Abstract

The Indonesian nation is a large nation that has very diverse ethnic groups, races, cultures, and religions. This diversity will be very dangerous if it is not addressed properly by its adherents. Conflicts of religion, ethnicity, become something that cannot be avoided when every society does not have a strong attitude of tolerance. Islamic education as an educational system has a moral responsibility in order to form a moderate society in an effort to strengthen the tolerance attitude of students through the learning model that it provides. This study seeks to uncover and analyze the development of Islamic education based on religious moderation in an effort to strengthen student tolerance in public universities in the provinces of Lampung and Banten. The research method used in this study is research and development design, namely research used to produce certain products and test the effectiveness of these products. The results of this study indicate that moderation-based PAI learning has a major role in the formation of student tolerance attitudes in public universities in the provinces of Lampung and Banten. PAI learning based on religious moderation has a strong commitment to instilling multicultural values ​​into students so that they can respect the appeasement that occurs in the community. The results of the Development of Islamic Religious Moderation-Based Learning Model for students show that the PAI learning model can significantly increase students' religious tolerance. Therefore, the development of this learning model is highly recommended to be applied in the context of public universities, especially in the provinces of Lampung and Banten because they have a strong contribution to produce students who have a high tolerance attitude.

Abstract

Perhatian pimpinan kepada pegawai yang mempunyai perilaku kerja inovatif tingkat tinggi. Ketika mereka merasa mendapat perhatian khusus dari seorang pemimpin, maka mereka akan dianggap mampu memberikan ide-ide yang lebih inovatif dan kreatif. organisasi, sehingga hal ini akan mampu mempengaruhi karyawan lainnya untuk mendapatkan hal yang sama sehingga mendapat perhatian lebih dari perusahaan. Pegawai yang memiliki kecerdasan budaya tidak akan mengalami kesulitan dalam proses penyesuaian, termasuk meningkatkan perilaku kerja inovatifnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kepemimpinan transformasional dan kecerdasan budaya merupakan faktor yang mendukung perilaku kerja inovatif karyawan. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional dan kecerdasan budaya mempunyai pengaruh terhadap perilaku inovasi kerja karyawan.

Abstract

Kemampuan self-regulation sangat dibutuhkan oleh seorang ibu dalam mengasuh anak autism untuk membantunya berkembang dengan baik. Systematic Literature Review dipilih sebagai metode penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi-strategi yang dapat memengaruhi self-regulation pada ibu dengan anak autisme dari berbagai sudut pandang dengan menganalisis 10 jurnal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan dari orang lain menjadi strategi utama self-regulation pada ibu yang memiliki anak autism. Strategi lainnaya yaitu cognitive reappraisal, expressive suppression, pengalihan perhatian, kenyamanan fisik, menenangkan diri secara kognitif, mencari bantuan, mengontrol perilaku fisik seperti menjaga kesehatan fisik, mengelola stres, memvalidasi emosi diri, pemusatan perhatian, memiliki hubungan yang baik dengan orang lain, peka terhadap perasaan orang, memiliki pandangan yang positif terhadap diri dan lingkungan, memikirkan hal-hal yang positif, dan olahraga.

Abstract

Globalization poses significant challenges for salaf pesantren, especially in maintaining classical scholarly traditions amidst the demands of modernity. On the other hand, the rise of intolerance and radicalism reinforces the urgency of integrating values of religious moderation in pesantren education. This research aims to develop a model for integrating religious moderation within the salaf pesantren tradition to enhance its relevance in the era of globalization. The research method used is a qualitative approach based on literature studies by analyzing literature related to religious moderation, salaf pesantren, and the transformation of Islamic education. Data is analyzed through critical synthesis stages to formulate a model for implementing religious moderation. The research results indicate that the integration of values of religious moderation such as tolerance, national commitment, anti-violence, and appreciation of local culture can be applied through interdisciplinary approaches, practice-based learning, educator training, and collaboration with external parties. The process of developing this model includes identifying core values, adjusting the curriculum based on yellow books, using contextual learning methods, and conducting systematic evaluation and continuous monitoring. This model enables salaf pesantren not only to maintain their traditional identity but also to act as agents of change that create adaptive and inclusively-minded Muslim generations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini sebagai respon dari fenomena kerjasama yang bangun oleh pihak sekolah khususnya guru PAI dan guru BK di SMPN 2 Pegantenan dalam mengatasi persoalan kenakalan siswa di sekolah. Penelitian ini berupaya untuk mengungkap pola kerjasama di antara guru sehinga penelitian ini nantinya akan menemukan teori baru terkait dengan model kerja sama yang efektif dalam konteks lembaga pendidikan sekolah. Fokus kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah 1) bagaimana upaya guru PAI dan BK dalam mengatasi kenakalan siswa, 2) bagaimana pola kerja sama yang dilakukan oleh guru PAI dan BK dalam mengatasi kenakalan siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus sehingga tehnik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa; 1) Upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru PAI dengan guru BK dalam mengatasi kenakalan siswa berkaitan erat dengan peran dan tugas guru masing-masing. Artinya adalah pelaksanaan tugas dan tanggungjawab guru merupakan upaya ril dalam memberikan bimbingan dan pengayoman bagi siswa. Guru PAI lebih fokus kepada persoalan keagamaan seperti akhlak siswa, kerapian, dan lain sebagainya. Sedangkan guru BK lebih menekankan kepada persoalan psikologis seperti mendiagnosis sebab dari kenakalan siswa, cara mengontrol emosi siswa, serta pemberian treatment terhadap skenakalan siswa. 2) Adapun kerja sama yang dilakukan oleh guru PAI dengan guru BK yaitu bersifat koordinatif, kompetitif, evaluatif, produktifitas, dan transparansi.

Abstract

Purpose: Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) play a vital role in community welfare but often face challenges due to limited resources and managerial capacity. This program aims to develop BUMDes based on local assets in Sumberedem Village, Malang Regency. Method: The program applies the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, focusing on asset identification and strengthening managerial skills. Practical Application: Program results show improved BUMDes managerial capabilities in business planning, financial management, and marketing. Asset identification also spurred new community-driven economic initiatives, supporting business diversification and increasing BUMDes income. Conclusion: The assistance significantly boosted the village economy, reinforcing BUMDes’ role in promoting welfare. Continued support and stronger partnerships with private and government sectors are needed to sustain progress.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki dan menganalisis secara mendalam pola komunikasi interpersonal antara guru dan siswa dalam konteks pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis library research di mana data-data diperoleh dari analisis sumber-sumber informasi yang ada di perpustakaan, berupa buku, jurnal, tesis, sebagai dasar untuk menyusun argumentasi dan menganalisis fenomena yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa pola komunikasi interpersonal ini mencakup beragam aspek, seperti kejelasan pesan yang disampaikan, responsif terhadap kebutuhan individual siswa, tingkat keakraban dalam interaksi, serta penggunaan bahasa yang sesuai dengan konteks dan pemahaman siswa. Temuan ini memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang dinamika komunikasi dalam pembelajaran agama Islam, yang dapat menjadi dasar bagi pengembangan strategi pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dan inklusif di masa depan, serta memberikan kontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas interaksi interpersonal dalam konteks pendidikan agama Islam.

Abstract

Traditional Islamic boarding schools are now faced with the challenges of the times, where the development of information and communication technology is increasingly rapid, requiring educational institutions, including Islamic boarding schools, to transform into digitalization, but this does not mean that they have to eliminate conventional methods, but rather development that aims to keep up with the flow of globalization. and modernization. This research investigates Digital Transformation in Traditional Islamic Boarding Schools: Case Study at Ummul Quro As-Suyuty Plakpak Pegantenan Pamekasan Islamic Boarding School, which aims to explore the use and utilization of digital media in these Islamic boarding schools. By using a qualitative case study type approach, the results of this research show that the use of digital media in every activity, both inside and outside the classroom, is considered very important and helps the implementation of education. In the classroom, teachers are helped by the presence of digital media in conveying material and understanding it. students, it is also used for distance learning when there are assignments outside the boarding school, this is usually done by the kyai via WA and Zoom and then displayed on electronic TV so that learning continues as usual. Meanwhile, outside of class, digital media is used to record and immortalize every activity at the Islamic boarding school and then post it via social media, both YouTube, Instagram and Facebook.

Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of character education based on religious moderation at MTs Nurul Jadid Buleleng, Bali, and its impact on students' tolerance attitudes. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that religious moderation is implemented through curriculum integration, extracurricular activities, and daily habituation. Its impact is reflected in increased tolerance, reduced cases of intolerance, and active student participation in interfaith social activities. However, several challenges persist, such as the influence of social media, limited parental involvement, and a lack of teacher training. Therefore, this study recommends strengthening the curriculum, providing teacher training, enhancing digital literacy, and fostering collaboration with the community to reinforce character education based on religious moderation in schools.

Abstract

Literacy is a basic skill that determines the success of children's education in the future. This study aims to improve the literacy skills of children in Tebul Barat Village through a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach. The program was implemented at SDN Tebul Barat, Pegantenan District, Pamekasan Regency for 30 days, involving students in grades 4-6 as the main target. The PAR method was chosen to ensure the active participation of all stakeholders in the process of identifying problems, planning, implementing, and evaluating the program. The main activities included a 15-minute GEMA BACA (Reading Movement) habit, the development of a literacy corner, interactive storytelling, and intensive mentoring. The results of the study showed an increase in reading skills, reading comprehension, and students' interest in reading, as well as the formation of a sustainable school literacy culture. This program created a participatory literacy ecosystem that involved students, teachers, parents, and the community as agents of change. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of the PAR approach with elementary school literacy programs in the Indonesian rural context, which proved to be effective in improving not only technical literacy skills but also building social capital for program sustainability.
