Abstract

Pendahuluan: Motivasi kerja merupakan faktor penting yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai negeri sipil (PNS), terutama pada sektor pelayanan publik seperti Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Pinrang. Metode: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja pegawai negeri sipil, menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan rancangan cross-sectional. Sebanyak 93 pegawai negeri sipil diambil secara total sampling, dan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala likert dan dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi-square. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara aspek gaji (p = 0,003), kondisi kerja (p = 0,026), keselamatan kerja (p = 0,001), dan solidaritas (p = 0,014) dengan kinerja pegawai, sedangkan kesejahteraan tidak menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan (p = 0,127). Meskipun 59,1% pegawai tergolong berkinerja baik, masih terdapat 40,9% yang berkinerja kurang, menunjukkan pentingnya peningkatan motivasi kerja sebagai strategi peningkatan kinerja. Kesimpulan: Temuan ini menggarisbawahi perlunya perhatian terhadap kebutuhan dasar karyawan, baik fisiologis maupun sosial, untuk mendukung pencapaian target layanan kesehatan yang optimal.   Introduction: Work motivation is an important factor affecting the performance of civil servants (PNS), especially in the public service sector such as the Pinrang District Health Office. Method: This study aimed to analyze the relationship between work motivation and civil servant performance, using a quantitative approach and cross-sectional design. A total of 93 civil servants were taken by total sampling, and data were collected through a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using the Chi-square test. Results: The results showed a significant relationship between aspects of salary (p = 0.003), working conditions (p = 0.026), work safety (p = 0.001), and solidarity (p = 0.014) with employee performance, while welfare showed no significant relationship (p = 0.127). Although 59.1% of employees are classified as performing well, there are still 40.9% who are underperforming, indicating the importance of increasing work motivation as a performance improvement strategy. Conclusion: This finding underscores the need for attention to employees' basic needs, both physiological and social, to support the achievement of optimal health service targets.

Abstract

Stunting Stunting is a malnutrition that results in impaired growth and development of the child. As a form of stunting prevention efforts, UPT Puskesmas Rappang introduced the Pulmonary Botting program. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of such programs. The study used a quantitative approach with a Cross-Sectional study design. Data were collected through questionnaires/questionnaires and analyzed using the Chi-Square test to determine the relationship between each indicator and stunting prevention efforts. The results of the analysis showed that the effectiveness of the program goal indicator with P-Value 0.016 0.05 and Program Monitoring with P-Value 0.108 0.05 meaning there was no significant relationship. These findings suggest that the effectiveness of the Lung Botting program in stunting prevention is strongly influenced by the successful socialization of the program and the clarity of the program goals set. This study is expected to provide benefits in improving program effectiveness, in particular by focusing on strengthening program monitoring indicators and target accuracy, so that programs can be more targeted and better supervised to achieve optimal results in stunting prevention.

Abstract

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) has a very important role for health workers. One of them is at the Maiwa Community Health Center, health workers are still not compliant with the use of PPE. This study aims to determine the level of compliance with the use of PPE among health workers at the Maiwa Health Center and also to find out what factors influence non-compliance in the use of PPE among health workers at the Maiwa Health Center. In this research, 63 health workers were the research targets using a sample collection technique, namely total sampling. The data collection techniques used in this research were interviews, questionnaires and observation methods. As well as data analysis techniques in this research using validity and reliability tests, bivariate and univariate tests, and chi-square tests. The results of this study show that there is a significant relationship between knowledge and compliance of health workers, proven by a significance value of 0.001 (p-<0.05). The influence of comfort and compliance is proven by a significance value of 0.005 (p<0.05), the influence of supervision and compliance is proven by a value of 0.001 (p<0.05).

Abstract

Jumlah rekam medis yang terus bertambah juga membuat petugas kesehatan menghadapi kesulitan dalam mengakses rekam medis pasien untuk memperbarui data pengobatan. Sedangkan dilihat dari perkembangan teknologi saat ini seharusnya pihak klinik sudah menggunakan teknologi dalam melakukan pelayanan terhadap pasien. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui hubungan efisiensi proses pendaftaran dengan Tingkat kepuasan. Metode penelitian berjenis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif, peneliti mengangkat populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu jumlah keseluruhan pasien yang datang di klinik Adeera medika yaitu 491 (sumber daya klinik Adeera medika 2023), untuk mengetahui ukuran sampel representative yang didapat berdasarkan rumus slovin,metode sampling yang digunakan yaitu accidental sampling, berdasarkan perhitungan rumus slovin 10% tersebut dari 491 pasien jumlah populasi maka di jumlah sampel sebanyak 82 pasien yang melakukan pendaftaran di klinik adeera Medika. Dimana jumlah 82 orang tersebut dijadikan responden. Penelitian ini mengimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan antara efektivitas proses pendaftaran di Klinik adeera Medika dan kepuasan pasien dengan hasil uji chi square sebesar 0,009. Sehingga hipotesis H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak. Ini ditunjukan oleh responden yang menjawab tidak efisien dan tidak puas, yakni 35,4% responden, namun tidak efisien dan puas ada 17,1%, sedangkan responden yang menjawab efisien dan tidak puas ada 18,3%; responden yang menjawab efisien dan puas sebanyak atau 29,3%. Sehingga perlu adanya penyediaan sarana dan prasarana kerja yang memadai, termasuk teknologi informasi, sangat penting untuk mendukung proses kerja yang efisien dan efektif. Dengan peralatan yang memadai, proses pendaftaran dan pelayanan dapat dilakukan lebih cepat dan akurat, yang pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan kepuasan pasien.

Abstract

Waste comes from human, animal, and natural activities. Food scraps or wet waste, dry waste, plastic, paper, and so on are types of waste that we often encounter in society. This is a common occurrence in modern-day life. Household waste encompasses waste from various sources such as the kitchen, bathroom, laundry, industrial waste, and human waste. A positive and healthy environment is essential to support human survival. The process of disease is an interaction between disease agents, humans (hosts), and the surrounding environment. The aim of this activity is to provide health information to the public regarding the dangers of household waste and how to manage it through a community approach. The sample for this service was 62 heads of families. Delivery of the material was carried out at the Kalosi Alau Village office through direct practice on how to manage household waste, lectures, and discussions. Wet (organic) waste disposal yielded the highest percentage results, with open trash bins accounting for 77.4%, and closed trash bins accounting for 22.6%. Lack of public knowledge of waste disposal impacts is the cause. We hope that this activity will help the public understand the proper management and utilization of household waste.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pelayanan kesehatan primer memiliki peran strategis dalam meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat, terutama bagi kelompok rentan seperti ibu hamil, bayi, dan lansia. Namun, kompleksitas sistem kesehatan seringkali menghadapi tantangan seperti keterbatasan sumber daya dan koordinasi antar pemangku kepentingan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan Collaborative Governance dalam integrasi pelayanan kesehatan primer guna meningkatkan akses dan kualitas layanan kesehatan yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode survei, wawancara, dan observasi di enam desa di Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Analisis data dilakukan melalui pemetaan pemangku kepentingan dan evaluasi efektivitas program. Adapun hasil dari Penerapan Collaborative Governance melalui kolaborasi multi-stakeholder telah meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap layanan kesehatan serta meningkatkan partisipasi dalam program kesehatan primer. Pemanfaatan media digital turut berkontribusi dalam penyebaran informasi Kesehatan. Kesimpulan dari Pengabdian ini yaitu Model tata kelola kolaboratif terbukti efektif dalam memperkuat integrasi layanan kesehatan primer, meningkatkan akses, serta kesadaran masyarakat tentang kesehatan preventif. Keberlanjutan program membutuhkan peningkatan kapasitas kelembagaan dan strategi komunikasi yang lebih baik. Kata Kunci: Collaborative Governance, Pelayanan Kesehatan Primer, Integrasi Layanan, Inklusivitas, Kesehatan Masyarakat  ABSTRACT Primary health care has a strategic role in improving public health, especially for vulnerable groups such as pregnant women, infants, and the elderly. However, the complexity of the health system often faces challenges such as limited resources and coordination between stakeholders. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Collaborative Governance in the integration of primary health care services to improve access and quality of inclusive and sustainable health services. Research Methods: This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with survey, interview, and observation methods in six villages in Sidenreng Rappang Regency. Data analysis was carried out through stakeholder mapping and evaluation of program effectiveness. The results of the Implementation of Collaborative Governance through multi-stakeholder collaboration have increased public understanding of health services and increased participation in primary health programs. The use of digital media also contributes to the dissemination of health information. The conclusion of this Community Service is that the collaborative governance model has proven effective in strengthening the integration of primary health care services, increasing access, and public awareness of preventive health. Abstract

The issue of stunting continues to pose a threat to the future generation of Indonesia. Local plants with high nutritional content include moringa leaves. Apart from moringa leaves, eels also have high nutritional value. Innovation in the formulation of noodle combining moringa leaves and eels is highly needed as a functional food for stunting prevention. The research aimed to determine the level of acceptance of subjects towards the formulation of moringa leaf and eel combination noodles and to assess the effectiveness of the noodle formulation in increasing or changing the weight of toddlers. A pure experimental study with an RAL design was conducted in July-August 2023, involved 30 toddlers and 30 mother-toddler subjects selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis included organoleptic tests to measure the subjects' preferences for the noodle formulation and Paired sample t-test to assess the impact of the noodle formulation on changes in toddlers' weights. The research findings indicated that on average, mothers' preferences for moringa leaf and eel noodles, particularly in terms of color and texture, received positive ratings, while aroma and taste were rated moderately positive. The toddlers' weights before consuming moringa leaf and eel noodles was 9,73 kg, and after consumption, the average weight increased by 0,48 kg to 10,21 kg. The research conclusion confirms that the moringa leaf and eel noodle formulation are potential to have a positive impact on increasing toddlers' weights.

Abstract

Abstract:  Kedai 'Aisyiyah is one of the businesses in Parepare City that still faces obstacles, especially in production and marketing. Kedai 'Aisyiyah's products do not yet have advantages and uniqueness, resulting in low competitiveness and a conventional marketing system. The goal of this program is to improve partners' knowledge and skills in making moringa leaf cakes, especially moringa leaf brownies and cookies. To address these issues, community service activities were carried out in the form of product innovation assistance through the use of local moringa leaf food and the application of smart oven technology. The program was implemented at the Culinary Laboratory of Muhammadiyah University of Parepare, involving 11 members of Kedai 'Aisyiyah. The implementation method included five stages: socialization, preparation, education on the nutritional content of moringa leaves, training in making moringa leaf cakes, and monitoring. The results of the activity showed a 55% increase in participants' knowledge, as evidenced by a comparison of pre-test and post-test results. In addition, partners' skills in producing moringa leaf cakes improved significantly after participating in the training.Abstrak: Kedai 'Aisyiyah merupakan salah satu usaha di Kota Parepare yang masih mengalami kendala khususnya dalam produksi dan pemasaran. Produk Kedai 'Aisyiyah belum memiliki keunggulan dan keunikan sehingga daya saingnya rendah serta sistem pemasaran masih dilakukan secara konvensional. Tujuan program ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra dalam membuat kue daun kelor khususnya brownies dan cookies daun kelor. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa pendampingan inovasi produk melalui pemanfaatan pangan lokal daun kelor dan penerapan teknologi smart oven. Program dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Kuliner Universitas Muhammadiyah Parepare dengan melibatkan 11 anggota Kedai ‘Aisyiyah. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup lima tahapan, yaitu sosialisasi, persiapan, edukasi kandungan gizi daun kelor, pelatihan pembuatan kue daun kelor, serta monitoring. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan peserta sebesar 55%, yang dibuktikan melalui perbandingan hasil pre-test dan post-test. Selain itu, keterampilan mitra dalam memproduksi kue daun kelor meningkat secara signifikan setelah mengikuti pelatihan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Patient satisfaction is an important indicator in assessing the success of health services, which is not always in line with the quality of services provided. In Lancirang Health Center itself, although the quality of service is relatively good, patient satisfaction in 2023 only reached 63.3%, still below the national target of 95%. This study aims to determine the relationship between the quality of health services consisting of five dimensions (reliability, assurance, tangible evidence, empathy, and responsiveness) with patient satisfaction. This study uses the quantitative method with a cross-sectional design. The random sampling technique was used with a total of 218 respondents. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using the chi-square test. The results showed that each dimension of service quality had a significant relationship with patient satisfaction, with a p value <0.05. The reliability dimension showed that 96.2% of patients who considered the service reliable were satisfied. Likewise, in the dimensions of assurance, tangible evidence, empathy, and responsiveness, the majority of respondents who rated the service as good in each of these aspects were satisfied. These findings suggest that the service received by patients has a direct effect on their satisfaction. The authors found that there was a statistically significant correlation between health service quality and patient satisfaction at Lancirang Health Center.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Stunting merupakan gangguan pertumbuhan pada balita yang disebabkan oleh kondisi kurang gizi kronis dan masih menjadi masalah kesehatan global. Di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Manisa Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang, tercatat sebanyak 96 kasus stunting dari bulan Januari hingga September 2024. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara akses informasi dan pengetahuan ibu dengan kejadian stunting pada balita. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Sampel terdiri dari 95 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, kuesioner, dokumentasi, dan telaah pustaka. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji chi-square dengan SPSS versi 21. Hasil: Tidak terdapat hubungan antara akses informasi ibu dengan kejadian stunting (p=0.359), dan pengetahuan ibu juga tidak menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan (p=0.438). Kesimpulan: Tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara akses informasi dan pengetahuan ibu dengan kejadian stunting, yang menunjukkan bahwa kedua faktor tersebut saja belum cukup dalam mencegah stunting tanpa dukungan dari aspek lain seperti perilaku dan kondisi lingkungan.   Introduction: Stunting is a growth disorder in toddlers caused by chronic malnutrition and remains a global health problem. Results: There is no association between mothers' access to information and the incidence of stunting (p=0.359), while mothers' knowledge also does not show a significant association (p=0.438). Conclusion: There is no significant association between mothers' access to information and knowledge with the incidence of stunting, indicating that these two factors alone are not sufficient to prevent stunting without support from other aspects such as behavior and environmental conditions.
