Abstract

This study aims to empirically examine the influence of influencer marketing and online customer reviews on purchase decisions of Nivea suncare products, with brand image serving as a mediating variable. A quantitative descriptive method was employed by distributing questionnaires and reviewing related literature. A total of 170 undergraduate students from Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University (cohorts 2021–2024) were selected using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the assistance of SmartPLS 4 software. The findings indicate that influencer marketing has a positive and significant effect on both brand image and purchase decision. Meanwhile, online customer reviews positively influence brand image but do not directly affect purchase decisions. Furthermore, brand image is proven to have a positive and significant impact on purchase decisions and mediates the relationship between influencer marketing, online customer reviews, and purchase decisions. These results highlight the strategic importance of brand image in strengthening the effectiveness of digital marketing practices.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasional dan retensi karyawan terhadap niat berpindah setelah proses akuisisi pada PT Transkon Jaya Tbk. Latar belakang penelitian didasarkan pada meningkatnya jumlah karyawan yang keluar pada periode setelah akuisisi, sehingga diperlukan pemahaman mengenai faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi perilaku tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan dan analisis data menggunakan metode pemodelan struktural. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasional berpengaruh negatif terhadap niat berpindah, sementara retensi karyawan terbukti menurunkan niat berpindah sekaligus memediasi hubungan antara komitmen organisasional dan niat berpindah. Selain itu, proses akuisisi memengaruhi kekuatan hubungan antarvariabel tersebut. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan komitmen dan strategi retensi dalam menjaga keberlangsungan tenaga kerja setelah akuisisi.

Abstract

In an intercity movement, the choice of mode plays a fairly important role, someone will move from one city to another will certainly consider many things. In traveling during the day or night on the Lhokseumawe Medan route or vice versa, travelers will be faced with a choice of land transportation modes, namely using the Putra Pelangi Bus and the Hiace Minibus. This study aims to determine the characteristics of mode users, factors that influence mode selection. Modeling analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis method. Multiple linear analysis serves to measure the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable.There are two regression models in this study, the first model based on the characteristics of the mode (Y1) and the second based on the characteristics of the passengers (Y2). The best model based on the characteristics of the mode is Y1= 0.656 + 0.021X1 + 0.108X2 + 0.019X3 + 0.130X4 with R2=0.962 and The best model based on the characteristics of the passengers is Y2= Y= 1,775-0,032X1+0,094X2-0,005X3+0,028X4+0,079X5+0,059X6-0,226X8 with R2=0.564.
