Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of employee training and development on work productivity at CV. Sasana Citra Mandiri. The methods used in this study include validity, reliability, multicollinearity, simultaneous test (F), partial test (t), multiple linear regression, and determination coefficient test (R²). The results of the study indicate that training and development simultaneously have a very strong and significant effect on work productivity, with a contribution of 97.9%, while the remaining 2.1% is influenced by other variables such as compensation and incentives and time and workload management. Partially, training has a greater effect than development on increasing productivity. With a correlation coefficient value of 0.99 and an adjusted R Square of 0.978, it can be concluded that employee training and development have a crucial role in driving work productivity in this company.

Abstract

This study aims to prove whether there is an effect of job descriptions and worker This study aims to determine the effect of job descriptions and job specifications on employee performance at PT Cipta Prima Synergy in Palembang City. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis methods. The sample in this study amounted to 60 employees selected through probability sampling technique. The results of the analysis show that the research instrument has met the validity requirements because the calculated r value is greater than the r table (0.3), and is reliable with a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.07 which is close to 1. Partial test (t test) shows that both job descriptions and job specifications have a significant influence on employee performance. Likewise with the results of the simultaneous test (F test), which shows that the two variables together have a significant effect on employee performance. The object of this research is PT Cipta Prima Synergy, a national private company incorporated in the field of coal transportation services as well as the sale of spare parts for heavy equipment vehicles, located on Jl. Pangeran Ayin No. 302/06-07 RT.03/RW.05, Sukamaju Village, Sako District, Palembang City.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of emotional intelligence and employee empowerment on employee performance at PT Bank Muamalat KCP A. Rivai Palembang. The methodology used in this research is quantitative, with data collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 38 respondents. The data collected were processed using multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and classical assumption tests to ensure the validity and reliability of the results. The analysis results reveal that both emotional intelligence and employee empowerment have a significant effect on employee performance, both independently and collectively. Emotional intelligence contributes to how employees manage their emotions and relationships, leading to better decision-making and work performance. Meanwhile, employee empowerment enhances employees' sense of autonomy, responsibility, and engagement, which in turn improves their performance. These findings suggest that improving emotional intelligence and increasing employee empowerment can be effective strategies to enhance employee performance in the organization. The study provides valuable insights for organizational management, especially in the context of PT Bank Muamalat KCP A. Rivai Palembang, to focus on developing these aspects to improve overall performance.
