Abstract

gambaran fungsi kognitif yang di ukur dengan MMSE pada pasien riwayat stroke di poli saraf RSUD dr.h.abdul moeloek bandar lampung tahun 2021. stroke merupakan salah satu penyakit yang dapat mengakibatkan disabilitas dan mortalitas (kematian) terbanyak dengan urutan ketiga di dunia (who, 2019). morbiditas pasien pasca stroke dapat berupa masalah fisik, psikis dan kognitif. hal ini meningkatkan resiko berupa penurunan fungsi kognitif. salah satu pemeriksaan fungsi kognitif yang sering digunakan adalah mini mental state examination (MMSE). penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui gangguan fungsi kognitif yang di ukur dengan MMSE pada pasien riwayat stroke di rsud dr.h.abdul moeloek bandar lampung tahun 2021. jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian deskriptif dan rancangan penelitian cross sectional. jumlah sampel 30 subyek yang memenuhi kriteria penelitian dengan teknik consecutive sampling. data penelitian diperoleh dari catatan rekam medis dengan pengisian kuesioner MMSE dan diolah dengan bantuan SPSS. dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada pasien yang berjenis kelamin perempuan yaitu sebanyak 9 responden (30%) pasien memiliki gangguan kognitif berat pada rentang usia 56-65 tahun (lansia akhir) yaitu sebanyak 8 responden (26,7%), gangguan kognitif berat pada pasien dengan jenjang pendidikan sd yaitu sebanyak 10 responden (33,3%) terjadi kerusakan pada hemisfer bilateral sebanyak 8 responden (26,7%), lesi infark sebanyak 11 responden (36,7%). terdapat gangguan kognitif berat pada pasien riwayat stroke dengan komponen fungsi kognitif yang memiliki rerata nilai yang tinggi, yaitu komponen orientasi 7 (0-10).

Abstract

In Indonesia, English is a foreign language to be studied both at school institutions and not. In practice students and teachers still face many obstacles in the learning process, especially in English proficiency. Various responses can be found in class related to these problems, especially on students' language difficulties, students' attitudes during the learning process. With these problems student learning outcomes, and participation in carrying out learning activities and groups are less effective. So that in conversation material students have not shown maximum seriousness and learning outcomes. This study aims to describe the difficulties faced by students in learning English and the causal factors related to student conversations. This study used a qualitative approach with interview instruments, journal literature, and analyzing student learning outcomes. Analysis of research data was carried out in three ways, namely interviews, reviewing journals, drawing conclusions and verifying student learning outcomes. The results showed that the research subjects had difficulty learning English in various conversation materials. This occurs as a result of different levels of English mastery and learning outcomes according to assessment standards.

Abstract

And legal protection of authentic deeds that function as evidence. Authentic deeds are very essential in civil relations to prove legal acts and determine rights and obligations, including in the context of agreements or contracts. The case study focuses on Decision Number 408 / Pdt / 2023, which involves a shophouse construction and profit sharing agreement. The Plaintiffs made a Deed of Shophouse Construction and Profit Sharing Agreement Number 28 dated November 14, 2012 before Notary & PPAT Yeni Pujihartini,  S.H., M.Kn. (Defendant II), with Johan (Defendant I) as the developer. The legal problem that arose was the alleged negligence / violation of procedures by the Notary because the Plaintiffs were asked to sign a blank paper and then the contents of the Deed they received (the number of shophouses written as 4) were different from the initial agreement. Another main problem was the default by Defendant I who did not complete the construction and hand over the shophouses to the Plaintiff. This case highlights the significance of authentic deeds as strong evidence and simultaneously underscores the responsibility of Notaries to ensure the formal and material truth of the deed in accordance with the wishes of the parties and applicable regulations. The breach of contract lawsuit filed with the Sengeti District Court emphasizes the need for Notary integrity in carrying out their official duties to maintain the evidentiary value of the deed and provide maximum legal protection for the public. In an increasingly advanced era, the role of notaries is increasingly needed by the public who will undertake legal actions, one of which is in making agreements. This relates to the need for the availability of strong evidence, in the event of a future dispute between the parties. Therefore, in carrying out their official duties, Notaries in providing their services must comply with the provisions of laws and regulations.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi di satuan pendidikan membawa dampak positif terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran dan manajemen sekolah, namun di sisi lain turut meningkatkan konsumsi energi, penggunaan kertas, serta limbah elektronik. Kondisi ini menuntut adanya penerapan konsep Sistem Informasi Hijau (Green Information System) sebagai upaya mendukung keberlanjutan lingkungan di sektor pendidikan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi ramah lingkungan melalui penerapan prinsip sistem informasi hijau pada satuan pendidikan. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi analisis kondisi awal penggunaan teknologi informasi, sosialisasi konsep green IT dan green IS, pelatihan pemanfaatan aplikasi digital hemat energi dan paperless, serta pendampingan implementasi sistem informasi berbasis web dan cloud. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan kesadaran sivitas sekolah terhadap praktik teknologi ramah lingkungan, penurunan penggunaan kertas administrasi, serta optimalisasi pemanfaatan sistem informasi digital dalam proses pembelajaran dan manajemen sekolah. Selain itu, satuan pendidikan mitra mulai mengadopsi kebijakan penggunaan teknologi informasi yang lebih efisien dan berkelanjutan. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model penerapan sistem informasi hijau di lingkungan pendidikan serta berkontribusi dalam mendukung program sekolah berwawasan lingkungan dan pembangunan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan nilai estetika serta nilai historis yang terkandung dalam artefak kriya yang tersimpan di Museum Situs Kota Cina Medan. Situs Kota Cina merupakan salah satu situs arkeologi terpenting di Sumatera Utara yang menyimpan jejak peradaban dan jaringan perdagangan maritim internasional sejak abad XI hingga XIV Masehi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi literatur dan observasi koleksi museum. Teori estetika Djelantik yang mencakup tiga aspek yaitu wujud, bobot, dan penampilan digunakan sebagai landasan analisis nilai estetika, sedangkan nilai historis dikaji berdasarkan konsep warisan budaya dan cagar budaya. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa artefak kriya di Museum Kota Cina Medan mengandung nilai estetika tinggi yang tercermin dari keindahan bentuk, motif, dan teknik pembuatannya, sekaligus menyimpan nilai historis yang kuat sebagai bukti nyata peradaban dan akulturasi budaya lintas bangsa di wilayah Medan dan sekitarnya. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi dalam upaya pelestarian dan pengenalan warisan budaya Kota Medan kepada masyarakat luas.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the suboptimal engagement of tenth-grade students in Sociology learning at SMA PGRI 2 Padang, which results in a less meaningful learning experience. This study aims to describe the learning experiences of tenth-grade students in Sociology and analyze the factors influencing them. This study used a qualitative, descriptive approach. Thirteen informants participated in the study: seven tenth-grade students as the primary subjects, one Sociology teacher, and five parents as supporting informants. Data collection techniques included non-participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, comprising the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that students' learning experiences in Sociology are still suboptimal. This is characterized by low active student participation, a predominance of lecture methods, a lack of varied learning media, and a less conducive classroom atmosphere. Factors influencing students' learning experiences include internal factors such as student motivation and self-confidence, as well as external factors such as learning methods, teacher-student interaction, and classroom management. This study concludes that meaningful learning experiences require more interactive, contextual, and participatory learning strategies to increase student involvement and understanding in Sociology learning.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membandingkan karakter kreatif dan karakter komunikatif pada pembelajaran tematik. Jenis penelitian menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif Metodologi: Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan variabel karakter kreatif dan karakter komunikatif dengan jumlah sampel 15 peserta didik. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Temuan utama: Berdasarkan hasil telah ditemukan bahwa pada pembelajaran tematik dapat diintegrasikan dengan pendidikan karakter. Hal ini juga menunjukkan karakter kreatif dan karakter komunikatif peserta didik juga dapat diukur pada pembelajaran tematik. Penerapan pembelajaran tematik dapat menjadi salah satu pembelajaran yang dapat mengukur karakter peserta didik. Karakter peserta didik tersebut menjadi hal khusus atau keunikan tersendiri peserta didik dalam mengatur sikap dan kepribadian mereka. Keterbaruan penelitian: Setelah dilakukan penelitian didapatkan keterbaharuan dari penelitian ini yaitu teapatnya hubungan antara karakter keratif dengan karakter komunikatif siswa dalam belajar tmatik.

Abstract

Purpose of this Research: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using local goods on the character of the love of the students' homeland. Research Methods: The research method was conducted at SD Negeri 103/X Sidomukti in class VI. The data collection instruments used were questionnaires and multiple-choice questions. Data analysis used descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Main Findings: The distribution of the two questionnaires revealed that the love for the homeland of students needed to be improved. Meanwhile, students' use of local goods is in a wrong category. The regression test results revealed that the use of local goods affected the character of the love for the homeland of students with a sig. 0.034. Novelty of this Research: The novelty in this study is found in a variable that is different from previous research, namely the character of love for the homeland. The limitation of this research lies in only the social media of the shopee application and the character of love for the homeland. The researcher recommends that there be more research to explore the influence of other social media. As well as more character values, especially in loving the homeland, that needs to be considered, such as tolerance, love for the homeland, peace, and others.

Abstract

Purpose of research: research on the application of the study model of the group investigation on chemical materials and its impact on the students' critical thinking ability are aimed at seeing how the model is performing on the critical thinking ability of the xii class student at sman 5 city jambi.Methodology: the study is a korelational descriptive study with mixed method mixed method mixed nowadays embedded. Samples were determined by an elementary sampling technique with an expert consideration. Research instruments form an observation sheet for the performance of the model group investigation and student critical thinking ability. The data analysis is performed to see how the gi model's performance of critical thinking capabilities is done with Pearson's bivariate and t-testing. Major findings: gi model performance is categorized well, reviewed by teachers and students at an average of 78.55% and 74.5%. The results of the similarity of the two average data of model accessibility by teachers and students gained thitung = 0.5015 and ttabel = 4.3. Research results prove that the performance of the study model of the group investigation is going well and there is an influence between the performance of the study model group investigation with the students' critical thinking ability on an xii chemical element at the five cities jambi.Research update: this study strengthens a significant impact between gi models on students' critical thinking ability, especially at chemistry lessons.

Abstract

Research objectives: This study aims to find out how thematic learning can become meaningful for students and the thematic learning outcomes of third-grade elementary school students. Methodology: This research is qualitative research. By using a case study design. The research subjects were the educators who were observed and 10 students in grade III elementary schools who were obtained using a purposive sampling technique. Main findings: Thematic learning in elementary schools has strengths and increases students' hard work in learning. Novelty/Originality of this study: Thematic learning is able to provide improvement and positive influence in all learning components
