Abstract

Usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) di Indonesia merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam meningkatkan perekonomian nasional. Beberapa permasalahan yang biasa terjadi pada UKM yaitu desain dan kualitas kemasan produk seperti yang dialami oleh UKM Bunda Arum khususnya pada produk olahan kopi salak. Kemasan produk penting karena mempengaruhi daya tarik produk dan persepsi konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendesain ulang kemasan produk UKM Bunda Arum yang lebih baik dengan berfokus pada preferensi konsumen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kansai engineering. Terdapat 15 atribut digunakan pada aspek desain kemasan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terciptanya dua alternatif desain baru yang digunakan sebagai alternatif kemasan produk kopi salak wedi yang kemudian ditentukan berdasarkan preferensi konsumen melalui penilaian terbaik dengan biaya terjangkau

Abstract

Drought in agricultural lands in Jumput Village, Sukosewu District, Bojonegoro Regency, often occurs due to the lack of sufficient water sources, leading to crop failure. Green energy is now becoming a promising solution to address challenges in agriculture, energy, and the environment. One innovation introduced is an automatic plant watering system powered by solar panels and equipped with soil moisture sensors. To address these issues, a Community Service Program (PKM) was conducted. The PKM method involved several stages, starting with the socialization of the automatic watering technology. Next, technical training was carried out, involving both theoretical and practical sessions where farmers learned to operate the equipment. The evaluation method used pre-test and post-test questionnaires to measure the participants' improvements in knowledge, skills, and confidence. The evaluation results showed significant improvements, with a T-test statistic of 2.33 (p = 0.044) for knowledge and confidence and 4.71 (p = 0.0011) for skills and satisfaction. Participants expressed hope for similar training in the future. Ongoing training and technical support are recommended to ensure effective technology implementation and to increase agricultural productivity in the area. ==================================================== Kekeringan lahan pertanian di Desa Jumput, Kecamatan Sukosewu, Kabupaten Bojonegoro sering terjadi karena tidak adanya sumber air yang cukup memadai. Dampak kekeringan yang terjadi adalah gagal panen. Energi hijau kini menjadi solusi menjanjikan untuk menghadapi tantangan pertanian, energi, dan lingkungan. Salah satu inovasi yang dikenalkan adalah alat penyiram tanaman otomatis berbasis solar panel dan dilengkapi sensor kelembaban tanah. Untuk menjawab beberapa permasalahan terjadi, di lakukan program pengabdian Masyarakat (PKM). Metode PKM dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan, pertama adalah sosialisasi mengenai teknologi alat penyiram otomatis. Selanjutnya, dilakukan pelatihan teknis yang melibatkan teori dan praktik langsung, di mana petani belajar mengoperasikan alat tersebut. Metode evaluasi dilakukan dengan kuisioner pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan kepercayaan diri peserta. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan, dengan uji T-statistik sebesar 2.33 (p = 0.044) untuk pengetahuan dan kepercayaan diri, serta 4.71 (p = 0.0011) untuk keterampilan dan kepuasan. Peserta mengungkapkan harapan agar pelatihan serupa diadakan di masa depan. Disarankan pelatihan berkelanjutan dan pendampingan teknis untuk mendukung implementasi teknologi yang efektif, guna meningkatkan produktivitas pertanian di wilayah tersebut.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efisiensi teknis multi-stage pada usahatani bawang merah di Desa Cancung, Kabupaten Bojonegoro menggunakan metode Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) dan regresi Tobit. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dari 30 responden petani bawang merah. Nilai CRSTE dan VRSTE menunjukkan bahwa petani bawang merah masih belum mencapai efisiensi teknis penuh karena masih memiliki inefisiensi pada masing-masing model sebesar 87% dan 57%. Nilai SE menunjukkan petani bawang merah memiliki inefisiensi skala produksi sebesar 57% dan mayori tas petani memerlukan penambahan skala produksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar petani bawang merah di Desa Cancung, Kabupaten Bojonegoro masih belum efisien secara teknis, namun dapat meningkatkan efisiensi teknis dengan menggunakan input secara lebih baik dan optimalisasi penggunaan sumber daya. Regresi Tobit menunjukkan bahwa faktor jumlah tanggungan keluarga berpengaruh positif terhadap inefisiensi teknis. Sedangkan faktor usia, tingkat pendidikan, dan pengalaman usahatani berpengaruh secara negative dengan inefisiensi usahatani. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan kepada petani bawang merah dan pihak terkait dalam upaya meningkatkan efisiensi teknis dan produktivitas usahatani bawang merah di wilayah tersebut. Abstract This study aims to analyze the multi-stage technical efficiency of shallot farming in Cancung Village, Bojonegoro Regency using the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method and Tobit regression. The data used in this study are primary data from 30 respondents of shallot farmers. The CRSTE and VRSTE values ​​show that shallot farmers have not yet achieved full technical efficiency because they still have inefficiencies in each model of 87% and 57%, respectively. The SE value shows that shallot farmers have a production scale inefficiency of 57%, and the majority of farmers need to increase their production scale. The results show that most shallot farmers in Cancung Village, Bojonegoro Regency are still technically inefficient, but can improve technical efficiency by using inputs better and optimizing resource utilization. Tobit regression shows that the number of family dependents has a positive effect on technical inefficiency, while age, education level, and farming experience have a negative effect on farming inefficiency. This study is expected to provide input to shallot farmers and related parties in efforts to improve technical efficiency and productivity of shallot farming in the area.

Abstract

Poultry farm business is a business that can generate rapid capital turnover and egg prices are relatively cheap so it is easily accessible to society . Behind there are promising business human resources has an impact very continuation of efforts in laying hens . Quality of human resources to manage the business of laying hens could be seen from the factors - factors that affect the productivity of the farmers themselves . To determine the effect of labor productivity , the factors - factors that are taken in terms of motivation , work discipline , job skills and business usaha.pada scale poultry farm productivity in order to determine the effect of breeder hens . The research was conducted at the breeder laying hens in the village Bacem Ponggok Blitar District . What researchers want menegetahui work motivation , work discipline , job skills and scale impacts on productivity in the enterprise breeder breeder hens . This study used multiple linear regression analysis with the following results : Y = 281,027 + 17,809 X1 + 13,813 X2 + 7,752 X3 + 23,783 X4. From the analysis of labor discipline menunujukkan that influence relationships and contribute significantly to the productivity of farmers . The most dominant influences are at work discipline is 23.783 which can be interpreted that if the discipline of work increased by 1 % then it will also increase employee motivation by 23.783 % . INTISARIUsaha peternakan ayam petelur merupakan usaha yang dapat menghasilkan perputaran modal yang cepat dan harga telurnya yang relatif murah sehingga mudah terjangkau oleh lapisan masyarakat. Dibalik usaha yang menjanjikan terdapat sumber daya manusia yang sangat memilki pengaruh dalam kelanjutan usaha ayam petelur. Kualitas dari sumber daya manusia yang mengelola usaha ayam petelur bisa dilihat dari faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas peternak itu sendiri. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh produktivitas tenaga kerja, maka faktor – faktor yang diambil dari segi motivasi, disiplin kerja, keterampilan kerja dan skala usaha.pada usaha peternakan ayam petelur dalam rangka mengetahui pengaruh produktivitas peternak ayam petelur. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada peternak ayam petelur di Desa Bacem Kecamatan Ponggok Kabupaten Blitar. Peneliti ingin menegetahui Apakah motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, keterampilan kerja dan skala usaha berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas peternak pada usaha peternak ayam petelur. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan hasil sebagai berikut : Y = 281,027 + 17,809 X1 + 13,813 X2 + 7,752 X3 + 23,783 X4. Dari hasil analisis tersebut menunujukkan bahwa disiplin kerja memberikan pengaruh hubungan dan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap produktvitas peternak. Pengaruh yang paling dominan terdapat pada disiplin kerja yaitu 23,783 yang dapat diinterpretasikan bahwa bila disiplin kerja meningkat 1 % maka akan meningkat pula motivasi kerja karyawan sebesar 23,783 %.

Abstract

The result of this research is the objective of consumer satisfaction, almost all the attributes of Processed Coffee Beans Salak Wedi have outperformed its competitors, except for the attributes of the product packaging size which is compact and proportional, this will increase the value of sales and technical points. response as a long-term strategy, so that the value of priority contributions is increased and taken into account. Meanwhile, the value of the priority contribution of customer needs is the answer to the technical response to improvements that must be made by the Salak Wedi coffee bean home industry. There are 5 priority actions in accordance with the recommendations from the priority data processing of contribution value. The results of AHP analysis show the conclusion that the most appropriate alternative strategy for the home industry of Salak Wedi bean coffee is a product differentiation strategy with a focus on the company's competitive advantage. Attention to Marketing Costs still needs to be done for the purpose of process efficiency by removing waste and potential waste from the production process. Of course, a focus on eliminating waste will have a positive impact on improving product quality, functionality and reliability. However, Marketing Cost in this context is not part of a competitive strategy but is an improvement process for companies to increase their competitive advantage in facing current market competition.

Abstract

The research objective is to want to know what strategies are used for marketing rice in the agro-industry in Bojonegoro district. The hypothesis of this research is that it is assumed that rice marketing must have a marketing strategy for planning, pricing, and distributing. This research method using purposive sampling method. The research population taken as respondents is the agro-industry which sells rice throughout the year. In accordance with the criteria, the population is less than 100 people, so the sample is taken at 10% - 15%. Based on these opinions, the samples of this study were 5 rice agro-industries. The analysis used in this research is the SWOT analysis, which is a qualitative analysis carried out by examining internal and external factors. The conclusion from the calculation results of the SWOT analysis. Internal factors that affect the rice agro-industry business are utilizing the quality of the product with a good taste image and strategic location and adding packaging variants to develop rice marketing. External factors affecting agro-industry business are replacing manual technology with efficient technology to improve the quality of rice production. A good alternative strategy that can be done for the development of rice marketing in the rice agro-industry is the strength of opportunity strategy (Aggressive), which takes advantage of existing strengths to take advantage of opportunities. Abstract

This study uses stochastic frontier analysis (SFA) to evaluate the efficacy of Cavendish banana cultivation technology in Bojonegoro Regency. An opinion survey of 16 Cavendish banana farmers spread across seven sub-districts in Bojonegoro Regency provides primary data. Farmers' technical productivity and the variables that affect it are assessed using SFA analysis. Based on the findings, Cavendish banana producers in Bojonegoro Regency have an average technical productivity of 80.8%. The stochastic frontier production function model includes the seven variables shown in table 1 and hypothesized to have an impact on output levels: land area, seeds, chemical fertilizers, organic fertilizers, labor, and capital. Large areas of land, organic fertilizers and pesticides are all elements that have a significant impact on the effectiveness of farmer technology. While age, education level, and number of family members are variables that affect inefficiency. The variable level of education is an element that has quite a large influence on technological inefficiency. The findings of this study are expected to educate relevant stakeholders and increase the effectiveness of the technology for the Cavendish banana industry in Bojonegoro Regency.

Abstract

Produksi padi sebagai komoditas strategis nasional sangat dipengaruhi oleh dinamika iklim, terutama di wilayah agraris seperti Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Wilayah ini dipilih karena merupakan salah satu lumbung padi utama di Jawa Timur dan menunjukkan fluktuasi hasil panen yang signifikan dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Perubahan iklim telah menyebabkan fluktuasi suhu, curah hujan, dan faktor cuaca lainnya yang berdampak pada penurunan hasil panen. Penelitian ini menggunakan data iklim tahunan dari tahun 2016 hingga 2024 untuk menganalisis variabilitas iklim jangka pendek serta hubungannya dengan produksi padi. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif melalui analisis korelasi dan pemodelan regresi linier berganda. Variabel iklim yang dianalisis meliputi suhu rata-rata, suhu maksimum, suhu minimum, curah hujan, radiasi matahari, dan kecepatan angin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa suhu minimum memiliki korelasi positif yang sangat kuat terhadap produksi padi, sementara kecepatan angin menunjukkan korelasi negatif yang signifikan. Model regresi menghasilkan koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,99, yang menunjukkan bahwa hampir seluruh variasi produksi padi dapat dijelaskan oleh unsur-unsur iklim seperti suhu, curah hujan, radiasi matahari, dan kecepatan angin. Uji signifikansi juga menunjukkan bahwa curah hujan memiliki pengaruh negatif yang signifikan terhadap hasil panen (p < 0,05). Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya strategi adaptasi iklim berbasis data lokal untuk menjaga stabilitas produksi padi dan mendukung ketahanan pangan di tingkat daerah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of melon inventory control analysis using Economic Order Quantity method. The sample is determined using Purposive Sampling, the data source used consists of primary data and secondary data. Primary Data obtained from direct interviews with business owners. While the secondary data in this study from the literature and data related to this study. This analysis uses four variables, namely Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Safety Stock (SS), Reorder Point (ROP), Total Inventory Cash (TIC). This study found that by using the eoq approach can show that the TIC before EOQ > tic after EOQ can be said to be efficient and so it can be used as a melon inventory control. With this method produces a value of 1675 kg with a frequency of 3 orders per year. While the quantity of Safety Stock is 60 Kg. And it is shown that the total cost of supplies issued Prayoga Fields based on real conditions is IDR.56,000,000 while the total production costs incurred by using the EOQ method is IDR 39.163.960. Thus, the difference in the overall cost of inventory worth IDR 16,836,040 or 69.9%. Keywords: Economic Order Quantity, Safety stock, Reorder Point, Total Inventory Cost INTISARIPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan analisis pengendalian persediaan buah melon menggunakan metode Economic Order Quantity. Sampel yang ditentukan menggunakan Purposive Sampling, sumber data yang digunakan terdiri dari data primer dan dat sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dari wawancara langsung dengan pemilik usaha. Sedangkan data sekunder dalam penelitian ini dari literatur-literatur dan data yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini. Analisis ini menggunakan empat variabel yaitu Metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Safety Stock (SS), Reorder Point (ROP), Total Inventory Cash (TIC). Penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil bahwa dengan menggunakan pendekatan EOQ  dapat menunjukkan bahwa TIC sebelum EOQ > TIC setelah EOQ dapat dikatakan efisien dan sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai pengendalian persediaan buah melon. Dengan metode tersebut menghasilkan nilai sebesar 1675 kg dengan frekuensi 3 pesanan per tahun. Sedangkan kuantitas Safety Stock sebesar 60 kg. Dan ditunjukkan bahwa total biaya persediaan yang dikeluarkan Ladang Prayoga berdasarkan kondisi rill adalah Rp 56.000.000 sedangkan total biaya produksi yang dikeluarkan dengan menggunakan metode EOQ adalah Rp 39.163.960. Dengan demikian, selisih biaya keseluruhan persediaan senilai Rp 16.836.040 atau 69.9%. Kata kunci: Economic Order Quantity, Safety stock, Reorder Point, Total Inventory Cost

Abstract

The aim of this assistance is to provide insight and knowledge about alternative ways of selling tobacco and recommend tobacco waste management to the younger generation in Banggle Village, Sukorame District, Lamongan Regency. The reason for determining the location and focus on mentoring the younger generation is to maintain the regeneration of tobacco farmers as a form of improving the quality of the agricultural sector in the future and at the same time the majority of farmers in Banggle Village are tobacco farmers. . Assistance is carried out in stages starting with basic observations in the field regarding the management and sales system of tobacco plants. The results of this assistance concluded that there were three sales methods, namely the direct sales system, the sales system through the enumeration stage using sugar additives and not using sugar additives. The most recommended sales method in this assistance is the sales system through the chopping stage using sugar additives, followed by the sales method through the chopping stage without using sugar additives and finally the alternative direct sales method. The results of the assistance recommended that the most appropriate management of tobacco waste is to use organic fertilizer. The evaluation results show a lack of resources that understand detailed calculations regarding tobacco sales methods.
