Abstract

Aviation safety is a very important factor in every flight operation. This study aims to determine the Effectiveness of the Implementation of the Runway Excursion Emergency Response System at PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Sultan Aji Muhammad Sulaiman Sepinggan-Balikpapan International Airport in tackling Incident/Accident at the Airport. The benefit of this research is to add insight and knowledge of researchers about the Effectiveness of the Implementation of the Runway Excursion Emergency Response System and as an evaluation material on the Effectiveness of the Implementation of the Runway Excursion Emergency Response System at the Airport, especially Sultan Aji Muhammad Sulaiman Sepinggan-Balikpapan International Airport. This research method uses descriptive qualitative with collecting techniques from observations and interviews. The location of this research was conducted at PT. Angakasa Pura I Airport Branch Office of Sultan Aji Muhammad Sulaiman Sepinggan-Balikpapan International Airport, especially in the Airport Rescue And Fire Fighting Services unit. The conclusion of this study is based on data collected from 3 predetermined variables, namely: response team, quality and quantity of PKP-PK personnel and PKP-PK Emergency Response Facilities. So, the average result is obtained with the achievement of a percentage value of 81.33% or in the level of effectiveness the result is "Very Effective".

Abstract

This study examines the characteristics of traffic accidents on Bontang-Samarinda route during the period of 2018-2020 to identify the accident patterns, causal factors, and accident-prone locations. The data were collected from the police records including time of occurrence, type of casualty, type of vehicle, type of collision, and causal factors. The analysis shows that accidents tend to occur in the afternoon and evening, with a pre-dominance of accidents involving two-wheeled vehicles. The most common type of casualty was minor injuries, but there was an increase in cases of serious injuries in 2020. The main contributing factors were high-speed and road marking violations, with straights and turns being common maneuver. Most crashes occurred in certain segments, especially at KM 22-28 and KM 64-70. This research methods is EAN weighting. The study concludes that prevention efforts should focus on the speed regulation, the driver awareness, and the infrastructure improvement in high-risk road segment. These results provide important guidance for policy makers and relevant authorities to develop more effective road safety strategies on Bontang-Samarinda route.

Abstract

Proses pengelasan pengerjaannya tidak terlepas dari bahaya ergonomi. Pada saat observasi, ditemukan pekerja dengan postur tidak ergonomis, diantaranya yaitu saat mengelas material posisi tubuh pekerja membungkuk disertai leher menekuk ke bawah, dan terdapat pekerja dengan posisi jongkok selama bekerja, dan dampak pekerja pada pengelasan ini dapat menimbulkan Carpal tunnel syndrome atau disebut mati rasa dan kesemutan di tangan dan lengan yang disebabkan oleh syaraf terjepit di pergelangan tangan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Postur Pekerja pada Pekerjaan Pengelasan dalam Keluhan Musculoskeletal Disorders di CV Daya Guna Mandiri Balikpapan dan untuk mengetahui tingkat risiko postur kerja menggunakan metode Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) dan mengetahui tingkat keluhan musculoskeletal Disorders menggunakan mengunakan penilaian Nordic Body Map (NBM). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan pekerja potur tidak ergonomis dengan menggunakan REBA didapatkan bahwa 1 informan dengan tingkat risiko sangat tinggi, 1 informan dengan tingkat risiko tinggi, dan 3 informan dengan tingkat risiko sedang, dan menunjukkan mengalami keluhan pada sistem musculoskeletal dari NBM didapatkan hasil bahwa 1 informan dengan tingkat keluhan sangat tinggi, 3 informan tinggi, dan 1 informan sedang. Hal ini dapat meninbulkan keluhan sakit pada otot dan nyeri, dan perlu menyediakan meja kerja yang sesuai dengan pekerjaan pengelasan yang dilakukan dibawah, agar material yang dikerjakan dapat sejajar dengan tubuh pekerja sehingga pekerja tidak perlu membungkuk saat mengelas dan juga menyediakan kursi kecil yang sesuai dan nyaman diduduki oleh pekerja.

Abstract

Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) merupakan instrumen yang memproteksi pekerja, perusahaan, lingkungan hidup dan masyarakat sekitar dari bahaya akibat kecelakaan kerja. Kecelakaan kerja disebabkan oleh dua golongan penyebab yaitu tindak perbuatan manusia yang tidak memenuhi keselamatan (unsafe action) dan keadaan-keadaan lingkungan yang tidak aman (unsafe conditions). Perilaku tenaga kerja yang berisiko serta kondisi lingkungan kerja yang berbahaya merupakan faktor pencetus timbulnya kecelakaan kerjaJenis penelitiann ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data penelitiannya berbentuk angka yang dapat dihitung dengan analisis statistik untuk alat uji perhitungan yang bertujuan dalam melakukan pengujian hipotesisnya. Hasil dari uji t didapatkan hasil variabel keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (X) didapatkan thitung > ttabel yaitu 2,903 > 1,746 dan sig 0,010 < 0,05. Maka dapat ditarik Kesimpulan H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak. Dengan arti variabel keselamatan dan Kesehatan kerja berpengaruh terhadap perilaku pekerja. Angka konstanta dari unstandardized coefficient yang dalam penelitian ini sebesar 18,871 angka ini berupa angka konstanta yang mempunyai arti: jika variabel keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja 0, maka jumlah perilaku sebesar 18,871. Angka koefisien regresi variable independent sebesar 0,460 Angka tersebut mempunyai arti bahwa setiap penambahan 1% keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja maka akan meningkat sebesar 0,46%.

Abstract

Socialization is the process of transferring ideas or ideas from society to individuals. This idea will be accepted by individuals for the learning process and to recognize social values ​​that exist in society. These ideas about normal and social values ​​will shape individual behavior in accordance with the demands in society. K3 stands for Occupational Health and Safety, which is a policy product used by the government and business actors to prevent accidents at work and reduce the risk of work-related accidents. A work accident is a series of events or a work accident that occurs as a result of workers carrying out work and is also caused by factors or potential hazards that are interrelated (Herdianti and Hamdani) K3 targets are: Ensuring worker safety, Ensuring the safety of the tools used, Ensuring a safe and smooth production process. The norms that must be understood in K3 are: Rules relating to occupational safety and health, applied to protect workers, risks of occupational accidents and diseases. The purpose of the norms: so that there is a balance on the part of the company to ensure the safety of workers. Barriers from the workers/community side: Workers' demands are still on basic needs. Many workers do not demand K3 guarantees because human resources are still low. Barriers from the company side: Companies that usually emphasize production or operational costs and increase worker efficiency to generate maximum profits.

Abstract

Law Number 1 of 2009 concerning Aviation Article 136, "the transportation of special and dangerous goods must meet the requirements of aviation safety and security". Good handling of air cargo, especially dangerous goods, needs to be supported by personal knowledge, handling and transportation facilities, and optimal standard procedures. The research objective was to determine the knowledge of personnel in handling dangerous goods. The research approach used quantitative methods with a total of 30 respondents. The validity of all items of Variable X and Variable Y is declared valid because the r-count is greater (>) r-table. Each Cronbach's alpha value for variable X is 0.808 and variable Y is 0.781. For the reliability value of variable X is stated to be very strong and the reliability value of variable Y is in a strong category. Relationship knowledge of personnel in dangerous good handling is 0.744. In conclusion, there is a strong positive relationship of 0.744 between the knowledge of personnel in handling dangerous goods at PT Angkasa Pura Logistik Balikpapan.

Abstract

Transportation safety is a condition where the requirements are met so that everyone avoids the risk of accidents during travel caused by humans, transportation modes of transportation and the environment. Pedestrian safety is part of transportation safety, so it needs to be supported by good infrastructure, one of which is the People's Crossing Bridge (JPO). There is only 1 pedestrian bridge in the city of Balikpapan and it was built around 2005 which is located in the center of the shopping center area of ​​Plaza Balikpapan on Jalan Jenderal Sudirman, while the population in the city of Balikpapan continues to increase every year. The purpose of this study was to determine the use of pedestrian bridges for pedestrian safety. The research method used is using a qualitative descriptive method, to find out and describe descriptively the use of pedestrian bridges for pedestrian safety in the city of Balikpapan where the authors use observation sheets regarding the physical condition of the JPO and by using interview guidelines. All data that has been collected in this study will be processed and analyzed in a descriptive form regarding the use of pedestrian bridges including security and pedestrian safety for pedestrian crossing users in the city of Balikpapan. The results showed that the pedestrian safety condition on the pedestrian bridge in Balikpapan obtained a percentage of 67% and the pedestrian safety condition on the pedestrian bridge in Balikpapan obtained a percentage of 75% and could be categorized as GOOD. Abstract

Penggunaan Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) dalam industri terus berkembang, namun penilaian terhadap risiko keselamatan operasionalnya masih terbatas, terutama dalam kegiatan observasi di area kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya serta mengevaluasi tingkat risiko pada pengoperasian UAV ringan di PT Pamapersada Nusantara Distrik BPOP. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui observasi langsung, wawancara semi-terstruktur, dan analisis dokumen internal. Analisis risiko dilakukan menggunakan metode Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) dengan tiga parameter utama: keparahan (Severity), kemungkinan terjadi (Occurrence), dan kemampuan deteksi (Detection). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa risiko tertinggi berasal dari komponen baterai, propeller, dan sistem navigasi, dengan nilai Risk Priority Number (RPN) maksimal mencapai 420. Strategi mitigasi yang disarankan meliputi inspeksi rutin, pelatihan operator, dan integrasi prosedur keselamatan ke dalam sistem manajemen perusahaan. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pendekatan FMEA dapat diandalkan dalam mengidentifikasi titik kritis risiko operasional UAV, serta menjadi dasar dalam penguatan sistem keselamatan kerja berbasis teknologi.
