Abstract

In anthropogenic islands as urban parks, the fern species richness and composition may be determined ecologically by the quality of habitat, including area greenness, or biogeographically by area size. As the development of the theory of island biogeography also includes man-made parks, it is feasible to test whether area-species relationship applies in these urban parks, and is more pronouncedly evident compared to another ecological factor, such as NDVI. Total species number and composition of 8 urban parks in a kecamatan in Tegal Regency were collected and arranged in clustering methods to understand the similarity between parks. The similarity analysis result is important for the management of the parks in Slawi. The species richness data is subsequently tested using Pearson correlation and regression against NDVI and area sizes. The relation between NDVI and species richness is non-significant (p=0.058), while area size and species richness is significant (p=0.003). This signifies that the urban fern species richness is determined by area as biogeographical factor, compared to NDVI as ecological factor. This result is important for the purpose of designing and managing urban parks as evidently size is important in the effort of attracting native biodiversity into urban parks and in turn enhancing the well-being of urban population.

Abstract

Danau Rawapening merupakan bagian hilir dari Sub DAS Rawapening yang berada di Provinsi Jawa  Tengah. Danau Rawapening masuk kedalam danau prioritas I berdasarkan Kesepakatan Bali tahun 2009 tentang pengelolaan danau berkelanjutan. Permasalahan yang ada pada danau rawa pening adanya kerusakan lahan yang menyebabkan lahan kritis meluas, juga erosi yang semakin tinggi dan meningkat, penggunaan lahan yang tidak sesuai. Danau Rawapening termasuk dalam bagian Sub DAS Rawapening. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui perubahan kekritisan lahan di wilayah Sub DAS Rawapening tahun 2017-2022 dan juga mengetahui perubahan dari parameter lahan kritis tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pembobotan dan overlay berdasarkan Peraturan Dirjen Pengendalian DAS dan Hutan Lindung Nomor P.3/PDASHL/SET/KUM.1/7/2018 tentang petunjuk teknis penyusunan data spasial lahan kritis dengan parameter penutupan lahan, tingkat bahaya erosi, kemiringan lereng dan fungsi kawasan hutan. Hasil dari analisis diperoleh terjadi penurunan kekritisan lahan di wilayah Sub DAS Rawapening. Kelas tidak kritis mengalami penurunan sebesar 345,721 ha, kelas potensial kritis mengalami peningkatan sebesar 418,953 ha, kelas agak kritis mengalami penurunan sebesar 86,866 ha, kelas kritis mengalami penurunan sebesar 418,441 ha dan kelas sangat kritis mengalami peningkatan sebesar 2,945 ha. Perubahan juga terjadi pada parameter lahan kritis yaitu tutupan lahan dan tingkat bahaya erosi. Perubahan tutupan lahan paling besar terjadi pada klasifikasi hutan yang mengalami peningkatan. Tingkat bahaya erosi di wilayah Sub DAS Rawapening juga mengalami peningkatan karena adanya peningkatan pada klasifikasi berat sebesar 601,343 ha. Perubahan tutupan lahan dan tingkat bahaya erosi tersebut yang menyebabkan terjadinya perubahan kekritisan lahan di Sub DAS Rawapening.

Abstract

This class action research aims to improve the counting ability of children aged 4 - 5 years with snakes and ladders games in group A of Tk One Roof SD 3 Talang Padang. The method used in this research is collaborative classroom action research using the Kemmis and Mc Taggart model. PTK is carried out as an effort to overcome problems that arise in the classroom. This method is carried out with four stages, namely planning, action, implementation, and reflection. The research subjects were group A students of Tk Satu Atap SD 3 Talang Padang, totaling 10 children. The object of this research is the counting ability of children aged 4 - 5 years. The data collection method used is observation. Technical data analysis was carried out descriptively qualitative and quantitative. The success indicator set is at least 75% of 10 children achieve the ability to count children aged 4 - 5 years. This research was conducted in two cycles.The results showed that the counting ability of children aged 4 - 5 years has increased. The increase in counting ability of children aged 4 - 5 years can be seen from the indicators of the ability to count objects 1 - 10, recognize the concept of numbers, recognize number symbols 1 - 10, mention number symbols 1 - 10, match numbers with number symbols. The increase in counting ability of children aged 4 - 5 years with snakes and ladders game in the implementation of pre-action 31, 5%, and in cycle I increased to 51.5%,

Abstract

This research delves into the curriculum design and evolution of the bilingual program at MA Al Hikmah 2, popularly known as Malhikdua School. Employing qualitative methodologies, data were gathered through direct observations and interviews. The program’s innovations include four English proficiency programs: School Outing Program, Test of English as Foreign Language, English Competency Test by LPKS, and Malhikdua Explore. The findings demonstrate the effectiveness of the Malhikdua bilingual program in advancing students’ English proficiency through a strategically designed and supportive English proficiency programs.

The increase in counting ability of children aged 4 - 5 years with snakes and ladders games in the implementation of pre-action 31, 5%, and in cycle I increased to 51.5%, because it is still less than the success criteria that should be, the next action is cycle II and increases very well by getting a percentage of 85%. With this acquisition, the research was stopped because it had reached the success criteria

Abstract

Human resource management (HRM) is the most important factor in the world of education. HRM is connected to the formation of educational staff and educators, both of which are important components in preparing educational programs. The COVID-19 pandemic, which spread to various parts of the world for several years and reached Indonesia, has made digitalization in the Indonesian education sector, namely schools, adapt more quickly to the era of digitalization than before. Current technological advances have had a positive impact on the world of education, which is inseparable from the management of human resources in schools. This research uses a literature review method by looking for previous research in journals that discuss HR management in organizations (such as schools) and related HRM issues. The purpose of this literature review is to identify related journals and factors that can help in answering the objectives of this research. The data used in the literature review is from 2018 to 2023. By searching on Google Scholar for keywords used by information systems, HRM, and schools, The data collection for this literature review was from national journals. A total of 55 national journal articles were selected based on the key, and after selecting based on the article topic, relevance of the title, and analysis results, there were 15 articles that were suitable. The results of this literature review are that there are several benefits obtained by installing an HRM information system in schools, including: increasing efficiency both in terms of time and performance; improving data management so that data expands more quickly and is more accessible; and educational issues that can focus more on strategic work.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan minat baca siswa kelas VI SDN 067978 Medan Helvetia melalui program Kamis Literasi dengan buku cerita rakyat. Penelitian menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dalam dua siklus, masing-masing dua pertemuan. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan, dengan keterlaksanaan program oleh guru dari 68,75% (baik) pada siklus I menjadi 82,5% (sangat baik) pada siklus II. Keterlibatan siswa meningkat dari 42% pada siklus I menjadi 61,16% pada siklus II. Minat baca siswa rata-rata naik dari 62,3% (sedang) menjadi 72% (baik) setelah intervensi berupa buku cerita rakyat bergambar, membaca nyaring, diskusi kelompok, dan jurnal buku. Program ini efektif meningkatkan minat baca, dan disarankan memanfaatkan e-book cerita rakyat untuk menarik minat lebih luas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan Mail Gateway Security pada perusahaan PT. Pundi Mas Berjaya. Email merupakan salah satu alat komunikasi utama di perusahaan, baik untuk internal maupun eksternal. Dalam konteks ini, email gateway security menjadi penting untuk melindungi informasi sensitif perusahaan. Ancaman seperti phising, yang mencuri informasi melalui email palsu, malware yang merusak sistem, dan spam yang mengganggu produktivitas, memerlukan perlindungan yang efektif. Penerapan metode Mail Gateway Security merupakan sebuah metode untuk memecahkan masalah dan dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC), meliputi tahapan Analisis yang melibatkan identifikasi ancaman dan risiko terhadap email server perusahaan, Desain melibatkan pengembangan topologi sistem mail gateway dengan memanfaatkan layanan Aktiva berbasis cloud, Implementasi dengan menambahkan reputasi email server dan mengkonfigurasikan mail server Zimbra. Hasilnya menunjukan peningkatan keamanan email perusahaan, pengurangan spam, dan kemudahan pemantauan aktivitas pengiriman email, dengan penerapan Mail Gateway Security berbasis cloud, perusahaan dapat melindungi data sensitif, menjaga reputasi, dan meningkatkan keberlanjutan bisnis di era digital yang penuh dengan ancaman cyber.
