Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihak kelayakan bisnis pada Pembangunan Kompleks Industri Maritim (Sentra Industri) Pengolahan Rumput Laut di Kecamatan Moro, Kabupaten Karimun Provinsi Kepulauan Riau dimaksudkan untuk memacu pertumbuhan industri daerah dengan keterlibatan para pihak berkepentingan termasuk pengusaha industri kecil dan menengah sehingga memberikan manfaat bagi berbagai pihak. Penyusunan pola pengembangan sentra menggunakan konsepsi sebagaimana diatur dalam perundang-undangan diharapkan menghadirkan sentra dengan prinsip lingkungan bersih, industri hijau dengan memperhatikan sanitasi dan higienitas, keseimbangan dengan ruang terbuka dan efektivitas pemanfaatan ruang dan biaya. Metodologi dalam menghasilkan keluaran tersebut di atas dilakukan dengan mempelajari data primer dan data skunder yang didapat langsung dari lokasi dan pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Karimun. dokumen sekunder berupa RPJPD – RPJMD – RTRW Kabupaten Karimun, rencana strategi terkait pengembangan industri, infrastruktur, peran institusi maupun stakeholder terkait dalam pengembangan Sentra Industri pengolahan rumput laut, dan kebijakan ekonomi daerah yang relevan. Pengumpulan data dan informasi pula dilakukan dengan observasi langsung pada lokasi, wawancara, dan kuisioner. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Net Present Value dengan discount factor 15%, Net B/C, Internal Rate of Return, dan Payback Period. Dan hasilnya adalah NPV > 0, layak dilaksanakan, Net B/C > 1, layak dilaksanakan, IRR > discount factor 15%, layak dilaksanakan, dan Payback Period 4,18 tahun.

Abstract

Secara garis besar tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, pelatihan dan pengembangan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan, Penelitian dan Pengembangan Kabupaten Bintan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan, Penelitian dan Pengembangan Kabupaten Bintan, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 42 karyawan PNS. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang berupa studi kasus.. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Pelatihan dan Pengembangan berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Pelatihan dan Pengembangan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Celebrity Endorsement, Brand Image, and Testimonials on consumer buying interest in Kylafood products on Instagram Social Media. The research methods used in this research are descriptive and quantitative methods. Data analysis techniques and research model submissions use Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with 95 questionnaire distribution data aimed at people who at least follow one celebrity endorsment on Instagram, know the kylafood brand, know the testimonials of the kylafood brand and intending to buy kylafood products. The results of this study state that the celebrity endorsement and testimonial variables have a significant positive effect on buying interest in Kylafood products on Instagram, while the brand image variable has a positive but not significant effect.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the business model innovation with the Business Model Canvas approach that can be applied to MSMEs during the COVID-19 pandemic so that MSMEs can survive (business resilience). This research uses a qualitative method, with literature studies accessed from several sources, both print and electronic media, books, and research results from various electronic journals. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis. The description of the business model innovation is presented using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) tools. The nine blocks of BMC are important elements that must be thoroughly analyzed in detail in order to achieve business resilience. A business model strategy is needed in achieving business goals and developing SME products so that they are more competitive and can survive in the pandemic era. The use of the right business model will result in MSMEs being able to achieve business resilience.

Abstract

Covid-19 penetrates into Indonesia to have an impact on Business, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). One of the MSMEs affected by the Covid-19 pandemic is the Cibaduyut Shoe Industry Center. This has an impact on business, marketing, information and the competitiveness of MSME players in Cibaduyut. So the research objective is to find and determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation, marketing performance, and ICT capabilities on competitive advantage. The research method used is quantitative with the research sample being SMEs in Cibaduyut and analysis using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square. While the results of the study provide results for the greatest influence on the ICT capability variable of 44.9%. The conclusion in this study is that the entrepreneurial orientation variable and marketing performance do not have a significant effect on competitive advantage, while the ICT capability variable has a significant effect.

Abstract

On March 10, 2020, the start of the Covid-19 pandemic caused an impact that was felt by several countries, even the government and society. One of the impacts that is felt is not only a health problem but also attacks the country's economy, for example MSMEs as the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises sector are experiencing a severe impact due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on information processed by LIPI's P2E, the impact of tourism shrinkage on MSMEs engaged in the micro food and beverage business reached 27%. Meanwhile, the impact on small food and beverage businesses was 1.77% and medium enterprises was 0.07%. This research is intended to see where the Covid-19 pandemic has grown and how it impacts the economy in Indonesia, especially MSMEs. Afifuddin Suhaeli Kalla said that income from MSMEs has decreased by 70% since the Covid-19 pandemic and this decreased turnover was also felt by Jiwaku's business after the PSBB was implemented. government because the city of Bandung has been exposed to the virus. This research was conducted to identify what MSME players were doing in order to maintain their business during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This research aims to describe and describe what strategies MSME actors want to try in order to be able to continue to survive and become more responsive to changes in the business climate through a SWOT analysis. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research approach and SWOT analysis to digest and create a strategy formulation.

Abstract

Family business is a legacy business that was pioneered and managed with the family, maintaining a family business is easy especially to survive and continue for generations. In this case, to be able to achieve business continuity, family companies need to make changes. Changes in management are one way to maintain the continuity of the family business. So this study aims to map the topic of change management analysis (change management) in family companies using the Systematic Mapping Study (SMS) to see the development of research. Search data using the Scopus database and science direct with the results of 29 articles. Based on the mapping, it shows that the most highly discussed research focuses are corporate governance, entrepreneurship, corporate capability, and organizational development. The research method that is widely used is qualitative, namely 20 articles (69.0%). The dominant type of paper used is the evaluation research category, which is 14 articles (48.3%). The publication trend of countries that do a lot of research is Italy, which is 4 articles (13.8%) and the peak of publication is in 2021 with 7 articles (24.1%)
