaction to reduce job stress in the company.  The purpose of this research was the effect of leadership style and job satisfaction toward Turnover intention throught job stress at customer service (frontline) PT. XXX, Logistic Company in Jakarta.The methodology of this research was testing hypothesis. The data used were primary data collected from questionaire. The samples consisted of 164 customer service (frontline) PT. XXX Logistic Company in Jakarta, which were determined through purposive sampling method. The data were analyzed through Structural Equation Model (SEM) of AMOS version 23.0 for Windows.  The results of the study showed that there is a negative and significant influence between leadership style to work stress with estimate -0,343 and p-value 0,035. There is a negative and significant influence between job satisfaction to work stress with estimate -0,411 and p-value 0,016. There is a positive and significant influence of work stress on Turnover intention with estimate 0,781 and p-value  0,000 ., there is a negative influence of leadership style on the  Turnover intention with estimate -0,595 and p-value   0,000. There is a negative and significant influence between job satisfaction on the Turnover intention with estimate -0,369 and p-value 0,012.  Implication of this research is expected to managers can increase the determinants job stress itself for example by raising job satisfaction (salary, reward, job promotion) and applying force leadership proper and able to adjust with all the work situation

Abstract

Jumlah angka remaja putus sekolah meningkat akibat masalah faktor sosial,  ekonomi, perhatian orang tua serta media sosial yang bebas merajalela. Tujuan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini adalah untuk meningkatkan life skill dan mentalitas para remaja putus sekolah  terhadap minat berwirausaha  binaan  Dinas Sosial Taruna Jaya 2 Jakarta.  Metode yang digunakan adalah metode partisipatif. Hasil PkM menunjukkan bahwa secara umum peserta memiliki minat berwirausaha yang tinggi terkait pemahaman life skill dan mentalitas entrepreneurship. Walaupun  tingkat kepercayaan diri serta pemahaman potensi diri masih rendah, akibat lingkungan kehidupan yang kurang kondusif. Implikasi dari PkM ini adalah diperlukan pendampingan yang intensif dari berbagai pihak terkait nilai-nilai etika sosial religius, dalam  membentuk  akhak yang mulia  guna pengendalian  tindakan mereka.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari job satisfaction, fair treatment, cooperativeness terhadap the whistleblowing pada pegawai Kantor Pusat PT TH Indo Plantations Di Jakarta. Analisa bertujuan untuk menjawab pertanyaan (1) Apakah job satisfaction, fair treatment, cooperativeness berpengaruh terhadap the whistleblowing pada pegawai Kantor Pusat PT TH Indo Plantations Di Jakarta? Subjek penelitian ini adalah pegawai Kantor Pusat PT TH Indo Plantations di Jakarta. Analisis dilakukan terhadap 80 responden yang seluruhnya merupakan pegawai Kantor Pusat PT TH Indo Plantations di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan”’teknik pengumpulan data sensus karena meneliti seluruh elemen populasi yang akan digunakan sebagai sampel. Penelitian ini menggunaka instrumen pengukuran Job Satisfaction (Said et al, 2017) dengan 7 penyataan yang valid, penyataan. Fair Treatment diukur menggunakan instrumen kuisioner (Said et al, 2017) dengan 7 penyataan valid dan Cooperativeness diukur menggunakan instrument kuisioner (Said et al, 2017) dengan 8 penyataan valid. Hasil analisa menyimpulkan bahwa (1) Terdapat pengaruh job satisfaction terhadap the whistleblowing. (2) Terdapat pengaruh fair treatment terhadap the whistleblowing, (3) Terdapat pengaruh cooperativeness terhadap the whistleblowing, (4) Hasil yang diperoleh dari pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh job satisfaction, fair treatment, cooperativeness terhadap the whistleblowing, hipotesis keempat terbukti dan diterima

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of transformational leadership style on work engagement mediated by motivating language in mining industry. Mining work is a type of heavy work requiring work engagement from the employee in order to achieve the goals of the company, therefore needed a leader who is able to move or direct the employees to be involved in their work, besides that with the existing of a motivating language, it is hoped that employees will be more involved in their work. This research was conducted on 222 mining company employees working in four regions of Indonesia, results obtained that transformational leadership style has a negative and insignificant influence on work engagement, futhermore transformational leadership style has a positive and significant influence on the three motivating language, namely direction-giving language, empathetic language, and meaning-making language, whereas from the third motivating language only direction-giving language has a significant influence on work engagement. Based on the research, it was found that only direction-giving language was able to mediate transformational leadership style on work engagement, Therefore, in order for employees to be more involved in their work and the goals of the company can be achieved, it is important for the leader to maintain and increase direction-giving language.

Abstract

In the current digital era, especially during the new normal, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) must adapt to existing conditions. The success of MSMEs can improve the national economy. Financial technology (fintech) is an innovation in the financial industry that MSMEs can utilize to increase their productivity. On average, pre-test data on Community Service (PkM) participants need to fully understand the procedures for accessing fintech and the conditions for transactions using them. This became the basis for counselling on fintech's role in improving service quality for MSMEs under the Insan Palma Sejahtera Foundation, West Jakarta. As many as 72 per cent of PKM participants have used fintech as a digital wallet, and the rest have never used it. Those who have used fintech as a digital wallet are easy to use and offer many promotions/discounts. Those who have not used it claim to be unsafe, have lots of scams, need to learn about fintech and find it difficult to use. The material presented in the counselling can increase participants' knowledge about the role of financial technology in MSMEs. Participants are motivated to use fintech to develop their businesses, significantly improving their services.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the backbone of the Indonesian economy. The Government has a National Economic Recovery program to help MSME with financial service institutions, the community, non-governmental organizations, and educational institutions. The role of educational institutions is very important to provide assistance and training so that MSMEs can survive and develop. Educational Institute of Human Resources Bina Amanah Entrepreneurship responded to this situation by collaborating with the Faculty of Economics and Business Trisakti University to organize Digital Marketing training for MSMEs. They gave training how to use the Canva application to create digital marketing promotional materials such as posters, flyers, or brochures for MSMEs of stalls, tailors, culinary sellers, and others. Entrepreneurs are retirees, young people who have dropped out of college or out of work, and housewives. The training is carried out in the classroom with several instructors. Participants were very enthusiastic and actively asked questions and shared experiences. The Community Service Activities of FEB Trisakti University are in accordance with the material that has been programmed, namely: 'Training on Making Product Flyers Using Canva' and was carried out well on March 4, 2023. The training is expected to increase enthusiasm for building a business and utilizing digital marketing by using the Canva application, add experience, and strengthen friendship between members of Bina Amanah. In the long term, it is hoped that MSME people can increase cooperation, excel in overcoming competition and be able to build strong collaborations to improve their business performance.

Abstract

Children orphanage is defined as a non-profit social organization with the responsibilities of caring, fostering and educating abandoned and orphaned children, which is funded by the society’s incidental donation. An orphanage requires a lange amount of funding to provide for the children’s needs and its operational costs, for which relying sosely on donation does not suffice. The most suitable solution is to run a social entrepreneurship management to gain income. This research is amined at analyzing the implementation of social entrepreneurship management for the sustainability of the orphanage, in terms of the benefits and challenges, the strategies to overcome the challenges, and its relation the SDGs and ISO 26 000. The objects of the research are the proprietorships at Abhimata Orphanage and Santa Maria Ganjuran Orphanage. This research is qualitative descriptive, untilizing the data collection technique, content analysis and triangulation for data amalysis, with the descriptive statistic analysis and qualitative data analysis. Results hane shown that the management implemented in the orphanages’ social entrepreneurship has brought about positive impacts on the orphanages, although the income obtained does not entirely fulfil their needs. Apart from that, the orphanages’ social entrepreneurship has contributed to the national purpose of creating the welfare of the society, as stated in the SDGs and ISO 26 000.
