Abstract

Abstract

The use of technology in educational contexts has experienced rapid growth in recent years. This breakthrough offers great potential to improve the quality of learning and teaching at various levels of education. One approach that dominates the conversation is the integration of technological pedagogical content knowledge (TPACK) in learning, which includes the alignment of three main components, namely technology (T), pedagogy (P), and content knowledge (CK). This study uses a systematic literature review approach to collect, select, and determine articles, then analyze and synthesize the latest research findings on the integration of TPACK in learning to improve teacher professionalism. The results showed that the trend of research studies related to TPACK in 2019 to 2023 discussed several components such as self-efficacy, a complete understanding of the dimensions of TPACK, the ability to analyze challenges and obstacles in the use of technology in learning, the ability to collaborate in the digital era, and the ability to build a positive paradigm in integrating technology in the learning process.

Abstract

This research aims to uncover the transformation of the students paradigm in Islamic education through the utilization of Artificial Intelligence. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach, relying on literature review as an effective research method in achieving the research objectives. Data collection was conducted systematically and structured through literature analysis focused on the transformation of the students paradigm in Islamic education through the use of Artificial Intelligence. Data analysis was conducted using modified analytical induction techniques to ensure a comprehensive and structured picture, so that the findings are accurate and avoid subjectivity bias.         The results of this study describe the transformation of the students paradigm in Islamic education through the use of Artificial Intelligence which can be divided into students models as recipients, collaborators, and leaders. Students as recipients are responsible for responding to predetermined knowledge sequences, following procedures and learning paths, and carrying out learning activities through the use of Artificial Intelligence to achieve predetermined goals. Students as collaborators interact with the Artificial Intelligence system to achieve better and more efficient learning. Meanwhile, students as leaders take the role of controllers to become leaders in their own learning process, manage the risk of Artificial Intelligence decision automation, and develop better and more efficient learning.

Abstract

Communication and social skills are not yet wholly owned by students, so psychological problems often arise, for example, inability to convey wishes to others in a positive way, so that others often ignore matters relating to the rights of students. Therefore, students often place themselves as passive individuals when doing something that is fundamentally incompatible with their needs subjectively. This study aims to develop guidelines for assertive skills training to facilitate junior high school students to develop assertive skills. The research and development model used was adapted from Borg and Gall. Product development has gone through the stages of expert BK assessment and prospective product users. Data were collected using acceptability rating scale instruments. The data analysis technique used is the Inter-Rater Agreement Model. Based on the results of the study, it showed that the assertiveness skills training guide for junior high school students fulfilled the acceptability criteria, which included four aspects, namely the aspects of usefulness, feasibility, accuracy, and compliance.

Abstract

The Indonesian government provides legal protection for women, but they face ongoing challenges in preserving land ownership in various regions. This article aims to explore three main points: (a) women’s contested land ownership and inheritance rights in Java, Bali, and Sumatra, (b) the successful breakthroughs in the application of Islamic law in addressing these contestations in other regions, and (c) the idea of an-taradhin as a practical solution to these disputes. This study employs a qualitative empirical legal research approach, combining documentary analysis of statutory frameworks and Islamic legal sources with field interviews with several stakeholders (ranging from PPAT to NGOs). The empirical data were gathered through fieldwork in selected rural communities across Java, Bali, and Sumatra. This dual approach integrates normative legal analysis with empirical findings to offer a contextualized understanding of the application of Islamic law. This study reveals that Islamic laaw, when contextualized with local customs, offers a viable framework to overcome cultural and legal barriers. Notably, the principle of an-taradhin demonstrates potential to uncover the issue of women’s land and inheritance rights amidst legal and customary conflicts in Indonesia. This study also recommends breakthroughs by providing some lessons from other cases of implementing an-taradhin in various regions (such as in the Sundanese, Sampang, and Yoruba communities). This study contributes primarily to Islamic legal studies with significant implications for customary law reform and gender justice, by proposing the integration of Sharia-based principles such as maslahah and an-taradhin within pluralistic legal systems.
