Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of interpersonal competence, operational competence, commitment and work team on the performance of supervisory consultants at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Department of Paser Regency. The research approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The population determined in this research is the Supervisory Consultant workforce at the Paser Regency Public Works and Spatial Planning Service, totaling 59 people. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample so the number of samples in this study was 59 people. In this research, the research instrument used was a questionnaire and data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. The results of data analysis explain that there is a positive and significant influence of interpersonal competence (X1) on performance (Y) of 0.539. There is a positive and significant influence of operational competence (X2) on performance (Y) of 0.176. There is a positive and significant influence of work commitment (X3) on the performance variable (Y) of 0.197. There is a positive and significant influence of the work team (X4) on performance (Y) of 0.226, and together the interpersonal competence variable (X1), the operational competence variable (X2), the work commitment variable (X3), and the work team variable (X4 ) has an effect on the performance variable (Y). It is hoped that the Paser Regency PUTR Service will pay more attention to the interpersonal competence and operational competence of supervisors, so that it can be improved and provide motivation so that their work commitment and work teams can be further improved.

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) analyze the effect of relational competence on performance; (2) analyze the effect of work flexibility on performance; (3) analyze the effect of mastery of technology on performance; (4) analyze the effect of relational competence on work commitment; (5) analyze the effect of work flexibility on work commitment; (6) analyze the effect of mastery of technology on work commitment; and (7) analyze the effect of work commitment on performance. This research was conducted on the statistical partners of BPS Batu Bara Regency, where the population was 201 people and the number of samples was 67. The sampling technique uses probability sampling techniques. The analysis method uses PLS analysis with the smartPLS 4.0 application. The research results show that relational competence and work commitment directly have a positive and significant influence on performance. Work flexibility and mastery of technology have no effect on performance. Relational competence and mastery of technology have no effect on work commitment. Work flexibility has a positive and significant effect on work commitment. Indirectly, work commitment mediates the influence of work flexibility and mastery of technology on performance, and work commitment is unable to mediate the influence of relational competence on performance.

Abstract

Konsep terapi penyembuhan merupakan salah satu pendekatan yang dapat digunakan untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang nyaman dan aman bagi lansia. Prinsip ini melibatkan desain arsitektur yang berpengaruh terhadap aspek psikologis dan aspek fisik pengguna. Dalam konteks panti jompo, penerapan konsep terapi penyembuhan dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup penghuni. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penerapan konsep healing therapeutic pada UPTD Panti Sosial Lansia Rumoh Seujahtra Geunaseh Sayang, yang berlokasi di Lamglumpang, Ulee Kareng, Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui observasi dan literatur review. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UPTD Panti Sosial Lansia Rumoh Seujahtra Geunaseh Sayang telah menerapkan konsep terapi penyembuhan namun, penerapan yang ada di panti jompo ini masih belum sesuai dengan konsep terapi penyembuhan yang sudah dijelaskan.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the significant effect on the use of Dictogloss Technique on listening ability to short story in the second grade of Junior High School 20 Pekanbaru. In this quantitative research, the design used pre-experiment with only one class pre-test and post-test. The population of this research was second grade students at Junior High School 20 Pekanbaru. The researcher used simple random sampling technique in which class VIII.8 of Junior High School became the research sample which amounted to 34 students. Researcher used objective tests as a data collection technique. Then the researcher tested the data with T-test and obtained data 1.692, then T-Table -1.507 and Sig. (2 tailed) is 0.000 less than 0.05. Then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. In conclusion, there is a significant effect on the use of Dictogloss Technique on listening ability to short story of students in the second grade of Junior High School 20 Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Proyek kemanusiaan bertajuk pemanfaatan VCO berbasis rempah sebagai solusi alami untuk penyembuhan luka ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat di TK Al-Ikhsan, Aceh Timur, mengenai manfaat Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) sebagai alternatif alami untuk pengobatan luka. Proyek ini dirancang dengan pendekatan edukatif dan aplikatif melalui sosialisasi tentang cara pembuatan VCO yang diperkaya dengan rempah-rempah, seperti jahe merah, temulawak, kunyit, dan lengkuas, yang diketahui memiliki sifat anti-inflamasi dan antibakteri. Kegiatan meliputi penyuluhan langsung, demonstrasi praktis pembuatan VCO, serta distribusi produk siap pakai kepada masyarakat. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan peserta mengenai manfaat VCO dalam penyembuhan luka dan perawatan kulit, serta tingginya minat masyarakat untuk mengadopsi produk alami dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Pengenalan VCO sebagai solusi kesehatan berbasis bahan alami diharapkan dapat menjadi alternatif yang aman, efektif, dan berkelanjutan dalam mendukung kesejahteraan masyarakat

Abstract

Krueng Neng Park is one of the city parks in Banda Aceh which is located on the banks of the Kampong Lamjame river, Jaya Baru District, Banda Aceh. This park with an area of 1.52 ha is one part of the Green Open Space (RTH) development. its location on the banks of the Surin River is the main attraction of this park. Krueng Neng Park is one of the parks that was affected by the tsunami wave in 2004. Due to its location in an area designated as a tsunami mitigation-based area, Krueng Neng Park needs to apply the concept of tsunami mitigation. The existence of the Krueng Neng park raises questions for researchers, especially regarding the hardscape application of the tsunami mitigation concept that exists in the Krueng Neng park, based on the applicable standardization principles. With the aim of analyzing the application of the existing tsunami mitigation concept to the Krueng Neng park, and recommending an appropriate tsunami mitigation concept to the Krueng Neng park.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the influence of financial knowledge, financial attitudes, and financial behaviour on the debt decision of informal women entrepreneurs in Indonesia. By delivering questionnaires and quantitative methodology. 279 respondents were collected, and the results could be processed with SmartPLS Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). This paper explores the relationship between financial inclusion, financial literacy, and the important role of financial attitudes in improving decision-making skills related to debt management. At the same time, financial inclusion and financial literacy are essential, but not enough to encourage healthy debt practices. A constructive financial attitude emerges as an important determinant, contributing to understanding and implementing prudent debt decisions women in the informal sector. This research provides practical contributions for governments, financial institutions, and cooperatives in designing gender-responsive financial literacy programs. The findings advance the Theory of Planned Behavior in financial decision-making and provide actionable guidance for designing gender-responsive financial capability programs.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work capability and commitment on the performance of tourism awareness group administrators in Paser Regency with innovative work behavior as an intervening variable. The data analysis used is path analysis and multiple regression analysis using smart PLS. The research results show that capability has no effect on performance, because the test results are based on a P value of 0.638 (>0.05) and a statistical T value of 0.471 (<1.96), work commitment has a significant effect on performance, with test results on the P value of 0.045 (< 0.05) and statistical T value of 2.008 (> 1.96), innovative work behavior has no significant effect on performance, with test results showing a P value of 0.279 (> 0.05) and a T statistical value of 1.084 (< 1.96), work commitment has a significant effect on innovative work behavior, with test results on a P value of 0.045 (< 0.05) and a statistical T value of 2.005 (> 1.96), capability does not have an effect on performance through innovative work behavior, with a P value of 0.309 (> 0.05) and a statistical T value of 1.018 (< 1.96), work commitment has no effect on performance through innovative work behavior, with a P value result of 0.426 ( > 0.05) and a statistical T value of 0.796 (< 1.96)

Abstract

Penelitan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh ada siswa yang kurang memahami dan tidak mampu menjelaskan konsep PAI yang diberikan padahal sudah diberikan contoh dan bahan tapi mereka masih mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami materi PAI sehingga digunakan pembelajaran berbasis masalah (PBM) dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dan aktivitas guru dan siswa di kelas IV UPTD SD Negeri 10 Peusangan melalui model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning pada materi Surat At-Tin. Metode penelitian menggunakan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian PTK. Sumber data penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV berjumlah 18 orang siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes, lembar aktivitas dan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran PBL untuk kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa siklus I sebesar 44,44% kriteria kurang baik meningkat menjadi 88,89% kriteria sangat baik pada siklus II. Penggunaan model pembelajaran PBL dapat meningkatkan aktivitas guru dan siswa kelas IV UPTD SD Negeri 10 Peusangan. Hal ini terbukti dengan meningkatnya persentase aktivitas guru dan siswa pada setiap siklus mengalami peningkat baik pada guru maupun pada proses siswa mengikuti pembelajaran, dengan nilai rata-rata aktivitas guru yaitu 68,83% kriteria kurang siklus I meningkat menjadi sebesar 88,24% kriteria baik pada siklus II. Untuk aktivitas siswa sebesar 68,83% kriteria kurang siklus I meningkat menjadi sebsar 88,24% kriteria sangat baik. Penggunaan model pembelajaran PBL dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi siswa kelas IV UPTD SD Negeri 10 Peusangan sebesar 78% untuk kriteria senang dan kriteria tidak senang sebesar 22%.
