Abstract

The circular economy has emerged as a transformative approach to addressing the global plastic waste crisis by emphasizing resource recovery, recycling, and sustainability. This study presents a bibliometric analysis of research dynamics in circular economy and plastic management, utilizing data exclusively from the Scopus database and analyzed with VOSviewer. Key findings reveal significant growth in research activity over the past two decades, with central themes such as "circular economy," "waste management," and "plastic waste" dominating the field. The analysis identifies strong international collaborations, with countries like the United Kingdom, China, and India serving as key contributors. Emerging topics, including "pyrolysis" and "sustainable development," indicate a shift toward innovative technologies and broader sustainability goals. Despite advancements, gaps remain in understanding the socioeconomic implications of circular economy practices and consumer behavior's role in driving sustainability. This study provides critical insights into the research landscape, guiding future studies and policy frameworks toward effective and equitable plastic management solutions.

Abstract

Many young entrepreneurs, especially vocational high school students, still face difficulties in preparing financial reports that meet standards and understanding tax obligations. In fact, good financial reports and tax compliance are important factors in business sustainability. Therefore, training is needed that can equip them with basic skills in recording transactions, preparing financial reports, and tax reporting. This training aims to improve vocational high school students' understanding in making simple financial reports and reporting taxes independently in accordance with applicable regulations. The training is carried out with a qualitative approach through theoretical explanations, case studies, direct practice using accounting software, and evaluation of understanding through pre-tests and post-tests. In addition, interviews were conducted with business actors to provide real insights into the importance of financial reports and tax compliance in the business world. The results of the training showed an increase in students' understanding in preparing financial reports and filling out annual tax returns. However, there are still obstacles in the use of accounting technology and understanding several more complex tax concepts. This training provides significant benefits in improving the skills of SMKS Ma'Arif Jakarta students in financial management and tax compliance. In the future, further assistance and integration of technology in learning are needed to ensure that students can apply the knowledge they have acquired effectively in the business world.

Abstract

The increasingly competitive landscape of Islamic banking in Indonesia urges institutions such as Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) to optimize employee performance and professionalism to improve customer satisfaction. However, several customer complaints in West Jakarta raise concerns about service consistency. This study aims to examine the influence of employee performance and professionalism on customer satisfaction, with gender acting as a moderating variable. A quantitative approach was employed using a questionnaire distributed to 120 people BSI customers, and the data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results reveal that employee performance significantly affects customer satisfaction (coefficient = 0.297; p = 0.002), and employee professionalism shows a stronger significant effect (coefficient = 0.634; p<0.001). Gender moderates the relationship between professionalism and satisfaction for both male (coefficient = 0.599; p = 0.043) and female customers (coefficient = 0.807; p < 0.001), but its moderating effect on the relationship between performance and satisfaction is only significant for female customers (coefficient = 0.159; p < 0.001), and not for male customers (coefficient = 0.291; p = 0.109). These findings suggest that while gender plays a partial moderating role, the professionalism of employees remains the most critical factor in enhancing customer satisfaction at BSI West Jakarta. Companies should focus on developing employee skills and professionalism while implementing inclusive communication strategies to address potential gender bias. Future research could explore additional moderators or contextual factors to further refine these insights.

Abstract

This training aims to analyze the application of marketing digitalization to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) run by housewives and identify the obstacles and challenges faced by MSMEs in implementing digital marketing. The research methodology uses an action research approach involving the PKK Seruni RT 017 in Mangunjaya Village, Bekasi Regency. The research steps include problem identification, action planning, action implementation, observation and reflection, as well as evaluation and planning for the next cycle. Data were obtained through interviews and observations of 10 respondents who were members of the PKK Seruni RT 017 group. The results showed that there was a significant increase in the application of marketing digitalization after the training. Most MSMEs that previously did not use social media or online platforms started using Instagram as a marketing platform. MSMEs are expected to receive advanced training regarding content creation and customer interaction management. Continuous support and assistance is also needed to assist MSMEs in implementing digital marketing strategies effectively. In addition, it is necessary to develop and implement management and promotion strategies that can overcome existing weaknesses. MSMEs also need to continue to maintain their strengths, such as product quality, competitive prices, and customer service.
