In this journal, the authors will discuss Branding and Digitalization in UMKM in the Klampok Village, Sananwetan District, Blitar City. This journal will discuss in detail what branding and digitization are that we will apply to UMKM in this Klampok village. Branding itself is an attempt to provide a company with a certain design or symbol as an identity in a business or company. Branding is usually synonymous with logos, designs, packaging, brands, etc. Branding is very important because branding can create an impression on consumers so they can find out what the company expects. In addition, Branding is also a way to differentiate yourself from performance competitors or other companies. Digitalization is a process of change that is analog to digital technology. This digitalization is also a framework for increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of performance in each section. The digitalization that we are doing is more focused on digitalizing marketing, digitizing marketplaces, digitizing social media and also creating websites for the UMKM we assist. The Branding and Digitalization that we do is of course to help the UMKM that we assist can develop properly.

This research is implemented in the banking sector. Knowledge about counterproductive behavior that emerged in banking activity is still limited. Bankers, human resources in the banking sector, deal a lot with customers in their day-to-day job activity by assessing the credit proposal of their bank customers. Qualified credit assessment is essential to determine the approval of bank credit. The failure to assess qualified debtors will result in bad credit in which debtors do not repay the credit they receive. To get qualified credit assessment, bankers follow the 5C Principles in assessing credit proposals. Counterproductive work behavior occurs when workers perform indifferently from what the rules and norms of a company have stated. Qualitative research with a phenomenology approach was conducted to determine how these deviances performed while bankers assessed their customers' credit loan proposals under the 5C Principles. Six bankers with different job positions were the subjects of this study and were interviewed to get in-depth information. This research reveals items of behaviors related to production deviances in each principle they assessed. Deviances are reported in each principle then categorized into production ones since these behaviors deal a lot with how they perform their job in the credit sector.

The present investigation seeks to determine the impact of Work Life Balance and Job Stress on Counterproductive Work Behavior in an outsourcing company, focusing on security personnel as the research object. The research methodology employed a quantitative approach utilizing a saturated sampling procedure, encompassing 96 security personnel as study participants. Statistical analysis was conducted via Partial Least Squares (PLS) structural equation modeling. The empirical findings demonstrate that Work Life Balance has a negative and significant effect on Counterproductive Work Behavior, while Job Stress has a positive and significant effect on Counterproductive Work Behavior. This means that a balanced personal and professional life can reduce the emergence of deviant behaviors, whereas unmanaged stress increases the risk of counterproductive actions. These findings provide a foundation for management to design more effective work systems and psychological support strategies to minimize deviant behavior in the workplace.
