Abstract

ABSTRAK Kabupaten Merangin memiliki berbagai objek wisata yang kaya akan cagar budaya, makanan khas serta keindahan panorama alam yang patut untuk dikunjungi baik itu Objek Wisata Alami maupun Objek Wisata Buatan, tak hanya pesona alamnya saja yang indah. Namun Kabupaten Merangin juga mempunyai situs warisan dunia dengan berbagai macam jenis fosil yang dikenal dengan Goepark Merangin yang merupakan Sebuah kawasan konservasi, dan edukasi yang menjadi ikon dari Kabupaten Merangin. Salah satu lokasi objek wisata Goepark di Kabupaten Merangin yang memiliki koleksi berbagai Fosil dari daun, kayu, akar, hewan, dan juga kerang-kerangan adalah kawasan objek Wisata Mengkarang Purba. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Implementasi Sapta Pesona di Objek Wisata Mengkarang Purba Desa Bedeng Rejo Kecamatan Bangko Barat Kabupaten Merangin serta Hambatan dan Upaya mengatasi Hambatan Tersebut. Metode penelitian dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif melalui pendekatan kualitatif, sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 7 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi sapta pesona dengan tujuh unsur aman, tertib, bersih, indah, sejuk, ramah tamah dan kenangan di objek wisata mengkarang purba Desa Bedeng Rejo belum terlaksana dengan baik, hal ini dikarenakan ada beberapa hambatan. Adapun hambatan yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan tujuh unsur sapta pesona di objek wisata mengkarang purba adalah belum terlaksananya unsur aman untuk meminimalkan resiko kecelakaan dalam penggunaan fasilitas publik. Pada unsur bersih belum tersedianya pakaian khusus untuk petugas kebersihan serta penampilan petugas yang seadanya. Pada unsur kenangan, yaitu belum tersedianya aneka cendera mata dan tempat kuliner. Upaya yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi hambatan tersebut adalah dengan melakukan gotong royong bersama masyarakat setempat untuk memperbaiki jalan yang rusak,memberikan seragam kepada anggota pokdarwis dan menyediakan kerajinan lokal. Kata kunci: Implementasi, Sapta Pesona, Objek Wisata, Mengkarang Purba. ABSTRACT Merangin Regency has various tourist objects that are rich in cultural heritage, special food and beautiful natural scenery that deserves to be visited, both Natural Tourism Objects and Artificial Tourism Objects, not only its beautiful natural charm. However, Merangin Regency also has a world heritage site with various types of fossils known as the Merangin Goepark which is a conservation and educational area that has become an icon of Merangin Regency. One of the locations of the Goepark tourist attraction in Merangin Regency which has a collection of various fossils from leaves, wood, roots, animals, and shellfish is the area of ​​the Ancient Mengkarang Tourism object. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of Sapta Pesona in the tourism object of mengkarang ancient in Bedeng Rejo Village, West Bangko District, Merangin Regency and the obstacles and efforts to overcome these obstacles. The research method used a descriptive method through a qualitative approach, while the sample in this study were 7 people with a purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the implementation of sapta charm with seven elements of safe, orderly, clean, beautiful, cool, friendly and memorable in the ancient composing tourist attraction of Bedeng Rejo Village has not been carried out well, this is because there are several obstacles. The obstacles faced in implementing the seven elements of sapta charm in ancient composing tourist objects are that the safe elements have not been implemented to minimize the risk of accidents in the use of public facilities. On the element of cleanliness, there is no special clothing available for cleaning officers as well as the appearance of officers who are modest. On the element of memory, namely the unavailability of various souvenirs and culinary places. Efforts made to overcome these obstacles include working together with the local community to repair damaged roads, provide uniforms to pokdarwis members and provide local handicrafts. Abstract

Estimated solid waste generated in Bungo District in a day is about 143 tons, and the leading sector in waste management in Bungo Regency is the Office of the Environment, identifying problems in implementing Bungo District Regulation No. 6/2015 on Waste Management in Tanjung Gedang Village, among others: Lack Temporary Shelter, low participation and awareness of the community in maintaining cleanliness, lack of socialization from the government to the community towards the Regional Regulation. The purpose of this study is to examine in depth related to the implementation and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the Regional Regulation in Tanjung Gedang Village. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The informants in this study numbered twelve people who were determined by purposive sampling and accidental sampling techniques. The results of this study note that the implementation of Waste Management in Tanjung Gedang Urban Village has not been implemented in accordance with the established regulations, it can be seen from the implementation of rights, obligations, prohibitions, waste management, and sanctions that have not been implemented in accordance with the rules has been established. The inhibiting factors in the implementation of the Regional Regulation are: there is no location and geographically Tanjung Gedang Village is near the riverbanks, making it difficult to create a Temporary Shelter, and there is no waste handling activity. Lack of adequate waste management facilities causes low participation and public awareness in maintaining environmental cleanliness. The limited budget causes a lack of socialization of the Regional Regulation to the public, and there is no firm action from the Government on the enforcement of the norms that have been regulated therein.

Abstract

Based on the regulations regarding mutations, this research is based on the limitation of promotion and demotional mutations within the Bungo Police Station, promotional mutations within the Bungo Police Station are still not on target for the purpose of implementing mutations both in terms of personnel and placement of mutations aimed at mutated personnel. and demotional mutations within the Bungo Police are one of the punishments that must be carried out by members of the Bungo Police in accordance with the results of the disciplinary hearing of the professional code of ethics received for violating the professional code of ethics. This study uses a descriptive type of research with a qualitative approach. The population in this study were all members of the Bungo Police. With a sample of 15 people who were taken using purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the implementation of the Regulation of the Head of the National Police of the Republic of Indonesia Number 16 of 2012 concerning Mutations of Police Members at the Bungo Police had been carried out in accordance with the mutation procedures and principles in the Perkap, namely the principles of legality, accountability, justice, transparency, objectivity and anti-corruption. The inhibiting factors for the implementation of the Regulation of the Head of the Indonesian National Police Number 16 of 2012 concerning Mutations of Members of the Indonesian National Police at the Bungo Police are the real number of Bungo Police personnel, which is very far when compared to the number of DSPP (List of Police Personnel Composition) of the Bungo Police which must owned by the Bungo Police and there is still a lack of individual competency development for Bungo Police personnel to attend training or vocational education in order to develop the individual competencies of personnel to be professional in carrying out their duties.

Abstract

The Bungo District Environmental Agency as the prime mover in responsible waste management and encourages the community to be involved in waste management, that waste problems in Rimbo Tengah Subdistrict Bungo Regency will not be solved if it only depends on the government alone, and therefore needs support and community participation in waste management. The purpose of this study was to determine waste management in the Rimbo Tengah District of Bungo Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. As for the informants in this study amounted to eight people consisting of five informants from the Bungo Regency Environmental Agency and three informants from the local community who are in Central Rimbo District. The data collection techniques are through observation, interviews and document review. The results showed that waste management in Rimbo Tengah Subdistrict, Bungo District, by the Bungo Regency Environmental Agency was well implemented. This can be seen from the application of management perspective which plays an important role in the whole process of waste management starting from planning, organizing, implementing / mobilizing and controlling. However, in the process of waste management by the Bungo Regency Environmental Agency, there are still some problems and shortcomings in the management process, namely the implementation or mobilization and supervision processes.

Abstract

           Bungo Regency is one of the autonomous regions in Jambi Province. Bungo Regency is an area that shows rapid development in all fields. These developments have a negative impact which one of these impacts is the rampant drug abuse and covert prostitution. Even though these two factors are the main mediators of the spread of HIV / AIDS. The purpose of this study was to find out about the health service's efforts in preventing the spread of HIV AIDS in Bungo District. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. In this study the population was the Bungo District Health Office and the Bungo District community as a validity test, the number of samples was 12 informants, consisting of 7 informants from the Health Office and 5 informants from the community.            The data collection techniques are through observation, interviews and document review. Processing data is taken from primary data sourced from interviews, secondary data through theoretical analysis sourced from books, reports, and photographs. The results showed that the Health Service's efforts to prevent the spread of HIV / AIDS in Bungo District through various comprehensive measures, including preventive, promotive, curative, and rehabilitative with broad participation and cooperation involving various sectors and non-governmental organizations and communities has been good enough and has progressed but still needs to be improved so that Bungo Regency can be cleared of HIV / AIDS

Abstract

The quality of public services is an effort to fulfill everything related to production, services, people, processes, the environment and the needs and desires of consumers in the form of goods and services that are expected to meet the expectations and satisfaction of the community as customers. The purpose of this research is to determine the quality of public services, obstacles, and efforts at the Bungo Dani District Office, Bungo Regency. The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Research data collection techniques with observation, interviews, and documentation with informants totaling 15 people. The results showed that the quality of public services at the Bungo Dani District Office, Bungo Regency, had been applied to the dimensions of Reliability, Responsiveness, and Assurance. However, on the Tangible and Empathy dimensions, there are still indicators that have not been implemented, including the inconvenience of the service place including incomplete facilities and infrastructure and the unfriendliness of the employees in the service process. The inhibiting factors for the implementation of public services at the Bungo Dani District Office are internal and external factors. The internal factor is that the Camat is rarely available in the morning when the community is doing services and asks for legality or the initials of the Bungo Dani Camat. External factors, that is, people who do not carry the PBB payment sign when they want to perform services at the Bungo Dani District Office. Efforts are being made to overcome obstacles to the quality of public services at the Bungo Dani District Office by informing people who are in the process of serving with the Camat in the future to come to the Bungo Dani District Office during the day or from 10.00 am, because if it is too early the Camat there is still work to be done. Make notes at the service counter and borrow PBB from close relatives or have a clear reason if the community does not bring PBB.

Abstract

The coffee industry in Indonesia can be said to be stretching, coffee has now become a lifestyle. The mushrooming of coffee shops in various regions in Indonesia is a sign of this. The skyrocketing coffee industry is inseparable from the development of the world coffee industry, which until now the quality coffee commodity has become the target of both national and international coffee entrepreneurs, including in the city of Muara Bungo. The problem of the coffee industry in Bungo district in general is the difficulty in finding local coffee raw materials, so that opportunities for local coffee farmers who are in accordance with the demands of business actors in the coffee sector to increase the selling value of coffee are wide open. This article describing the problems of coffee processing for the quality of coffee beans from the farmers to entering the coffee industries in the city of Muara Bungo. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to carry out counseling / training on coffee cultivation and coffee processing practices in accordance with the standards of market demand for cafes in the city of Muara Bungo. The enthusiasm of the participants in participating in this training was very impressive, this could be seen from the questions submitted by the training participants regarding good and quality oriented coffee cultivation, the participants got new insights and experiences, including knowing coffee bean processing techniques in accordance with cafe market demand in Muara Bungo city, the distribution channel to the cafe market as well as the desired coffee processing and serving practices of the cafe market as well as through this activity bridging coffee beans from farmers to coffee roasters in the city of Muara Bungo. Some of coffee beans from the farmers in Tuo Limbur was distributed to coffee roasters in the city of Muara Bungo.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the large amount of garbage accumulation in TPS. The waste transportation mechanism organized by the Bungo Regency Environmental Service is made so that waste transportation is more scheduled and directed so that waste at the TPS can be transported on time. The purpose of this study was to determine the mechanism of waste transportation and the factors that hinder the mechanism of waste transportation in Pasar Muara Bungo District.The method in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the mechanism for transporting waste in the Pasar Muara Bungo sub-district is not in accordance with the Standards for Transporting Waste at the Bungo Regency Environmental Service, this can be seen from the scheduling and routing of the truck fleet, initial inspection and preparation of vehicles, collection of waste at the TPS by closing the bins. trucks, transporting waste from TPS to TPA, loading and unloading waste at TPA, cleaning vehicles and washing vehicles and vehicles entering the garage in an orderly manner.The inhibiting factors in the mechanism of waste transportation in Pasar Muara Bungo District are: Budgetary constraints lead to a lack of provision of facilities and infrastructure for the mechanism of waste transportation. Many people still throw garbage outside of collection hours, so there is always a buildup of garbage at the TPS. There is no location for making TPS due to the densely populated location and the area close to the riverbank.

Abstract

Trend Penyalahgunaan narkoba di kalangan pemuda dan remaja sudah memasuki tahap mengerikan, hal ini dapat dilihat dari berbagai hasil penelitian dan survey yang dilakukan bahwa presentase pengguna narkoba khususnya anak dan remaja cukup tinggi. Tentunya ini sangat berdampak bagi kesehatan psikis, fisik dan mental serta membahayakan masa depan bangsa dan jika tidak segera dihentikan maka hal ini akan memperburuk derajat kesehatan penggunanya dan akan merusak masa depan kehidupan mereka. Kegiatan pengabdian dengan pendekatan metode sosialisasi partisipatif ini dimaksudkan sebagai langkah konkrit untuk memutus mata rantai dan memberikan edukasi, pemahaman dan pengetahuan pada kalangan remaja mengenai bahaya penggunaan narkoba. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan pada siswa/i SMP Negeri 20 Di Desa Teluk Kembang Jambu, Kecamatan Tebo Ulu, Kabupaten Tebo pada hari Sabtu, 13 Agustus 2022 dengan diikuti sebanyak 50 peserta didik dari siswa/i kelas VII, VIII, dan IX dan 15 orang tenaga kependidikan SMPN 20. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pengetahuan dan pembelajaran kepada siswa SMP Negeri 20 Kabupaten Tebo tentang efek dan bahaya yang ditimbulkan akibat penyalahgunaan narkoba, seperti sejarah narkoba, tingkat pengguna narkoba di dunia dan Indondesia, jenis jenis dan macam-macam narkotika serta cara menanggulanginya. Metode yang digunakan memberikan presentasi pemahaman yang benar tentang narkoba , diskusi, tanya jawab, serta pembagian kuisioner tentang pemahaman akhir dari kegiatan sosialisasi bahaya dan langkah-langkah yang efektif agar siswa siswa SMP Negeri 20 Kabupaten Tebo bisa menekan perilaku negatif dan penyalahgunaan narkoba serta zat aditif berbahaya. Dalam kegiatan yang dilakukan selama kurang lebih 4 jam, anak-anak sangat antusias dan menjadi mengerti tentang defenisi, bentuk, kegunaan dan bahaya dari narkoba dan berkomitmen untuk tidak menggunakannya dikemudian hari.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan Program GEDUBRAK di Kabupaten Bungo yang khususnya disalah satu dusun yang ada di Kabupaten Bungo yaitu Dusun Purwo Bakti, Kecamatan Bathin III Kabupaten Bungo. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik studi pustaka, observasi dan wawancara. Populasi yang diambil peneliti terdiri dari karyawan Dinas Lingkungan Hidup, Dusun Purwo Bakti dan Dusun Suka Makmur. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah enam belas orang. Data dalam penelitian ini bersumber dari data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan melakukan telaah terhadap fenomena-fenomena atau peristiwa secara keseluruhan, maupun terhadap bagian-bagian yang membentuk fenomena-fenomena tersebut serta hubungan keterkaitannya. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan Program Gedubrak di Kabupaten Bungo dapat dijalankan dengan baik. Namun masih memiliki kendala yang umumnya terdiri dari masalah waktu, dana, dan yang paling utama itu kesadaran masyarakat tentang kebersihan lingkungan. Melalui sosialisasi tentang kebersihan dari Pemerintah Kabupaten, iuran dari masyarakat, dan menggunakan sedikit Dana Desa, merupakan upaya yang diambil oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten dan Pemerintah Dusun Purwo Bakti dalam menyikapi hambatan yang ada.
