Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menilai kesesuaian materi menulis puisi dalam Buku Teks Cerdas Cergas Berbahasa dan Bersastra Indonesia Fase F dengan capaian pembelajaran Kurikulum Merdeka. Dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif, kajian difokuskan pada isi materi, cara penyajiannya, nilai karakter, dan hubungan antara teori serta praktik. Berdasarkan pandangan Waluyo (2017) tentang pentingnya unsur estetis puisi, Tarigan (2015) mengenai kompleksitas keterampilan menulis, dan Semi (2018) tentang pengalaman estetik, penelitian ini menilai apakah materi tersebut sudah memenuhi kebutuhan kompetensi siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Bab 4 telah sesuai dengan capaian kurikulum karena memuat unsur puisi, latihan menulis, dan apresiasi melalui musikalisasi. Materinya runtut dan mendukung nilai karakter tema “Kesempatan untuk Semua”. Namun masih terdapat kekurangan, seperti kurangnya teori estetika, contoh yang kurang beragam, dan minimnya penggunaan teknologi. Secara keseluruhan, buku ini memenuhi kriteria kelayakan isi menurut Muslich (2010) dan Prastowo (2015), meski masih perlu pengembangan.

Abstract

Collection suitability is a key aspect of service quality because it is directly related to a library’s ability to meet users’ information needs, yet in-depth qualitative studies exploring users’ perceptions of collection suitability in provincial public libraries remain limited. This study aimed to understand library users’ perceptions of collection suitability at the Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Provinsi Sumatera Barat (West Sumatra Provincial Archives and Library Office) in terms of relevance, adequacy, and accessibility of the collection. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation involving users selected purposively based on the intensity and breadth of their experience in utilising the library’s collections. Data were analysed through the stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, with validity tested using source and technique triangulation. The findings show that, in general, users perceive the library’s collection as reasonably suitable for their information needs, particularly for reading, studying, and educational support, with novels, textbooks, and reference books as the most frequently used types of materials. However, users also highlight limitations in the currency of the collection, the depth of certain subject areas, and access to digital collections. The study concludes that the suitability of the library’s collection is at a moderately good level but still requires continuous development, with implications for the need for regular collection updates, expansion of subject coverage, and strengthening of digital collections to enhance user satisfaction and the effectiveness of public library services.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis secara yuridis kedudukan konstitusional Mahkamah Agung (MA) dalam sistem kekuasaan kehakiman di Indonesia, dengan fokus pada peran, kewenangan, dan tantangan implementasinya pasca-Amandemen UUD 1945. Penelitian menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan, teoritis, historis, dan kasus, menggunakan bahan hukum primer, sekunder, dan tersier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa MA memiliki posisi yang sangat strategis sebagai pemegang kekuasaan kehakiman tertinggi yang merdeka, sebagaimana ditegaskan Pasal 24 ayat (1) UUD 1945, yang berfungsi sebagai puncak peradilan dan penentu kesatuan hukum nasional. Kewenangan utama MA mencakup pemeriksaan kasasi dan peninjauan kembali (PK), fungsi pengawasan terhadap empat lingkungan peradilan di bawahnya, kewenangan judicial review atas peraturan di bawah undang-undang, serta fungsi regulatif melalui penerbitan PERMA. Meskipun demikian, pelaksanaan kewenangan MA menghadapi sejumlah tantangan, termasuk tingginya beban perkara (caseload burden), kompleksitas sistem pengawasan hakim, dualisme kewenangan pengujian peraturan dengan Mahkamah Konstitusi, serta isu integritas. Temuan penelitian menegaskan bahwa penguatan peran dan independensi Mahkamah Agung sangat diperlukan untuk menjamin konsistensi penegakan hukum dan mewujudkan asas negara hukum di Indonesia secara utuh.

Abstract

Diare masih menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang memerlukan penanganan cepat dan tepat di tingkat rumah tangga. Pemahaman masyarakat mengenai penatalaksanaan awal diare sangat penting untuk mencegah dehidrasi dan komplikasi lain. Kegiatan ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh edukasi kesehatan tentang penatalaksanaan diare terhadap pengetahuan masyarakat di sekitar Danau Sentani. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif pre-eksperimental dengan pendekatan one-group pretest-posttest. Responden berjumlah 22 orang. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner 10 soal pilihan ganda yang mencakup definisi diare, tanda bahaya, pemberian makan, rehidrasi, pencegahan, dan indikasi mencari pertolongan medis. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil uji normalitas menunjukkan bahwa data selisih skor pretest-posttest tidak berdistribusi normal, dengan nilai Kolmogorov-Smirnov 0,001 dan Shapiro-Wilk 0,003. Oleh karena itu, uji hipotesis dilanjutkan menggunakan Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0,065, dengan 11 responden mengalami peningkatan skor, 3 responden mengalami penurunan, dan 8 responden memiliki skor tetap. Dengan demikian, edukasi kesehatan tentang penatalaksanaan diare menunjukkan kecenderungan meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat, meskipun belum berbeda signifikan secara statistik

Abstract

Employee performance is a crucial factor in the success of any organization, including government agencies. Amidst the increasing demands of public services, employees are required to have adequate competencies and clear career development opportunities to improve performance. This study aims to examine the influence of competency and career development on employee performance at the Population and Civil Registration Office (Disdukcapil) of Pangkajene and Kepulauan Regency. This study used a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. A sample of 86 Disdukcapil employees was drawn using a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used included validity testing, reliability testing, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient testing, coefficient of determination testing, t-tests, and F-tests. The results indicate that competency significantly influences employee performance, career development significantly influences employee performance, and competency and career development simultaneously significantly influence employee performance at the Disdukcapil Office of Pangkajene and Kepulauan Regency. This research is expected to be a useful reading material and reference for future researchers who want to examine the influence between competence and career development on employee performance. With the results and findings of this study, it is hoped that future researchers can deepen and expand the study, in addition, it is recommended for future researchers to expand the scope of the research by adding other variables not yet covered in this study, considering that there is still around 24% of the influence on employee performance that cannot be explained by the variables used.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low participation and interaction of students in the learning process due to the use of conventional methods that are not supported by interactive technology-based media. The focus of this research is the development of Baamboozle-based learning media as a means of multidisciplinary interaction to increase student activeness at SMPN 1 Wundulako. This research uses a participatory and collaborative approach involving 32 students, 3 teachers, and 6 female PLP students. The research procedure includes the stages of problem identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The instrument used is a student participation observation sheet with indicators of activeness in asking questions, answering questions, discussion involvement, and enthusiasm for learning. Data are analyzed descriptively quantitatively by comparing conditions before and after the use of the media. The results show that the use of Baamboozle can significantly increase student participation in all indicators, as well as creating a more interactive and enjoyable learning atmosphere. In addition, the multidisciplinary approach in this media also encourages increased critical thinking skills and contextual understanding of students. The conclusion of this research is that Baamboozle-based learning media is effective as a learning innovation to improve the quality of student interaction and participation, and has the potential to be developed and applied to various subjects and levels of education. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya partisipasi dan interaksi siswa dalam proses pembelajaran akibat penggunaan metode konvensional yang belum didukung media berbasis teknologi interaktif. Fokus penelitian ini adalah pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis Baamboozle sebagai sarana interaksi multidisiplin untuk meningkatkan keaktifan siswa di SMPN 1 Wundulako. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif dan kolaboratif dengan melibatkan 32 siswa, 3 guru, dan 6 mahasiswi PLP. Prosedur penelitian meliputi tahap identifikasi masalah, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa lembar observasi partisipasi siswa dengan indikator keaktifan bertanya, menjawab pertanyaan, keterlibatan diskusi, dan antusiasme belajar. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif dengan membandingkan kondisi sebelum dan sesudah penggunaan media. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Baamboozle mampu meningkatkan partisipasi siswa secara signifikan pada seluruh indikator, serta menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan menyenangkan. Selain itu, pendekatan multidisiplin dalam media ini juga mendorong peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan pemahaman kontekstual siswa. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis Baamboozle efektif sebagai inovasi pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kualitas interaksi dan partisipasi siswa, serta memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan dan diterapkan pada berbagai mata pelajaran dan jenjang pendidikan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the collective memory of the Petak Village community regarding the Kembang Sore Inscription, analyze the dynamics of memory transmission across generations, and formulate its potential as a source of local history learning in Social Studies (IPS) instruction. The research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through field observations, in-depth interviews with six informants consisting of the inscription caretaker, cross-generational residents (aged 50-80 years, 25-40 years, and adolescents aged 15-20 years), and document analysis. The findings reveal three main results. First, collective memory about the inscription remains strong among the older generation, begins to fade among young adults, and is limited among adolescents. Second, the community interprets the inscription's symbols (sun, moon, mountain stamp, lingga yoni, and water vessel) in the context of land ownership, fertility, and spiritual protection. Third, the inscription still functions as a village sacred site with regularly preserved rituals, making it a living heritage. The Kembang Sore Inscription has great potential as a source of social studies learning, encompassing aspects of government legality, leadership, spirituality, and social identity reinforcement. This study concludes that the community's collective memory about the inscription is still maintained but requires more effective transmission efforts to younger generations. This inscription deserves to be integrated into social studies learning through field trip methods and digital media development. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan struktur memori kolektif masyarakat Desa Petak tentang Prasasti Kembang Sore, menganalisis dinamika transmisi memori antar generasi, serta merumuskan potensinya sebagai sumber belajar sejarah lokal dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS). Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara mendalam dengan enam informan yang terdiri dari juru kunci, warga lintas generasi (usia 50-80 tahun, 25-40 tahun, dan remaja 15-20 tahun), serta studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tiga temuan utama. Pertama, memori kolektif tentang prasasti masih kuat pada generasi tua, mulai menipis pada generasi dewasa muda, dan terbatas pada generasi remaja. Kedua, masyarakat memaknai simbol-simbol prasasti (matahari, bulan, stempel gunung, lingga yoni, dan kendi) dalam konteks kepemilikan tanah, kesuburan, dan perlindungan spiritual. Ketiga, prasasti hingga kini berfungsi sebagai punden desa dengan ritual rutin yang masih dilestarikan, menjadikannya sebagai living heritage. Prasasti Kembang Sore memiliki potensi besar sebagai sumber belajar IPS, mencakup aspek legalitas pemerintahan, kepemimpinan, spiritualitas, dan penguatan identitas sosial. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa memori kolektif masyarakat tentang prasasti masih terjaga namun memerlukan upaya transmisi yang lebih efektif kepada generasi muda. Prasasti ini layak diintegrasikan ke dalam pembelajaran IPS melalui metode field trip dan pengembangan media digital.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Implementation of the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program in Moutong Tengah Village, Moutong District, Parigi Moutong Regency. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. This study uses data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The theory used is George C. Edward III, there are 4 (four) indicators namely Communication, Resources, Disposition and Bureaucratic Structure. The results of the study show that the Implementation of the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program in Moutong Tengah Village, Moutong District, Parigi Moutong Regency, When viewed from the Communication Indicator shows that there are still many people who do not know the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program, this is due to the delivery of information and socialization that is not yet comprehensive. The Resource Indicator shows the lack of human resources for the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program because Moutong Tengah Village does not have a person in charge of the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program and is only given responsibility to the Village operator. The Disposition Indicator or the attitude of the implementer shows that the attitude and responsibility are still not good from the implementer because they are not in accordance with their main duties and functions. Bureaucratic Structure Indicators indicate that Moutong Tengah Village lacks integration among employees and officials in carrying out their duties due to a lack of coordination
