Abstract

Kajian ini membahas teologi keadilan dalam hukum Islam terkait poligami. Teologi keadilan mengacu pada keadilan berdasarkan nalar agama, di mana keadilan dianggap mutlak dan secara moral mengikat. Orang beriman diperingatkan agar tidak membiarkan kebencian mengganggu keadilan, karena keadilan dekat dengan ketakwaan dan kebenaran. Dalam hukum Islam, keadilan berarti tidak memihak, kesesuaian, keseimbangan, dan penghargaan terhadap hak individu. Masalah utama yang dibahas adalah kontekstualisasi teologi keadilan dalam hukum poligami. Tujuan kajian ini adalah menjelaskan secara utuh kontekstualisasi tersebut. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah penelitian pustaka dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan teknik dokumenter, menganalisis data kualitatif dari buku, literatur, artikel, dan jurnal. Data diuraikan, dikelompokkan, dan dianalisis secara kritis untuk mendapatkan kesimpulan konkret.

Abstract

The development of the industrial world is in line with technological developments which present an online game application that can be downloaded and installed easily on a smartphone or Android mobile phone to be played, online game application in question is Higgs domino island. To enjoy the game, players are required to have chips or money. Meanwhile, the chips or money that players have are not guaranteed to increase or decrease when playing the game. Because luck is the only chance in the game. So the practice of playing Higgs domino island is very similar to gambling games in general. Therefore, this study aims to find out and explain the review of Islamic criminal law on the highs domino island game. researchers used qualitative methods. Data collection in the study began with documentation, observation, and interviews from the data that had been collected by the researcher then analyzed it using triangulation techniques resulting in the conclusion that the online game Higgs Domino Islam in the review of Islamic criminal law contains elements of maysir, while for formal elements or pillars of syar' I gambling offenses can be seen in the Al-Qur'an Surah Al-Maidah verses 90 to 91. From this explanation, it is hoped that elements of the police and government will be involved . community leaders, religious leaders, and youth leaders can work together to make people aware in Bajeng District, Gowa Regency that the Higgs domino island game has similarities with the elements of the crime of gambling

Abstract

The main issue in this study is how to optimize the management of productive zakat for the economic empowerment of the community in BAZNAS Soppeng Regency. This study is a field research with a qualitative approach, using documentation and interviews as data collection methods. The results of the study show that the zakat management mechanism in BAZNAS Soppeng Regency consists of several stages, including: planning, organizing, and implementing the collection of zakat funds from muzakki to be distributed to mustahik. Additionally, the distribution and use of zakat consists of two types of assistance: consumptive assistance and productive assistance. The challenges faced by BAZNAS Soppeng Regency in its efforts to improve the economy of the poor community include the lack of strict sanctions in the Zakat Management Law, limited funds, and low zakat awareness among muzakki. The efforts made by BAZNAS Soppeng Regency include the establishment of Zakat Collection Units (UPZ), providing convenience for muzakki, and distributing zakat in cash. The benefits of the productive zakat assistance received by mustahik from BAZNAS Soppeng Regency include an increase in income, although the profit gained is not significant and is mostly used for daily living expenses.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the concept of love in Islam, the Islamic principles for nurturing love and building family life, and the implementation of love according to Islamic law. Using a qualitative approach through library research, this study explores primary Islamic legal sources such as the Qur’an, Hadith, classical fiqh works, and contemporary scholarly writings. The findings reveal that love in Islam encompasses spiritual, moral, and social dimensions. The highest form of love is love for Allah, followed by love for the Prophet Muhammad, love for striving in the path of Allah, and love for fellow human beings. In the family context, Islamic law provides normative guidance distinct from modern Western cultural norms, particularly regarding relations between men and women before and after marriage. Islam emphasizes responsibility, mutual respect, and effective communication between spouses to achieve lasting happiness and affection. The implementation of love in Islamic law is reflected in daily attitudes and behaviors grounded in compassion, justice, and social responsibility. Thus, love in Islam is not merely an emotional expression but a manifestation of servitude and obedience to Allah Almighty.
