Abstract

Abstrak: Desa teniga merupakan salah satu dari 7 desa yang berada di Dataran tinggi kecematan Tanjung kabupaten Lombok Utara Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat secara geografis desa Teniga berada di ketinggian 400 m di atas permukaan Laut,  Wilayahnya memiliki Luas 1440 H dan jumlah penduduk 2933 jiwa yang dimana penduduk tersebar di 9 Dusun. di Desa Teniga bermayoritas Penduduk beragama Islam dan suku asli Sasak, Desa Teniga Memiliki potensi ekonomi disektor perkebunan dan sektor Pariwisata. Pariwisata di Indonesia merupakan salah satu sektor, yang memi1iki potensi yang layak untuk dikembangkan dan dikelolaa secara maksimal. Salah satu tempat wisata yang dapat di kembangkan sebagai desa wisata yang ada di desa teniga yaitu taman pecatu. Adapun kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membantu masyarakat mengembangkan potensi wisata yang berada di Desa Teniga  salah satunya menjadikan Taman pecatu sebagai salah satu destinasi wisata  yang diperuntukkan untuk meningkatkan perekonomian desa. Metode yang digunakan ialah melalui penataan Taman pecatu sebagai desa wisata dengan beberapa tahapan didalamnya. Dengan adanya kegiatan pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat membuat masyarakat di desa Teniga sadar akan besarnya potensi wisata yang dimiliki sehingga dapat terus melanjutkan pengembangan agar ke depannya dapat menarik minat wisatawan dalam jumlah besar berkunjung ke desa Teniga.Abstract:  Abstract: teniga Village is one of 7 villages located in the Highlands of Tanjung kecematan, North Lombok regency, West Nusa Tenggara province geographically Teniga village is located at an altitude of 400 m above sea level, its area has an area of 1440 H and a population of 2933 people where the population is spread over 9 Hamlets. in Teniga village with a majority population of Muslims and Indigenous Sasak, Teniga village has economic potential in the plantation sector and the tourism sector. Tourism in Indonesia is one of the sectors, which memi1iki feasible potential to be developed and managed to the maximum. One of the tourist attractions that can be developed as a tourist village in teniga village is pecatu Park. The service activity aims to help the community develop tourism potential in Teniga Village, one of which is to make pecatu Park as one of the tourist destinations intended to improve the village economy. The method used is through the arrangement of pecatu Park as a tourist village with several stages in it. With this service activity, it is hoped that it can make the community in Teniga village aware of the amount of tourism potential that is owned so that it can continue to develop so that in the future it can attract large numbers of toaurists visiting Teniga village.

Abstract

Cara kreatif dan berkelanjutan untuk mengurangi sampah plastik di lingkungan yaitu dengan metode Ecobrick.Kurangnya prosedur pengendalian penggunaan sampah plastik, tidak adanya fasilitas pembuangan sampah, serta kurangnya pengetahuan dan tanggung jawab masyarakat terhadap kebersihan lingkungan menjadi permasalahan kritis di Desa Teniga. Warga Desa Teniga mendapat arahan serta persetujuan dari Perangkat Desa Teniga.kegiatan penyuluhan ini dilakukan di Desa Berugak, yaitu masyarakat, dan juga instansi Dinas Lingkungan Hidup sebagai narasumber. Kegiatan penyuluhan dengan metode ceramah dan demonstrasi dilakukan untuk menjelaskan terkait pembuatan ecobrick serta menjelaskan pentingnya menjaga kebersihan lingkungan dan mengolah sampah yang baik agar terciptanya lingkungan yang nyaman, bersih, dan sehat.Pembuatan ecobrick berupa icon dapat dilakukan dengan sederhana dan dapat dilakukan oleh semua kalangan seperti dewasa, remaja, maupun anak-anak.Hasil yang didapatkan dalam penyuluhan ini dalam penerapan di Dusun Batu Lilir yaitu masyarakat memiliki ketertarikan dengan adanya penerapan ecobrick sehingga masyarakat bisa memanfaatkan limbah plastic secara baik dan tidak membakar secara sembarang yang menimbulkan pencemaran lingkungan.Selain itu, upaya keberlanjutan yang dihasilkan dari pelaksanaan kegiatan demonstrasi ini adalah meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat mengenai pentingnya menjaga dan merawat lingkungan agar menciptakan lingkungan yang bersih dan sehat. Tujuan jangka panjang dari kegiatan pengabdian adalah kemandirian dalam mengelola sampah plastik untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat untuk mengembangkan desa wisata yang berada di Dusun Onggong Lauk. Produk yang akan dihasilkan dari kegiatan ini adalah icon wisata yang terbuat dari Ecobrick yang akan diserahkan kepada masyarakat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan fasilitas Desa wisata.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKebersihan lingkungan merupakan tanggung jawab setiap warga masyarakat. Lingkungan yang sehat mencerminkan kualitas hidup masyarakat dan menjamin terjaganya kesehatan setiap individu. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan di Desa Teniga, Kecamatan Tanjung, Kabupaten Lombok Utara. Salah satu masalah yang perlu diperhatikan di daerah ini adalah pencemaran lingkungan, yaitu sampah organik dan anorganik berupa limbah rumah tangga yang dapat merusak kebersihan lingkungan. Adapun tujuan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk  meningkatkan  kepedulian  masyarakat Desa teniga terhadap pentingnya kebersihan dan kesehatan lingkungan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini yaitu dengan pelaksanaan sosialisasi perihal pemilahan sampah yang tepat. Aksi lapangan diataranya dengan kegiatan pembagian plastik sampah sebagai wadah sementara yang di bagikam di rumah rumah masyarakat Desa Teniga, memonitoring tiga kali dalam satu minggu guna mengetahui masyarat telah tepat dalam pemilahan sampah. Pemilahan sampah organik dan Anorganik memanfaatkan sampah menjadi bahan kreasi atau kerajinan tangan untuk sampah anorganik dan Pembuatan gumelang  untuk proses pembuatan kompos bagi sampah organik. Mengajak masyarakat gotong royong bersama membersihkan lingkungan di sekitar desa teniga. Kegiatan pengabdian dapat terlaksana dengan baik atas dukungan antusias dan kontribusi dari masyarakat di Desa Teniga.Kata Kunci: Kesadaran, Masyarakat,bersih  ABSTRACT Environmental cleanliness is the responsibility of every citizen. A healthy environment reflects the quality of life of society and ensures the maintenance of the health of each individual. This community service program was carried out in Teniga Village, Tanjung District, North Lombok Regency. One of the problems that needs to be considered in this area is environmental pollution, namely organic and inorganic waste in the form of household waste which can damage environmental cleanliness. The aim of this service is to increase the awareness of the Teniga Village community regarding the importance of environmental cleanliness and health. The method used in this service is by carrying out socialization regarding proper waste sorting. Field actions include distributing plastic waste as temporary containers which are distributed in the homes of the people of Teniga Village, monitoring three times a week to find out if the community is correct in sorting waste. Sorting organic and inorganic waste, using waste to make creative materials or handicrafts for inorganic waste and making gumelang for the process of making compost for organic waste. Inviting the community to work together to clean the environment around Teniga village. Community service activities can be carried out well with enthusiastic support and contributions from the community in Teniga Village. Keywords: Awareness, society,clean

Abstract

The Bali Governor's Decree No. 381/03-P/HK/2021 and the Governor's Instruction No. 8324 of 2021 regarding Source-Based Waste Management are follow-up steps to the Governor's Regulation No. 47 of 2019. This policy aims to support the vision of "Nangun Sat Kerthi Loka Bali" in preserving environmental sanctity and ensuring public welfare. Waste management in Denpasar is governed by Regional Regulations No. 3 of 2015 and No. 8 of 2023. This research adopts a normative juridical approach through literature review and empirical juridical studies related to Bali Governor Regulation No. 47/2019. Significant challenges remain, such as low community participation, insufficient facilities, and suboptimal coordination. The proposed solutions include socialization, optimizing TPS 3R, source-based management, and the 3R strategy (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle). Law enforcement and the utilization of technology are also crucial for the success of this policy. With a large population and a daily waste volume of 800-900 tons, community participation is essential in creating a healthy and sustainable environment.

Abstract

Background: The development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, including Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL), has brought significant changes in various industrial sectors, especially in autonomous systems. DRL combines the capabilities of Deep Learning (DL) in processing complex data with those of Reinforcement Learning (RL) in making adaptive decisions through interaction with the environment. However, the application of DRL in autonomous systems still faces several challenges, such as training stability, model generalization, and high data and computing resource requirements. Methods: This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to identify, evaluate, and analyze the latest developments in DRL for autonomous system optimization. The SLR was conducted by following the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) framework, which consists of four main stages: identification, screening, eligibility, and inclusion of research articles. Data were collected through literature searches in leading scientific journal databases such as IEEE Xplore, MDPI, ACM Digital Library, ScienceDirect (Elsevier), SpringerLink, arXiv, Scopus, and Web of Science. Results: This study found that DRL has been widely adopted in various industrial sectors, including transportation, industrial robotics, and traffic management. The integration of DRL with other technologies such as Computer Vision, IoT, and Edge Computing further enhances its capability to handle uncertain and dynamic environments. Therefore, this study is crucial in providing a comprehensive understanding of the potential, challenges, and future directions of DRL development in autonomous systems, in order to foster more adaptive, efficient, and reliable technological innovations.

Abstract

In the transformation of global infrastructure, the emerging 5G technology has become the cornerstone of a digital revolution that has changed the way humans do business and interact with each other. Huawei is one of the Chinese technology companies that has made a name as a global leader in this technology. However, the existence of Public Private Partnership (PPP) between China and Huawei makes western countries, especially countries that join the Five Eyes intelligence alliance feel threatened, especially in their cyber security. This research aims to analyze the Five Eyes policy towards the public private partnership between the Chinese government and Huawei. This research uses the theory of cybersecurity and the concept of Public-Private Partnership as the research analysis framework. This research found that Huawei's launch of 5G technology supported by the Chinese government caused opposition from Western countries that are members of the Five Eyes intelligence alliance. Based on national security reasons, the launch of 5G technology by Huawei and the Chinese government is considered dangerous and is allegedly a strategy of the Chinese government to conduct espionage and other spying activities against countries in the world to fulfill the interests of the country. This triggered the imposition of a ban on Huawei's 5G technology in several countries, including the Five Eyes member countries.
