Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa Mulyasari, dengan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pengenalan usaha kreatif. Metode yang digunakan, berupa penyuluhan dan pelatihan dengan sasaran ibu-ibu pengajian, yang merupakan motor penggerak ekonomi rumah tangga. Adapun hasilnya, masyarakat telah mengalami peningkatan wawasan dan memahami pemanfaatan waktu luang dari 30 persen menjadi 70 persen, ekonomi kreatif dengan menggunakan sumber daya yang tersedia dari 45 persen menjadi 80 persen, dan pemetaan sosial dari 15 persen menjadi 65 persen. Pihak mitra, juga dapat memilah sampah organik dan non organik, kemudian diolah agar dapat memberikan nilai ekonomis dengan melakukan usaha kreatif, dalam memanfaatkan waktu luang. Hasil dari pelaksanaan program ini sesuai dengan yang target, karena peserta dapat mengalami peningkatan wawasan dan pemahaman terhadap materi yang diberikan. Untuk itu, tim PKM perlu melakukan program yang berkesinambungan, dengan melakukan pembuatan bank sampah, pelatihan pembuatan handy craft, pemetaan sosial yang dilakukan agar efisien dan informatif dengan menggunakan teknologi digital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh ethical sensitivity, spiritual depth, positive engagement dan community responsiveness terhadap benevolent leadership, serta pengaruh benevolent leadership terhadap potential outcomes (perceived organizational performance, affective commitment and organizational citizenship behavior). Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 200 pejabat eksekutif dan pejabat struktural PT Bank Syariah ABC. Untuk menguji reliabilitas, validitas, model dan hipotesis digunakan teknik analisis data kuantitatif berupa Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan software SPSS 23 dan AMOS 21. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ethical sensitivity dan spiritual depth berpengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap benevolent leadership, sedangkan positive engagement dan community responsiveness tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap benevolent leadership. Penelitian ini juga membuktikan bahwa benevolent leadership berpengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap potential outcomes (perceived organizational performance, affective commitment and organizational citizenship behavior). Hasil penelitian ini sangat berguna bagi para pemimpin, khususnya di PT Bank Syariah ABC. Namun, karena hanya diuji dalam satu perusahaan, penelitian selajutnya disarankan mengambil sampel yang lebih luas dan bervariasi dari beberapa pejabat eksekutif Lembaga Keuangan Syariah (LKS) di Indonesia baik bank maupun non bank.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership and compensation on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction variables. The job satisfaction variable here functions as a mediating variable that researchers want to prove that it has an impact on employee performance. A company has an important component, namely employees as a fundamental asset. If employees are satisfied with what the company has given them, it can affect the progress of the company because employees feel motivated to work. Things that can affect employee performance include the supervisor's factor leading the employees, and also the compensation factor given to employees. So that if the two components are fulfilled properly it will have an impact on increasing employee performance which of course brings benefits to the company. The sample companies in this study are PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk. The data collection method in this study used a question questionnaire which was distributed to employees to be filled out. Then the data obtained were analyzed by multiple regression analysis using SPSS software. The results showed that there was a positive effect of transformational leadership and compensation on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction. All hypotheses in this study are proven except for hypothesis number 4, namely transformational leadership has a negative effect on employee performance, due to the COVID-19 pandemic which affects the company's production decline from the target. However, if job satisfaction is included as a mediating variable, transformational leadership will have a positive impact on employee performance. From the results obtained, the leader must be able to teach his employees to be more creative at work and compensation must also be increased so that employee performance can increase

Abstract

Usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah merupakan aktivitas ekonomi kerakyatan yang turut berkontribusi dalam mempercepat pemulihan krisis ekonomi di Indonesia. Pada masa pandemi COVID-19, pelakunya banyak yang mengalami kesulitan. Untuk itu, perlu dilakukan peningkatan daya saingnya. Sinergi yang kuat dari pelaku UMKM dalam organisasi, akan meningkatkan keungulan bersaing, sehingga dapat mempercepat pertumbuhan usahanya. PKM yang dilakukan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan organisasi dari para peserta didik Diploma 1, di sekolah kewirausahaan Cordova, Jurang Mangu, Pondok Aren, Tangerang Selatan, Banten. Untuk itu, pelaku UMKM perlu mengetahui lebih dalam lagi terkait teori organisasi dari Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Trisakti. Pasca pelaksanaan PKM, dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan organisasi dari peserta didik yang juga sebagai pelaku UMKM, sehingga para siswa dapat mengidentifikasikan dan merancang beberapa skenario bentuk organisasi untuk jangka pendek, menengah dan panjang. Namun, agar PKM ini dapat lebih efketif, dapat dilakukan secara hybrid, dengan tema yang beragam, yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi yang terjadi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh CAR, KAP, NPL dan LDR terhadap IHSG Sampel yang digunakan adeah 10 bank yang listing di BEI dengan periode observasinya tahun 2008 sampai tahun 2012. Tehnik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang di gunakan adalah Multiple Linier Regression dengan pemilihan model menggunakan Common Effect karena jenis datanya adalah panel data yang merupakan gabungan cross section dan time series. Hasil yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini bahwa di sektor perbankan secara parsial CAR, NPL dan KAP, masing-masing berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap IHSG, sedangkan untuk variabel LDR secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap IHSG

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and job satisfaction on employee performance mediated by employee engagement in the banking industry. The problems in this study are as follows: (1) Does compensation have an effect on employee performance? (2) Does job satisfaction have an influence on employee performance? (3) Does compensation have an influence on employee performance mediated by Employee Engagement? (4) Does job satisfaction have an influence on employee performance mediated by employee engagement? The sampling method used was purposive sampling method (bank employees) with a total sample of 165 respondents and 19 questions asked. The results of this study indicate that there is no effect of compensation on employee performance. In addition, there is a significant effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. The results of this study also show that there is an influence of compensation on employee performance which is mediated by Employee Engagement and there is also an effect of job satisfaction on employee performance which is mediated by employee engagement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that determine the Prime lending Rate (SBDK) in the Corporate Sector at Bank BUKU 4. In this study, the researchers used these variables from seven Book 4 banks for the 2015-2019 Period in the case of the corporate sector prime lending rate. Therefore, this research data is panel data obtained from the Indonesian Banking Statistics (SPI) published by BI. Data processing is carried out using the Econometric Model of Panel Data Regression Analysis and Eviews 9.0 as processing instruments. Based on the results of data processing, it was found that the model used was Fixed Effect with the ability of independent variables (liquidity, capitalization, lending out ratio, credit risk, and efficiency) to be able to explain the dependent variable prime lending rate (SBDK) of 56.05%. However, the regression coefficient shows that only NPL and BOPO have a significant effect on the SBDK. In other words, only the level of bad loans and banking efficiency have a significant effect on the prime lending rate.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh work from home, job stress, job satisfaction dan job commitment terhadap work life balance pada karyawan 5 Direktorat Jenderal di Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia. Metode pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, menggunakan survey research pada seluruh karyawan yang bekerja 5 Direktorat Jenderal di Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia sebagai obyek penelitian. Pengumpulan data digunakan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner. Sampel penelitian dipilih menggunakan simple random sampling sehingga diperoleh 182 responden. Metode pengujian data yaitu uji instrument dengan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan software SmartPLS versi 2.0 M3. Pengaruh secara langsung menunjukkan bahwa hasil penelitian work from home berpengaruh terhadap work life balance, job stress, job satisfaction dan job commitment. Job satisfaction dan job commitment berpengaruh terhadap work life balance, sedangkan variabel job satisfaction dan job commitment mampu memediasi pengaruh antara work from home terhadap work life balance. Implikasi bagi karyawan 5 Direktorat Jenderal di Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia untuk meningkatkan work life balance pada karyawan dapat memperhatikan variabel work from home, job satisfaction dan job commitment, selain itu pentingnya untuk mempertimbangkan dimensi-dimensi job satisfaction yaitu mempertahankan kesesuaian pekerjaan dengan kompetensi pekerja dan job commitment yaitu mempertahankan tuntutan tanggung jawab dari pekerja selama work from home, serta memberikan perhatian khusus terhadap pekerjaan, gaji, kesempatan promosi, rekan kerja, dan pengawasan selama work from homee .
