This research aims to analyze the community satisfaction index in village financial management and accountability, including Village Fund Allocation in South Konawe Regency. The focus of this research is on village financial management and accountability as well as measuring the community satisfaction index with this management and accountability. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach but still has quantitative data for the focus of the second research. The selection of respondents was carried out using the Cluster sampling method which resulted in five sample sub-districts, namely Andoolo, Ranomeeto, North Moramo, Tinanggea and Laonti sub-districts. Meanwhile, data collection techniques are divided into three types, namely interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The types of data in this research are divided into two types, namely qualitative and quantitative. Qualitative data was analyzed through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Meanwhile, quantitative data was analyzed using the weighted average value of 9 elements in the use of village funds. The research results show that village financial management and accountability, which consists of the planning, implementation, administration, reporting and accountability stages in South Konawe Regency, has generally run well and follows statutory regulations. However, the transparency aspect still needs to be improved, especially in terms of information on the use of village income and expenditure budgets that can be accessed by the entire community. On the other hand, the results of measuring the community satisfaction index in village financial management and accountability in South Konawe Regency generally show a perception of satisfaction with a good rating and the quality of community satisfaction is rated B with a number of 86.39. It is hoped that this value can increase in the future by maximizing the role of each party directly involved in the management and accountability of village finances, such as the Village Head, Village Treasurer, Village Consultative Body, South Konawe Regency Community and Village Empowerment Service and South Konawe Regency Regional Inspectorate.

Vietnam opposes the policies that have been made by upstream countries regarding dam construction projects in the Mekong River region which have brought huge losses to upstream countries. Vietnam, aware of the importance of water sources on the Mekong River, has finally rejoined the Lancang-Mekong Cooperation (LMC). In this article, the author presents an analysis of Vietnam's geopolitical interests in joining LMC membership using the concept of Geopolitics. The method used is descriptive with data collection techniques through literature study and documentation. The research results show that Vietnam's geopolitical interest in joining LMC membership is influenced by two factors, namely domestic factors consisting of managing water resources and international factors consisting of China's economic power in regulating and suppressing countries through which the Mekong River flows. The LMC program focuses on 3+5, where 3 refers to the three pillars, namely political, economic and social security, and sustainable development and relations between people. Meanwhile, 5 refers to five priority areas of cooperation, namely connectivity, production capacity, cross-regional economy, water resources, agriculture and poverty alleviation. Realizing the importance of water resources for economic growth encouraged Vietnam at the second summit in 2018 to show itself to be one step more active in this cooperation than several LMC member countries. The Community Service Program with the title: Soft-Skill Public Speaking Training for Government Science Study Program Students, FISIP Halu Oleo University, aims to improve students' speaking skills, particularly in front of audiences. This is critical for preparing graduates to compete in the labor market. As a result, the service team conducted Soft-Skill Public Speaking training activities by presenting material that needed to be mastered in Public Speaking. Students are directed to directly compose speeches at the end of the training, which is displayed in video form and uploaded via the YouTube video-sharing medium. Finally, this training was able to solve the problems encountered by Government Science Study Program Students as service objects as indicated by service participants' speaking ability that has significantly improved, as evidenced by good pronunciation and intonation.

Multimedia Flipbooks enable students to learn course materials visually, which can help with comprehension and memory. The multimedia flipbook format, which resembles a traditional printed book, adds interest and interactivity to information presentations. Digital flipbooks are accessible through digital devices such as laptops, tablets, and smartphones, allowing students to read and study materials at any time and from any location. Training in the use of multimedia flipbooks aims to improve students’ ability to innovate and be creative by leveraging digital technology. The community service method used in this training is to provide students with information on tips and tricks, as well as the stages of using multimedia flipbooks. The results of the multimedia flipbook training for Halu Oleo University students show that students can gain a comprehensive understanding of flipbooks in terms of their concept, features, and potential as a digital presentation format. Students can also differentiate flipbooks from other digital book formats and understand their benefits. Students can create a flipbook that combines text, images, videos, and animations. Students who complete this training are capable of creating interactive and responsive flipbooks using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Overall, flipbooks can improve students’ comprehension, learning efficiency, and engagement in the learning process. This will undoubtedly have a positive impact on student learning and how technology is used to address industry challenges in the future.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis komunikasi politik yang dilakukan oleh Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Kota Kendari dalam mewujudkan pemilu yang ramah disabilitas pada Pemilu 2024. Fokus kajian ini mencakup pesan politik yang disampaikan kepada pemilih disabilitas guna mendorong partisipasi mereka dalam menggunakan hak pilih, serta penyediaan fasilitas yang menunjang aksesibilitas, termasuk sarana prasarana dan pendidikan politik melalui sosialisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka, serta analisis data melalui tahap reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa KPU Kota Kendari telah melakukan dua kali sosialisasi kepada pemilih disabilitas di Kecamatan Nambo dan Kecamatan Poasia. Namun, jangkauan sosialisasi masih terbatas, dan beberapa informan mengaku tidak pernah menerima sosialisasi pada periode Pemilu 2024. Selain itu, sejumlah Tempat Pemungutan Suara (TPS) belum sepenuhnya menyediakan fasilitas ramah disabilitas, seperti kursi roda dan surat suara braille. Temuan ini menunjukkan perlunya peningkatan dalam aspek komunikasi politik dan penyediaan aksesibilitas guna mendukung pemilu yang inklusif bagi penyandang disabilitas.

Kemajuan teknologi di era digital menuntut keterampilan literasi digital sebagai kompetensi penting bagi pelajar untuk mendukung proses belajar, mengembangkan kreativitas, serta mempersiapkan diri menghadapi persaingan kerja. SMAN 3 Konawe Selatan memiliki fasilitas laboratorium komputer dan jaringan internet yang memadai, namun kualitas sumber daya manusia dalam pemanfaatan perangkat digital masih terbatas. Tujuan program pengabdian ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan kesadaran siswa mengenai pemanfaatan teknologi yang difokuskan pada pengenalan dan praktik pembuatan Curriculum Vitae (CV) dan cover book menggunakan aplikasi Canva. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif melalui ceramah, diskusi, simulasi, praktik langsung, dan proyek kelompok. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman konsep literasi digital, keterampilan teknis desain berbasis aplikasi, dan sikap positif terhadap penggunaan teknologi secara produktif. Siswa mampu menghasilkan karya CV dan cover book yang layak digunakan untuk keperluan akademik maupun persiapan karier. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh bahwa pelatihan ini efektif meningkatkan keterampilan literasi digital siswa serta memberikan kontribusi nyata terhadap kualitas pembelajaran berbasis teknologi. Program ini juga membentuk sikap kreatif, kolaboratif, dan adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi.

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesiapan kerja alumni jurusan Tradisi Lisan melalui pelatihan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Peningkatan kesiapan kerja tersebut diwujudkan dalam bentuk pembekalan pengetahuan dan skill alumni melalui sosialisasi dan pelatihan terkait dengan UMKM berbasis kearifan lokal khususnya kerajinan nentu di Kota Kendari. Hal ini penting dilakukan karena berdasarkan analisis hasil tracer study dan FGD diperoleh informasi bahwa mahasiswa jurusan Tradisi Lisan mengalami kesulitan mencari pekerjaan di periode awal kelulusan. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan tiga tahapan yaitu 1) tahapan persiapan terdiri dari: a) pembentukan tim, b) koordinasi kegiatan baik secara teknis dan administrasi dengan stakeholder terkait, dan c) identifikasi masalah secara parsial, 2) tahapan pelaksanaan kegiatan terdiri dari: a) Pelaksanaan FGD, b) Pelaksanaan Sosialisasi, dan c) Pelatihan (Praktik), dan 3) tahap evaluasi. Peserta dalam kegiatan ini adalah alumni yang tercatat sebagai lulusan baru pada Jurusan Tradisi Lisan. Lokasi pelaksanaan kegiatan dilaksanakan di UPPKS Kerajinan Nentu Hati Mulia. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa peserta sangat antusias baik dalam kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan dan berdasarkan hasil kuesioner dan wawancara yang dilakukan terdapat 80 % dari total peserta sangat tertarik untuk menekuni kerajinan nentu baik dalam konteks pemasaran maupun menjadi pengrajin nentu. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian ini memiliki peran penting dalam mengatasi atau mengurangi masa tunggu kerja alumni yang dapat berdampak positif pada peningkatan mutu lulusan dan mutu jurusan.
