Abstract

The rapid development of information and technology requires companies to be able to compete in a competitive business environment. This study aims to determine the role of MSDM in achieving a company's competitive advantage. Using qualitative writing techniques and literature reviews, this scientific journal was written by analyzing the relationship between the impact of variables sourced from books and online journals such as Google Scholar, Google Books, and Potral Garuda. MSDM plays a very important role in managing expertise and motivating employees. MSDM has the ability to influence company performance by focusing on developing human resource assets. This is seen as a resource that can provide competitive advantage. By managing employee expertise and motivation, companies can achieve higher levels of performance.

Abstract

To be able to face intense business competition along with advances in information technology today, Human Resources (HR) has become the most important aspect in a company or organization that cannot be replaced by technological advances. Digital transformation has had a significant impact on the way companies or organizations work, make decisions and operate. It seems that HR must be digitally ready in order to maintain their position in the business and revolutionize the employee experience by combining several aspects such as HR, Technology and processes in a new digital ecosystem. Therefore, proper Human Resources (HR) planning is needed in this digital era. HR planning in the digital era will be faced with significant challenges and opportunities. In order to be able to overcome challenges and take advantage of existing opportunities, the role of an HR Manager is needed who has knowledge about business and not only about business but technological expertise is also needed in HR planning in thisĀ digitalĀ era.

Abstract

In this digital change, digital leaders are needed who can drive faster transformation within the organization. This research aims to further analyze leadership patterns in the digital era. This research uses a qualitative approach, using the literature review method. This study was conducted to examine the role of digital leadership in the government sector in realizing digital transformation. The presence of this digital leader can encourage accelerated transformation within the organization.

Abstract

Leadership can be said to be the key to the success of a company. With leadership in a company, the company will run in a structured manner and its employees will be well managed. The importance of leadership style in a company to be effective in achieving goals and remaining relevant in a changing environment. Leadership style in a company can determine how productive employees in a company are. The purpose of writing this journal is to analyze, find out, confirm whether there really is an influence of leadership style on employee performance. The writing method uses a qualitative descriptive method with techniques for searching, collecting and analyzing existing data. The results of the research show that leadership style can make employees enthusiastic and motivated to work.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan, sertamengetahui apakah kebijakan Dividen dapat memoderasi antara variable profitabiliats terhadapnilai perusahaan. Penelitain dilakukan pada perusahaan sub sector manufaktur yang terdapat diBEI dari tahu 2010-2020. Tehnik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur dengan tes sobel.Kebijakan Dividen yang diproksikan oleh DPR dan nilai perusahaan yang diproksikan oleh PBVdihasilkan Uji Hipotesis DPR tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan terhadap PBV. Profitabilitasyang diproksikan oleh ROA dan nilai perusahaan yang diproksikan oleh PBV pada hasil hipotesisProfitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Uji Sobel diperolehhasil Kebijakan Dividen tidak mampu memediasi hubungan antara Profitabilitas terhadap NilaiPerusahaan.
