Abstract

The background of the problem in this study is that there are still some teachers who teach without making a good teaching plan, are less skilled in using teaching media, are less able to activate students and less able to make assessment analyzes. The purpose of this study 1) the contribution of planning to the management of the quality of learning of state junior high school teachers Koto Tangah Padang, 2) Learning Media's contribution to the management of the quality of learning carried out by state junior high school teachers Koto Tangah Padang, 3) contribution of Planning and instructional media to the management of the quality of learning undertaken by state junior high school teachers Koto Tangah Padang.  This type of research uses a quantitative correlational method. The population in this study were 310 junior high school civil servant teachers in Koto Tangah District. The sample uses stratified proportional random sampling technique, so that the sample in this study amounted to 67 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques in this research are data description, test requirements and hypothesis testing. The results of this study 1) Learning planning contributes to the management of the quality of learning carried out by teachers of the State Junior High School in Koto Tangah District of Padang with a contribution amount of 23.3% by 24.4%, 3) Planning and media together contribute to the management of learning quality by 36.5%. This explains that to improve the management of good and ideal quality of learning should be done through improved learning planning and learning media.

Abstract

Kesadaran lingkungan peserta didik akhir ini sedang menurun serta rendahnya hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran IPAS. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan dan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas V pada mata pelajaran IPAS tentang pengolahan sampah. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah Siswa Kelas V B SD Negeri 1 Karangnanas dengan jumlah peserta didik sebanyak 24 siswa. Waktu penelitian dilakukan pada semester 2 tahun pelajaran 2023/2024. Penelitian dilakukan selama 2 siklus. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Data kuantitatif adalah data yang diperoleh dari hasil tes formatif pada setiap siklus. Sedangkan data kualitatif berupa hasil survei berupa kuesioner pada siklus  II pembelajaran. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diperoleh dengan kriteria keberhasilan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa. Hasil belajar siswa pada pra siklus terdapat 33% yang mendapat nilai di atas KKM. Pada siklus 1 meningkat menjadi 42%. Pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 92% dan nilai rata-rata kelas pada siklus II adalah 76,8. Data dari kuesioner kesadaran lingkungan di awal pembelajaran dan akhir pembelajaran pada siklus II, prosentase kenaikan 22%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian perbaikan pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran Project-based Learning dapat meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan dan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas V pada mata pelajaran IPAS. Kata kunci : Kesadaran lingkungan, Hasil Belajar, Model Pembelajaran PjBL, Pembelajaran IPAS

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan prestasi belajar peserta didik kelas 4C SDN 1 Karangnanas melalui penerapan pendekatan Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) dengan diferensiasi konten, proses, dan produk. Adapun jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian adalah 20 peserta didik kelas IVC SDN 1 Karangnanas, semester genap, tahun pelajaran 2023/2024. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu perencanaan (planning), tindakan (action), pengamatan (observing), dan refleksi (reflection). Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan melalui tes dan observasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan percentages correction dan deskripsi. Validitas data dilakukan dengan meningkatkan ketekunan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan prestasi belajar peserta didik serta aktivitas guru dan peserta didik meningkat dengan penerapan pendekatan TaRL. Peningkatan ditunjukkan dengan ketuntasan prestasi belajar kelas dari hasil pretest siklus 1 dengan ketuntasan 17% , naik pada siklus 1 dengan ketuntasan 83% kemudian naik lagi pada siklus 2 menjadi ketuntasan 93% . Selanjutnya aktivitas guru siklus 1 sebesar 93,7%  menjadi 96,9%  pada siklus 2 dan aktivitas peserta didik siklus 1 sebesar 90,6% menjadi 96,9%  pada siklus 2.

Abstract

SMK Diponegoro 2 Rawalo merupakan sekolah menengah kejuruan swasta yang berada di Kabupaten Banyumas. Berkembangnya sekolah swasta sangat dipengaruhi oleh pembayaran Sumbangan Pembinaan Pendidikan (SPP).  SPP yang dibebankan kepada siswa memiliki tujuan untuk membantu sekolah dalam memperlancar proses belajar mengajar. Karena tanpa adanya biaya pendidikan operasional, sekolah tidak akan berjalan dengan lancar. Hanya saja keterlambatan pembayaran masih sering dialami terutama oleh sekolah swasta. Seperti yang terjadi pada SMK Diponegoro 2 Rawalo, pembayaran uang SPP siswa sering kali terjadi penunggakan pada beberapa siswa yang terjadi karena banyak faktor. Sehingga tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengclusterkan pembayaran SPP siswa menggunakan metode K – Means. Dalam mengumpulkan data, peneliti menggunakan metode observasi dengan melakukan identifikasi permasalahan, metode wawancara, dan study literatur. Penelitian ini menggunakan K-means clustering untuk mengklasifikasi pembayaran SPP siswa kelas X berdasarkan penghasilan orang tua dan jumlah tanggungan dalam keluarga. Dalam proses perhitungan untuk pengklasifikasiannya menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Hasil penelitian dari data 118 siswa kelas X diperoleh sebanyak 64 siswa masuk dalam kelompok tepat waktu membayar dan sebanyak 54 siswa masuk dalam kelompok terlambat membayar. Dari hasil klasifikasi pembayaran SPP, diharapkan dapat membantu pihak sekolah dalam membuat keputusan terhadap program-program yang berkaitan dengan administrasi sekolah. Dengan adanya penelitian ini, sekolah menjadi lebih dapat memberikan kebijakan pada orang tua murid lebih tepat sasaran lagi.

Abstract

Kesehatan pengemudi ojek online terutama terkait kesehatan gigi dipengaruhi oleh pola kerja yang akan berdampak pada kesehatan secara keseluruhan, salah satunya masalah kesehatan gigi dan mulut. Pengemudi ojek online kurang melakukan pemeriksaan gigi karena beberapa alasan. Salah satunya yaitu biaya, kurangnya waktu untuk pemeriksaan dan elemen sosial ekonomi. Persepsi pengemudi ojek online tentang pengobatan sakit gigi diamati menggunakan theory of planned behavior (TPB). Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis sikap, norma subjectif, kontrol perilaku yang dirasakan terhadap pengobatan gigi, serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi niat pengemudi ojek online untuk mendapatkan pengobatan gigi. Metode penelitian yaitu observasional design cross-sectional. Sampel sebanyak 96 responden menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian diperoleh niat berperilaku berkorelasi signifikan dan berpola positif dengan sikap (r = 0,337), norma subjektif (r= 0,610), kontrol perilaku (r= 0,253). Analisis regresi linier pada model 6 membuktikan bahwa norma subjectif sebesar 46% mempengaruhi perilaku niat pengobatan gigi dan sisanya 54% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Implikasi praktis dari hasil ini adalah pentingnya mengembangkan program pendidikan kesehatan gigi yang menargetkan tidak hanya individu, tetapi juga lingkaran sosial mereka. Kesimpulan TPB efektif digunakan untuk memprediksi niat pengobatan gigi dan acuan dasar untuk merancang intervensi yang tepat, sehingga masyarakat lebih cenderung mencari pengobatan gigi sebelum rasa sakit muncul. Intervensi promosi kesehatan gigi yang melibatkan peran orang-orang terdekat mereka dapat lebih efektif dalam membentuk niat perawatan gigi.

Abstract

Muslimat NU is a women's organization under the auspices of Nahdlatul Ulama (NU), functioning as an autonomous body. Led by Muslim women, this organization aims to foster individuals and communities that are devout, intelligent, morally upright, and capable of leading peaceful, just, and prosperous lives. This study aims to analyze the empowerment of women through the Muslimat Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) organization in Kampung Jayasakti, Anak Tuha, Lampung Tengah. The focus of the research is on the role of Muslimat NU in supporting women's empowerment in economic and socio-religious fields, the supporting and inhibiting factors influencing the empowerment process, as well as the impacts on the community. The approach employed in this study is qualitative, using data collection techniques such as in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation. The findings indicate that the programs implemented by Muslimat NU play a significant role in enhancing economic empowerment, self-awareness, capacity, and participation of women in various socio-economic and religious activities. The success of this empowerment is supported by the organization's economic stability and the commitment of religious leaders and administrators. However, challenges remain in implementing these programs, including a lack of program innovation and member participation. The study concludes that women's economic empowerment through Muslimat NU in Kampung Jayasakti contributes to improving the independence and quality of life of the community. Therefore, Muslimat NU administrators must continue to innovate in enhancing empowerment strategies, while encouraging the community to be more actively involved in supporting the programs implemented.

Abstract

Safewardis an approach to providing inpatient mental health services with the aim of minimizing the number of conflicts that arise between nurses and clients. This study aims to determine the characteristics of nurses including gender, age, education level, work experience, safewards training that has been attended and identify the description of nurse readiness including skills, perceived knowledge and attitudes. The study was conducted using a descriptive design with a sample of 124 nurses. The sample was selected using the total sampling method, namely nurses who provide direct services in the inpatient room and are willing to participate in the study. Data were collected from respondents using the primary method where respondents directly filled out the questionnaire online which was shared via google form. Univariate frequency and percentage analysis were used to analyze the collected data. The results of the study showed that 77.42% of respondents had a positive attitude towards safewards, 62.90% had good knowledge and 54.5% had high skills. The results of this study recommend the need for training on safewards at all levels of nurses to improve nurse readiness in implementing the safewards approach.

Abstract

Sexual education is a fundamental aspect of learning in elementary schools to equip students with a proper understanding of reproductive health, physical changes, as well as the concepts of personal boundaries and protection against sexual violence. However, in practice, many teachers face challenges in delivering this material effectively due to a lack of understanding, limited learning resources, and social stigma surrounding the topic. Therefore, innovation in learning media is needed to help teachers comprehend and teach sexual education more interactively and systematically. This study aims to explore the use of Digital Pop-Up Books as an innovative solution to enhance elementary school teachers' understanding of sexual education. The research method employed is a qualitative approach, utilizing literature studies and limited trials with a number of elementary school teachers. The research findings indicate that Digital Pop-Up Books provide a more engaging learning experience and facilitate teachers in understanding and delivering sexual education material. This medium integrates visual and interactive elements, which not only improve teachers' conceptual understanding but also aid in conveying the material more effectively and in accordance with students' cognitive development levels. By utilizing digital technology, Digital Pop-Up Books can serve as a flexible, easily accessible learning medium that can be adapted to the needs of teachers and the characteristics of students. This study recommends further development of Digital Pop-Up Book content to ensure greater relevance to the educational curriculum and support effective learning in elementary schools. Thus, this innovation has the potential to be an effective solution in addressing the challenges faced by teachers in teaching comprehensive sexual education in a culturally appropriate manner in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the effect of using the school budget work plan application (ARKAS) on accountability for the use of BOS funds in Vocational High Schools in Bandar Lampung City, (2) the effect of using the school budget work plan application (ARKAS) on the transparency of the use of BOS funds in Vocational High Schools in Bandar Lampung City. The type of research used in this study is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study is all Private Vocational High Schools receiving BOS Phase I in 2022 in Bandar Lampung City. The sampling technique is purposive sampling, selecting as many as 30 school treasurers. Data collection techniques are questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques use descriptive analysis in the form of percentages and inferential analysis using analysis prerequisite testing, hypothesis testing, and determination coefficient tests. The results showed that: (1) there is an effect of the use of the school budget work plan application (ARKAS) on the accountability of the use of BOS funds in Vocational High Schools in Bandar Lampung City, where the better the use of the ARKAS application, the more accountable the use of BOS funds, (2) there is a significant influence on the use of the school budget work plan application (ARKAS) on the transparency of the use of BOS funds in Vocational High Schools in Bandar Lampung City.Key words: Use of the School Budget Work Plan Application (ARKAS), accountability for the use of BOS funds, transparency in the use of BOS funds
