Abstract

The salted fish business is one of the businesses located in Gampong Sungai Pauh, West Langsa District, Langsa City. This study aims to determine the income and welfare of salted fish processing workers in Gampong Sungai Pauh, West Langsa District. This research is a field research with descriptive qualitative methods. The sample consisted of 15 people. Sources of data used are primary and secondary data obtained by data collection methods through observation, interviews, and documentation.With the salted fish processing, salted fish processing workers' income has increased slightly, so that the life of salted fish processing workers is helped economically, such as being able to eat three times a day, buying clothes even once a year. Salted fish processing workers can be categorized as not prosperous, but economically, salted fish processing workers are greatly helped, if before working in salted fish processing, salted fish processing workers can only eat once a day but after working in salted fish processing, salted fish processing workers can eat. three times a day, buy at least one set of clothes, repair the damaged walls of the house.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of inflation, the BI rate, and the money supply on the growth of corporate sukuk in Indonesia. The research method used is a quantitative method using secondary data from 2015-2021 and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that inflation had a negative effect on the growth of corporate sukuk, the BI rate and the money supply had a positive effect on the growth of corporate sukuk. This study only uses 3 factors that influence the growth of corporate sukuk, among the many other contributing factors such as industrial production, exchange rates, oil prices and profit sharing of mudharabah deposits, and others. So the use of other variables for further research is highly recommended.

Abstract

Tanaman daun sirih cina (Peperomia pellucida L.) merupakan tanaman rumput liar yang banyak tumbuh di lahan tidak rata, di celah-celah batu, bahkan di lingkungan hutan, yang banyak digunakan sebagai obat tradisional khususnya di Indonesia. Tanaman ini termasuk dalam famili Piperaceae dan memiliki sifat antibiotik, antibakteri, analgesik, antiinflamasi, antijamur, antikanker, antioksidan, dan antihipertensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kandungan metabolit sekunder pada tanaman daun sirih cina (P. pellucida L.). Berdasarkan uji fitokimia yang dilakukan, daun sirih mengandung senyawa golongan steroid, triterpenoid, fenol,tanin, dan flavonoid.

Abstract

Jamu merupakan salah satu jenis obat tradisional yang dapat dikatakan sangat tergolong papuler dikalangan masyarakat. Saat ini jamu banyak sekali diproduksi oleh usaha rumahan yang dapat dikatakan bisa memenuhi ketersediaan pasar. Seiring bertambahnya teknologi saat ini jamu banyak tersedia dalam bentuk cair, serbuk, pil, kapsul, maupun seduhan. Hal tersebut dapat menjadi pemicu berkembangnya jamu sebagai obat tradisional. Perkembangan teknologi tersebut juga dapat menjadi salah satu dampak sebagian masyarakat yang memproduksi jamu melakukan hal curang seperti dengan penambahan BKO (bahan kimia obat) guna untuk meningkatkan kecepatan jamu yang dijual bereaksi cepat. Contoh dari BKO yang dapat ditambahkan yaitu asam mefenamat. Efek samping dari penambahan asam mefenamat tersebut yaitu menyebabkan tukak lambung, trombositopenia, anemia hemolitik, diare, dan ruam kulit. Oleh karena itu tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini yaitu untuk menginformasikan kepada masyarakat sebagai konsumen agar dapat berhati hati dalam pembelian jamu pegal linu yang tersebar dipasar tradisional Kota Langsa. Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode spektrofotometri UV-VIS. Hasil dari spektra yang terbaca yaitu pada Panjang gelombang (250 dan 350) untuk sampel A (3,631 dan 5,000), sampel B (3,630 dan 5,000), sampel C (3,626 dan 5,000), sampel larutan baku asam mefenamat (-0,398 dan 0,162). Ketiga sampel jamu tersebut tergolong aman dan tidak ada kandungan asam mefenamat.

Abstract

In encouraging the economic prosperity of society, entrepreneurship plays an important role in opening up great opportunities for inclusive economic growth. The role played by terasi Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) entrepreneurs in the economic ecosystem has become the backbone for the progress and improvement of the economic prosperity of terasi SMEs. SMEs must increase sales by implementing technology and using digital marketing and product innovation to improve welfare. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of technology implementation through digital marketing and innovation in shrimp paste processing products in improving economic welfare. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The technique used was purposive random sampling with a sample size of 50 SME respondents. data collection using questionnaires or questionnaires by testing multiple linear regression analysis using IBM Statistics 22. The results of the research show that the results of the partial test (T Test), namely the implementation of technology, has an influence and significance on the economic welfare of terasi SMEs in Langsa City, digital marketing has no effect and no significant to the economic welfare of shrimp paste SMEs in Langsa City, product innovation is influential and significant to the economic welfare of shrimp paste SMEs in Langsa City. The results of the simultaneous test (F test) show that the implementation of technology, digital marketing and product innovation has a significant and influential effect on the economic welfare of terasi SMEs in Langsa City.

Abstract

One of the excellent Small Micro and Medium Enterprises using the sharia system in Langsa City is a business engaged in the service sector, however, it is unfortunate that Small Micro and Medium Enterprises in Langsa City have not fully paid attention to the application of Islamic human resource management in running their business. This study aims to know how the understanding of the owners of Langsa's MSMEs about Islamic resource management, how to apply Islamic resource management in the recruitment, selection, training and development process, performance appraisal and compensation for MSMEs in Langsa City and what are the obstacles in the application of Islamic resource management to MSMEs in Langsa City. This research is a qualitative research whose research subjects are business actors engaged in services using sharia principles in Langsa City. The results showed that based on the results of the study, it was found that the owners of MSMEs basically already understand several things related to Islamic human resource management even though some of them do not know that what they are implementing is part of Islamic resource management. In relation to its implementation, these five MSMEs have implemented Islamic human resource management which consists of aspects: recruitment, selection, work contracts and compensation, while they do not fully implement training and development, while the obstacles faced by the application of Islamic values according to the MSME owners are the first, not all employees have the same understanding and second is to equalize goals (goals).

Abstract

THE INFLUENCE OF FINANCIAL LITERACY, RELIGIOSITY AND SOCIAL MEDIA ON ONLINE SHOPPING CONSUMPTIVE BEHAVIOR Abstract Purpose: This study aims to investigate the partial and simultaneous influences of financial literacy, religiosity, and social media on online shopping consumptive behavior among students. Design/methodology/approach: The research employs a quantitative method using primary data from 98 respondents, analyzed through multiple linear regression. The study assesses the impact of financial literacy, religiosity, and social media on online shopping consumptive behavior. Findings: The results indicate that, individually, financial literacy and religiosity do not have a significant effect on consumptive behavior. However, social media has a significant positive impact. Simultaneously, when considering all factors together, there is a joint relationship between financial literacy, religiosity, and social media with online shopping consumptive behavior. Research limitations/implications: This study is limited to a specific sample of 98 respondents, and the findings may not be generalized to broader populations. The research provides insights into the interplay of financial literacy, religiosity, and social media on consumptive behavior, but individual variations may exist. Practical implications: The research encourages students to be more mindful of spending and financial management. Emphasizing the role of social media in shaping consumptive behavior, it suggests interventions to promote efficient consumption and responsible online shopping practices. PENGARUH LITERASI KEUANGAN, RELIGIUSITAS DAN MEDIA SOSIAL TERHADAP PERILAKU KONSUMTIF BELANJA ONLINE Abstrak Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan, religiusitas, dan media sosial secara parsial dan simultan terhadap perilaku konsumtif belanja online di kalangan mahasiswa. Desain/metodologi/pendekatan: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer dari 98 responden, yang dianalisis melalui regresi linier berganda. Studi ini mengkaji dampak literasi keuangan, religiusitas, dan media sosial terhadap perilaku konsumtif belanja online. Temuan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, secara individual, literasi keuangan dan religiusitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif. Namun, media sosial memiliki dampak positif yang signifikan. Secara bersamaan, ketika mempertimbangkan semua faktor secara bersamaan, ada hubungan bersama antara literasi keuangan, religiusitas, dan media sosial dengan perilaku konsumtif belanja online. Keterbatasan / implikasi penelitian: Penelitian ini terbatas pada sampel spesifik dari 98 responden, dan temuan mungkin tidak digeneralisasi ke populasi yang lebih luas. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang interaksi literasi keuangan, religiusitas, dan media sosial tentang perilaku konsumtif, tetapi variasi individu mungkin ada. Implikasi praktis: Penelitian ini mendorong siswa untuk lebih memperhatikan pengeluaran dan manajemen keuangan. Menekankan peran media sosial dalam membentuk perilaku konsumtif, ini menyarankan intervensi untuk mempromosikan konsumsi yang efisien dan praktik belanja online yang bertanggung jawab. Kata kunci: Literasi Keuangan, Religiusitas, media sosial, Perilaku Konsumtif.

Abstract

This research was carried out with the aim of improving the ability to recognize and remember flat figures using flash card learning media for second grade students at SDN 004 Nongsa in the 2018/2019 academic year. This research is a classroom action research (classroom action research). According to Suharsimi Arikunto, et al (2007: 3) classroom action research is an observation of learning activities in the form of actions that are intentionally raised and occur in a class together. The purpose of this study was to increase students' interest in learning mathematics using flash card learning media for second grade students at SDN 004 Nongsa. The results showed that in the first cycle at the first meeting the percentage of student activity was 34.29%, then at the second meeting the average percentage of student activity was 54.28%. While in the second cycle at the 1st and 2nd meetings, it increased to 74.28% and 88.57%, respectively. The results of the evaluation during the pre-cycle the average value of completeness obtained was 70.57, the first cycle the average value obtained was 78.54 and the second cycle the average value of the students increased to 84.63.

Abstract

Proyek kemanusiaan bertajuk pemanfaatan VCO berbasis rempah sebagai solusi alami untuk penyembuhan luka ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat di TK Al-Ikhsan, Aceh Timur, mengenai manfaat Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) sebagai alternatif alami untuk pengobatan luka. Proyek ini dirancang dengan pendekatan edukatif dan aplikatif melalui sosialisasi tentang cara pembuatan VCO yang diperkaya dengan rempah-rempah, seperti jahe merah, temulawak, kunyit, dan lengkuas, yang diketahui memiliki sifat anti-inflamasi dan antibakteri. Kegiatan meliputi penyuluhan langsung, demonstrasi praktis pembuatan VCO, serta distribusi produk siap pakai kepada masyarakat. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan peserta mengenai manfaat VCO dalam penyembuhan luka dan perawatan kulit, serta tingginya minat masyarakat untuk mengadopsi produk alami dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Pengenalan VCO sebagai solusi kesehatan berbasis bahan alami diharapkan dapat menjadi alternatif yang aman, efektif, dan berkelanjutan dalam mendukung kesejahteraan masyarakat

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of financing to deposit ratio, capital adequacy ratio, and total financing on non-performing financing of Sharia People's Financing Banks (BPRS) in Indonesia. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the official website of the Financial Services Authority published in the 2014-2022 period. The research method used is a quantitative method with the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study show that the ratio of financing to deposits, capital adequacy ratio, and total financing partially affect BPRS non-performing financing in Indonesia. The results of the study also show that the ratio of financing to deposits, capital adequacy ratio, and total financing simultaneously affect BPRS's non-performing financing in Indonesia. The results of the study also show that the variables Financing to Deposit Ratio, Capital Adequacy Ratio, and Total Financing are able to explain the BPRS Non-Performing Financing variable in Indonesia by 33.3%. Recommendations for regulators to provide incentive policies or technical assistance for BPRS that have high NPF levels in order to improve their financial performance.
