This study aims to know the description of mathematical communication skills in terms of students' mathematics ability in class IX in solving problems on the subject of quadratic equations. The type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. There were 6 research subjects namely two students that have high-ability, two students that has medium-ability, and two students that has low ability. The instruments used in data collection are written tests and interviews. The results showed that subjects with high mathematical abilities were sufficiently able to describe and state problem situations in written or image form properly, were able to use mathematical symbols and terms appropriately and were able to connect algebraic expressions into mathematical ideas. Subjects with moderate mathematical abilities are able to use mathematical symbols and terms appropriately but are less able to describe and state problem situations in written or image form properly and are also less able to connect algebraic expressions to mathematical ideas. Subjects with low mathematical abilities are not able to describe and state problem situations in written or image form properly and correctly, are less able to use mathematical symbols and terms appropriately and have not been able to connect algebraic expressions into mathematical ideas. The results of this study are expected to add insight and improve students' mathematical communication skills, especially in solving math problems related to the application of everyday life.

The current development of technology 4.0 shows the progress of application transactions in Islamic financial institutions. It does not rule out possibilities like BSI Mobile with its BI Fast service. BI Fast service is a transfer transaction service between Bank Syariah Indonesia and other conventional banks with a fee of Rp. 2,500 per transaction. The research used is quantitative research with primary and secondary data. Data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires. The sampling technique is a random sampling technique of 30 respondents from UIN students Prof. K. H. Saifuddin Zuhri Purwokerto. The data analysis used is a reliability test, validity test, basic assumption test (normality test, descriptive analysis test, and linearity test). Then for hypothesis tests using (t test, F test, and R2 determination coefficient test) and multiple tests. For data management, it uses the SPSS 25 application in 2023. Use of BI Fast application on BSI Mobile. Based on the data processing, it was concluded that there is an influence of financial literacy on transactions using BI Fast BSI Mobile services, there is no effect of convenience on transactions using BI Fast BSI Mobile services, and there is no influence of trust on transactions using BI Fast BSI Mobile services. And simultaneously the three variables of financial literacy, convenience, and trust do not affect transactions using BI Fast BSI Mobile services

Makasar City is one of the cities with the highest poverty problem in South Sulawesi so that poverty alleviation policies are carried out. This study aims to identify and analyze commitment and coordination in the implementation of the Poverty Reduction Program (PAP) in Makassar City. The research method uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and document reviews. This paper will answer two questions: How is the government's commitment to PAP? How is the coordination between agencies in the distribution of PAP? The results of the study show that the commitment of the government of Makassar City is relatively high. But unfortunately, the commitment of government elites has not been fully supported by the commitment of implementers at the RT/RW level. The pattern of coordination between organizations has not gone well, and this is indicated by differences in data between Regional Work Unit (SKPD) in terms of the number of poor people.

Employee performance is strongly influenced by several factors, one of which is organizational culture. Organizational culture is built from behavior that can affect fellow employees or is called Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This study aims to describe the influence of organizational culture and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employee performance at the South Sulawesi Provincial Health Office. Descriptive research using quantitative methods with a sample of South Sulawesi Provincial Health Office employees taken about 73 respondents with Purposive Sampling and Accidental Sampling Techniques. The research instrument used reliability and validity tests and then univariate analysis to describe the effect of each variable and bivariate analysis was generated using Chi Squared Test and Coefficient Contingency. The study revealed that there was a very strong significant influence between organizational culture on employee performance at the South Sulawesi Provincial Health Office (P value = 0.99), there was a moderate significant effect between Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employee performance at the Sulawesi Provincial Health Office of South Sulawesi (P value = 0.47), and there is a very strong significant effect between Organizational Culture and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on the performance of employees of South Sulawesi Province (P Value = 0.94).

The quality of college graduates can be influenced by selection to enter State Universities (PTN). Therefore, the PTN selection process is an important aspect that needs to be paid attention to by prospective students, parents and the wider community. This service activity aims to provide training on scholastic potential test questions and increase the graduation percentage of Gamaliel Makassar High School students at PTN. The method used is lectures and providing training in taking scholastic potential tests, especially mathematical reasoning. The training participants were 50 class XII students at SMA Gamaliel Makassar. The results of this activity increase students' ability to understand and take scholastic potential tests, especially mathematical reasoning through practice.

Child marriage remains a significant issue globally, particularly in developing countries. This literature review synthesizes findings from various studies that explore the factors contributing to child marriage and its multifaceted impacts on health, psychology, and societal norms. The studies highlight that socio-economic conditions, cultural beliefs, and legal frameworks play critical roles in perpetuating child marriage. The consequences of such early unions are profound, often leading to adverse health outcomes, psychological distress, and developmental challenges for children. This review aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the implications of child marriage and to underscore the urgency for effective interventions and policy reforms. Abstrak Pernikahan anak masih menjadi masalah penting secara global, khususnya di negara-negara berkembang. Tinjauan literatur ini merangkum temuan-temuan dari berbagai penelitian yang mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap pernikahan anak dan dampaknya terhadap kesehatan, psikologi, dan norma-norma masyarakat. Studi-studi tersebut menyoroti bahwa kondisi sosio-ekonomi, keyakinan budaya, dan kerangka hukum memainkan peran penting dalam melanggengkan pernikahan anak. Konsekuensi dari perkawinan dini sangat besar, sering kali menimbulkan dampak buruk pada kesehatan, tekanan psikologis, dan tantangan perkembangan bagi anak-anak. Tinjauan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman komprehensif mengenai implikasi perkawinan anak dan menggarisbawahi pentingnya intervensi yang efektif dan reformasi kebijakan.

Perkembangan teknologi digital membawa tantangan baru dalam pendidikan karakteristik Islam yang menekankan pada pembentukan akhlak mulia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan serta merumuskan strategi dalam pendidikan karakteristik Islam di era digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kepustakaan dengan menelaah jurnal, buku, dan prosiding ilmiah sebagai sumber data, dianalisis melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sejumlah tantangan, seperti distraksi teknologi, cyberbullying, kurangnya pengawasan orang tua dan guru, hingga paparan konten negatif dan radikalisme digital. Strategi yang diusulkan antara lain penguatan pendidikan etika digital, keterlibatan aktif orang tua dan guru, pengawasan penggunaan teknologi, serta integrasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam pembelajaran berbasis teknologi. Selain itu, kolaborasi antara keluarga dan sekolah menjadi kunci utama dalam membentuk karakter generasi digital. Kesimpulannya, pendidikan karakteristik Islam di era digital memerlukan pendekatan sinergis yang adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi tanpa kehilangan nilai-nilai inti keislaman.

Menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea) is a common health issue experienced by adolescent girls and can disrupt daily activities and reduce quality of life. Many adolescents lack knowledge of effective, safe, and easy non-pharmacological treatment alternatives. This community service program aimed to improve adolescents' knowledge and skills in managing menstrual pain through acupressure techniques. The activity was conducted in Tg Agung Village, Tanjung Palas Timur Subdistrict, North Kalimantan, involving 15 adolescent girls as participants. The methods used included education, hands-on training, and evaluation through pre-test and post-test assessments. Evaluation results showed a significant increase in participants' knowledge of acupressure, shifting from predominantly low to high categories after the intervention. The acupressure points introduced included SP6 (Sanyinjiao), LI4 (Hegu), and LV3 (Taichong). This activity proved effective in enhancing the adolescents’ understanding and independence in naturally and non-pharmacologically managing menstrual pain. Abstrak Nyeri haid (dismenore) merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan yang umum dialami oleh remaja putri dan dapat mengganggu aktivitas serta menurunkan kualitas hidup. Banyak remaja belum memahami alternatif penanganan non-obat yang efektif, aman, dan mudah dilakukan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan remaja dalam mengatasi nyeri haid melalui teknik akupresur. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Desa Tg Agung, Kecamatan Tanjung Palas Timur, Kalimantan Utara, dengan melibatkan 15 remaja putri sebagai peserta. Metode yang digunakan meliputi edukasi, pelatihan langsung, serta evaluasi melalui pre-test dan post-test. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan peserta mengenai akupresur, dari mayoritas kategori rendah menjadi tinggi setelah intervensi. Teknik akupresur yang diperkenalkan meliputi titik SP6 (Sanyinjiao), LI4 (Hegu), dan LV3 (Taichong). Kegiatan ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan kemandirian remaja dalam mengelola nyeri haid secara alami dan non-farmakologis.
