Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah kurangnya inovasi dan kreatifitas guru pada pembelajaran IPA dalam mengembangkan proses belajar mengajar dikelas. Hal ini disebabkan oleh karena proses belajar mengajar, kebanyakan guru kurang terlibat dalam pembelajaran, metode mengajar yang digunakan kebanyakan adalah ceramah saja. Untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru kelas Sekolah Dasar Negeri 1 Murung B Kecamatan Hantakan maka dilaksanakan penelitian tindakan sekolah melalui supervis Akademik dengan menerapkan pendekatan keterampilan proses pada siswa kelas atas. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah. Setting penelitian adalah Guru kelas atas Sekolah Dasar Negeri 1 Murung B Kecamatan Hantakan pada semester genap tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif. Data tersebut dianalisis dengan teknik presentase yang kemudian disajikan dalam bentuk tabel dan difrekuensikan ke dalam grafik. Adapun indikator keberhasilan PTS ini adalah kinerja guru dapat mencapai ≥85% serta mencapai kategori “Sangat Baik”. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui supervisi akademik yang dilakukan dengan menerapkan pendekatan keterampilan proses pada kegaiatan belajar mengajar dapat meningkatkan Kemampuan guru dalam menyusun rencana kegiatan pembelajaran dari siklus I pertemuan 1 dengan kategori kurang baik menjadi sangat baik pada siklus II pertemuan 2. Dan meningkatkan Kemampuan guru pada saat proses pembelajaran siklus I pertemuan 1 dengan kategori cukup baik menjadi sangat baik pada siklus II pertemuan 2. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Supervisi akademik dengan menggunakan pendekatan keterampilan proses dapat meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam proses pembelajaran terutama pembelajaran IPA dikelas atas.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to obtain information concerning the effect of headmaster managerial leadership, supervisory supervision, achievement commitment, teacher competence, toward teacher, performance. The research was conducted in Samarinda City. Survey method apllied in this research which data have been analyzed by path analisis. In this research, teachers have been choosen as unit analysis and 154 samples selected randomly. This research findings are as follows: (1) The managerial leadership of the principal directly affects teacher performance, (2) Supervision of supervisors does not directly affect the performance of teachers, (3) Commitment to achievement directly affect the performance of teachers, (4) Teacher competence has a direct effect on teacher performance, (5) Managerial leadership of the principal has a direct positive effect on teacher competence, (6) Supervision of supervisors does not directly affect the competence of teachers, (7) Commitment to achievement has no direct effect on teacher competence, (8) The managerial leadership of the principal directly influences the achievement commitment, and (9) Supervision of supervisors has no direct effect on achievement commitments.Therefore, the performance of teachers of SMA Negeri in Samarinda City can be improved through headmaster's managerial leadership, achievement commitment and teacher competence, teacher competence can be improved through headmaster's managerial leadership, and achievement commitment can be improved through headmaster's managerial leadership

Abstract

According to the needs analysis, teachers have not fully utilized technology-based media and teaching materials. Teachers have not fully produced technology-based media and teaching materials. This research aims to produce simple e-module teaching materials for learning art and culture. This research method uses the example of ADDIE research and development. The results of the study show that the e-module is developed through needs analysis, prototype design, prototype development, field tests, and product assessment. This study shows that simple e-modules are used in learning using a score of 86.5%. The level of independence of the e-module that can be accepted is shown using the eligibility criteria achieved by the student through integrated material support using web-based learning links. According to expert validation, this e-module is suitable to be used as a teaching material for learning art and culture based on personal computers in grade IV of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah.

Abstract

Besi tuang nodular memiliki potensi yang cukup baik untuk dikembangkan, hal ini dikarenakan besi tuang nodular yang telah diberi perlakuan akan mengalami peningkatan dari segi sifat mekaniknya. Perlakuan yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah heat treatment dan pendinginan. Pada proses heat treatment, besi FCD-50 akan dipanaskan pada suhu awal 35°C dan akan mengalami holding selama 20 menit pada suhu 600°C dan dilanjutkan holding lagi pada suhu 900°C. Untuk pendinginan menggunakan air garam dan oli. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan heat treatment pada besi FCD-50 berpengaruh pada tingkat kekerasan besi FCD-50. Penggunaan air pendingin juga memeliki pengaruh terhadap tingkat kekerasan FCD-50 dimana penggunaan oli sebagai pendingin lebih baik daripada penggunaan air garam dengan tingkat kekerasan sebesar 52,23 N/mm dan 50,17 N/mm.

Abstract

Segmentation, Targeting, and Positioning (STP) Analysis of Purchases at Mbak Daeng Abdesir Restaurant. Thesis Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University Supervised by Muhammad Ikhwan Maulana and Zainal Ruma. This study aims to determine the effect of segmentation, targeting, and positioning (STP) on purchases at Mbak Daeng Abdesir Restaurant. This research variable consists of segmentation, targeting and positioning as independent variables, purchase as the dependent variable. This type of research is quantitative associative in nature. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to consumers. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression with the help of SPSS software version 27. The results of this study indicate that Segmentation and Targeting have a positive and significant effect on purchases partially. Meanwhile, Positioning has no effect on purchases. However, simultaneously Segmentation, Targeting, and Positioning (STP) have a positive and significant effect on purchases at Mbak Daeng Abdesir Restaurant.

Abstract

The Community Service Program (KKN) in Belantaraya Village, Gaung District, Indragiri Hilir Regency, focused on empowering Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) producing pineapple-based products such as dodol and jam. The main challenges faced by local entrepreneurs were limited marketing strategies, simple packaging, and the absence of business legality. This program was carried out through a participatory approach involving observation, interviews, mentoring, and training related to product innovation and digital marketing strategies. The results showed an increased awareness of MSME actors regarding the importance of business identity through logo design, improved and more hygienic packaging, and the utilization of digital platforms such as social media for product promotion. In addition, entrepreneurs were assisted in obtaining a Business Identification Number (NIB) as a form of legal recognition. Through this digital-based empowerment, pineapple dodol and jam products have greater potential to compete, expand their market reach, and contribute to the local economy
