Abstract

Intellectual Property (IP) is a manifestation of human intellectual ability that holds moral, economic, and social value. This study examines the definition, scope, and protection of IP from the perspective of contemporary Islamic commercial jurisprudence (fiqh muamalah) and Islamic law, while also reviewing national and global issues concerning IP violations. At the national level, the widespread piracy of books, software, and films in Indonesia reflects low public awareness of copyright, contradicting the Islamic principles of justice and trustworthiness. At the global level, the COVID-19 pandemic raised ethical dilemmas regarding vaccine patents, requiring a balance between IP protection and public access to healthcare. The Islamic perspective emphasizes that IP protection is important but not absolute; in emergency situations or for the public benefit, flexibility is permitted to ensure hifẓ al-nafs (protection of life) and maslahah ‘āmmah. The study concludes that IP should be respected as an asset of both economic and moral value, while its implementation must consider social, economic, and Shariah contexts.

Abstract

Minat belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Fikih di MIN 25 Aceh Besar masih rendah karena proses pembelajaran yang bersifat konvensional, kurang interaktif, dan monoton sehingga kurang menarik perhatian peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas media pembelajaran Wordwall dalam meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik pada materi zakat fitrah di kelas V. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) model Kurt Lewin yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, dengan subjek berjumlah 32 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif melalui perhitungan rata-rata dan persentase peningkatan minat belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan pada minat belajar peserta didik, dari 62% pada siklus I (kategori cukup) menjadi 89% pada siklus II (kategori sangat baik). Kinerja guru juga meningkat dari 79% menjadi 97%. Dengan demikian, penerapan media Wordwall terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Fikih karena mampu menciptakan pembelajaran yang lebih menarik, interaktif, dan bermakna.

Abstract

Apart from being a method of cleansing the soul, Sufism is also a forum for improving deeds or actions in daily life. People sometimes ignore the quality of the practice of Islamic teachings themselves, that in every Islamic teaching there are Sufism values ​​that can be implemented and practiced. This research aims to analyze, explain and research more deeply the values ​​of Sufism contained in the lyrics of the song Pulang Karya from the music band For Revenge. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method, namely by analyzing, reviewing, comparing and presenting data descriptively. The data sources in this research are the lyrics of the song Pulang Karya For Revenge and other relevant research sources such as research journals, research articles, books and so on. The results of the research show that the lyrics of the song Pulang Karya For Revenge contain Sufism values ​​that can be implemented in everyday life, such as in the lyrics There is no place as beautiful as home, There is no place as beautiful as there, I keep looking for direction. These lyrics can be interpreted as humans longing for the final goal of their life, namely the afterlife, because in Islam, life on earth is a field leading to the afterlife to achieve true happiness.

Abstract

Phosphorus content in animal-derived foods is an important indicator of nutritional value and food safety. This study validated a method for phosphorus analysis in chicken meat and fresh cow’s milk using wet digestion based on microwave digestion and microplate UV-Vis spectrophotometry with the principle of molybdenum blue complex formation by ascorbic acid at a wavelength of 880 nm. Method performance was evaluated according to ISO/IEC 17025:2017. The validation parameters included linearity and linear range, sensitivity comprising the limit of detection (LOD) and limit of quantification (LOQ), precision comprising repeatability and intermediate precision, as well as accuracy. The calibration curve showed good linearity within the range of 2–12 ppm (r² = 0.998). The LOD and LOQ values were 0.29 and 0.97 mg/L for chicken meat, and 0.17 and 0.57 mg/L for cow’s milk, respectively. Precision testing resulted in repeatability and intermediate precision RSDs of 2.00% and 2.18% for chicken meat, and 2.62% and 2.14% for cow’s milk. Accuracy, determined by recovery analysis, showed values of 97.14% for chicken meat and 103.15% for cow’s milk. These results demonstrate that the validated method meets the acceptance criteria of ISO/IEC 17025. The method provides acceptable linearity, sensitivity, precision, and accuracy, and can be applied for routine phosphorus analysis in meat and milk matrices. Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran remaja tentang donor darah melalui pemeriksaan golongan darah sebagai strategi dalam pembentukan karakter di SMAN 12 Makassar. Remaja pada umumnya belum memahami manfaat donor darah serta pentingnya partisipasi sebagai pendonor sukarela. Metode yang digunakan adalah edukasi partisipasif melalui penyuluham, pemeriksaan golongan darah, diskusi interaktif, serta refleksi nilai karakter. Peserta kegiatan berjumlah 50 siswa. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap positif terhadap donor darah. Selain itu, terjadi penguatan nilai karakter seperti kepedulian social, empati, tanggung jawab, dan kesadaran kemanusiaan. Program ini tidak hanya berdampak pada peningkatan literasi Kesehatan, tetapi juga berkontribusi pada pembentukan karakter remaja yang peduli dan siap menjadi pendonor darah di masa depan.
