Abstract

The local government has made several efforts to increase the population using technology, but so far the availability of existing resources has not been optimized. This is realized by the ability to raise beef cattle, which is still mostly done as a side activity with a very simple and distributed maintenance system. To be able to anticipate the problems that arise, a measurable and directed concept is needed to establish a strategy for developing beef cattle businesses in Aceh Besar Regency through the Cattle Corporation Village. The objectives of the study were (1) to identify the internal and external conditions that support the development of Cattle Corporation Village in Aceh Besar Regency; (2) to formulate strategies to develop cattle production through the development of Cattle Corporation Village in Aceh Besar Regency. The methods used in this research are descriptive method (SWOT) and quantitative method (QSPM). Based on the results, the results of the IFE matrix analysis show a strong internal position. The main strengths in this cattle corporation village are Availability: (1) potential land; (2) feed; and (3) sufficient water sources. Meanwhile, the main internal weakness in the cattle corporation village is the inadequate marketing system. The results of the EFE matrix analysis show a strong external position. The main opportunity in the cattle corporation village is the availability of feed raw materials and agricultural waste that is abundant and has not been maximally utilized. The main threat to the village corporation village is the decline in agricultural production. The results of the IFE and EFE matrix analysis show that the IFE matrix total weight score of 3.52 is in a high position and the EFE matrix total weight score of 3.40 is in a strong position. This indicates that Cattle Corporation Village is in cell I, which can be described as growing and developing. Based on the SWOT Matrix, 11 (eleven) alternative strategies can be obtained, then grouped into 6 (six) strategies that will be tested using QSPM Analysis. Based on the QSPM results, the priority order of the Cattle Corporation Village Development strategy is obtained, namely: Optimizing livestock businesses in the farming system of both food crops and plantations; Increasing the quantity and quality of cattle production; Intensifying the management of reproductive diseases and livestock health; Establishing good cooperation with local governments, educational institutions and the private sector both in the provision of program assistance and the development of Corporate Villages; Managing human resources in terms of managerial and operational efficiency; and Providing market information and coaching for cattle farmers/entrepreneurs/traders.

Abstract

Indonesia’s child growth monitoring system, essential for national stunting prevention, still relies on paper-based tools such as the Child Health Card (KMS), which often face challenges of low parental engagement, fragmented data management, and limited health literacy. Existing digital applications primarily function as data logbooks, lacking interactive audiovisual content that can effectively support parents with diverse literacy levels and learning needs. This gap highlights the urgency for innovative health communication strategies that bridge conventional and digital media to enhance participatory learning and improve community-based child monitoring practices. This study developed and evaluated Si BINTANG (Interactive Barcode-Based Growth and Development Information System). This hybrid audiovisual web platform connects a printed child monitoring book with digital content through QR code technology. The application was designed using a user-centered and health communication approach to enhance parental understanding, motivation, and engagement in monitoring their child's growth and development. A preliminary usability evaluation involving experts and mothers of children under five indicated high system quality, usability, and user acceptance, demonstrating positive responses across functionality, accessibility, and user satisfaction. These results suggest that hybrid digital–print integration can enhance health education by making it more interactive, inclusive, and accessible for families, particularly in low-literacy or resource-limited settings. While the findings show encouraging potential, this study acknowledges several limitations, including the small and localized sample size. Future research will focus on large-scale implementation and impact assessment on parental knowledge, behavioral change, and child health outcomes. The Si BINTANG platform represents a promising direction for strengthening family-based stunting prevention through hybrid digital innovation, contributing to Indonesia’s ongoing digital health transformation and community empowerment agenda.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the legal protection for victims of doxing in Indonesia from victimology and restorative justice principles. This study employed a normative legal method approach. The findings reveal that although Indonesia has several relevant legal instruments, there is no specific provision explicitly addressing doxing as a criminal offense. This regulatory gap has led to challenges in the implementation of victim protection. Law enforcement efforts still face obstacles, such as the limited understanding of digital crime among law enforcement officers, low digital literacy within society, and inadequate psychosocial. recovery services for victims. Therefore, synergy is needed through regulatory reform, institutional capacity building, active community participation, and the strengthening of psychosocial rehabilitation services for victims. These findings highlight the importance of integrating legal approaches with a victimology perspective to ensure comprehensive and fair legal protection for victims of doxing.

Abstract

Early Initiation of Breastfeeding (EIB) is a crucial step for breastfeeding success and reducing the Infant Mortality Rate (IMR). However, its implementation still faces obstacles, especially in deliveries involving Sectio Caesarea (SC) compared to normal deliveries. EIB is the process of providing breast milk to infants within one hour after birth. The implementation of Early Initiation of Breastfeeding (EIB) is closely related to exclusive breastfeeding. Infants who undergo EIB have a 66% potential to receive exclusive breastfeeding. At RSUD H. Damanhuri Barabai, EIB coverage has shown an increase but still needs to be optimized to reach national targets. This study aims to determine the relationship between the type of delivery and the success of Early Initiation of Breastfeeding (EIB) at RSUD H. Damanhuri Barabai. This study used a quantitative design with a cross-sectional approach. The study population consisted of women giving birth at RSUD H. Damanhuri Barabai, with a total sample of 142 respondents. Data processing was conducted univariately to observe frequency distribution and bivariately using the Chi-Square statistical test. The results of this study showed that the majority of respondents had a normal delivery (56.3%) and the remainder underwent SC (43.7%). A total of 104 respondents (73.24%) successfully performed EIB, with a success rate of 83.75% in normal deliveries and 59.67% in SC deliveries. The Chi-Square statistical test results showed a p-value of 0.001 (p < 0.05). There is a significant relationship between the type of delivery and the success of Early Initiation of Breastfeeding (EIB) at RSUD H. Damanhuri Barabai. Normal delivery has a higher probability of EIB success compared to Sectio Caesarea delivery. Type of Delivery, EIB Success, Sectio Caesarea, Normal Delivery.

Abstract

This community service program was conducted to enhance the entrepreneurial capacity of junior high school students by strengthening their technical literacy in catfish aquaculture, a fisheries commodity with substantial economic value. The activity was implemented from 3–7 November 2025 at SMP Sumbarrang, Gowa Regency, and was delivered in a theoretical format due to limited facilities for practical aquaculture activities. The training materials covered the concept of youth agropreneurship, household-scale catfish farming techniques, feed management, community-based marketing strategies within the school environment, business feasibility analysis, and the development of entrepreneurial action plans. The methods employed included interactive lectures, group discussions, business plan simulations, and pre–post test evaluations. The results indicated a significant improvement in students’ technical literacy, reflected by a 49–50% increase in understanding related to farming techniques, feed management, and market opportunities. Entrepreneurial motivation also increased among 78% of participants, demonstrated by greater willingness to express business ideas and heightened awareness of their family’s economic potential. Support from schools and parents was identified as a key factor strengthening the sustainability of the program. Overall, this activity produced a replicable empowerment model for cultivating young agropreneurs in rural school settings, contributing to local economic development through the fisheries sector.
