Abstract

Dissemination of village regulations is a crucial step in ensuring that the community understands and complies with regulations established by the village government. According to Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, each village has the authority to regulate and manage government affairs and the interests of the local community. Therefore, effective dissemination can increase community participation in village development and create transparency and accountability in the management of village resources (KDPDTT, 2020). This community service research was conducted to disseminate regulations in Mario Village, Tanasitolo District, Wajo Regency using a lecture method (extension) to increase understanding regarding the importance of knowing and complying with village regulations. Through collaboration between KKN students from the Lamaddukelleng Institute of Science and Economics, the LEM Demokrasi (NGO), the village government, the BPD, and the community, this dissemination succeeded in increasing understanding regarding the importance of knowing and complying with village regulations.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the Self-Directed Learning (SDL) model on students’ learning motivation at SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya Utara. SDL is considered an approach that allows students to set goals, manage strategies, and reflect on their learning process, thereby strengthening intrinsic motivation. The study employed a quasi-experimental method with a non-equivalent control group design, involving one experimental and one control class. Data were collected through observation questionnaires on learning motivation during the learning process. Instrument testing confirmed validity and reliability with a Cronbach’s Alpha of 0.873. The data were normally distributed and homogeneous. The t-test showed a value of 3.421 with a p-value of 0.001 (< 0.05), indicating a significant difference between the experimental and control groups. The experimental group achieved a higher mean score (82.15) compared to the control group (74.32). These findings support Knowles’ SDL concept and Deci and Ryan’s Self-Determination Theory, which highlight autonomy and competence as key factors for intrinsic motivation. The study concludes that SDL is effective at the secondary school level, and teachers are encouraged to act as facilitators who foster students’ learning independence

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan usaha pembudidayaan ikan lele ditinjau dari aspek keuangan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriftif kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data keuangan selama 3 bulan untuk pembesaran ikan lele sebanyak 3.000 ekor. Data keuangan mulai dari biaya pembelian bibit, biaya pemeliharaan, biaya panen. Dari hasil analisis dengan menggunakan perhitungan laba rugi. Berdasarkan data, untuk pembudidayaan ikan lele sebanyak 3.000 ekor, dibutuhkan biaya selama 3 bulan yaitu 16.465.000. Bibit 3.000 ekor tersebut pada saat panen mencapai 300 kg dengan harga jual sebesar Rp 15.000 per kg, sehingga didapat penjualan sebesar 45.000.000,-. Dari hasil penjualan dikurang biaya maka didapat laba usaha sebesar 28.535.000,- Dan untuk mejaga kestabilan kas, maka perlu disusun arus kas. Berdasarkan data arus kas, kas pada awal usaha 30.000.000, dank as pada akhir tahun (bulan ke 12) adalah sebesar 75.140.000,-

Abstract

The Binjai District Attorney's Office in carrying out its duties and functions, one of which handles general crimes, where so far the SPDP (Warranty to Commence Investigation) from the police that has entered the Binjai District Prosecutor's Office amounted to approximately 50 (fifty) cases each month. This amount consists of several types of general criminal cases. It is known that the types of general criminal cases amount to approximately 215 (two hundred and fifteen) types of cases, from this data, a method of classifying/clustering is needed from the types of cases that exist each month so that the data can be processed so as to produce the highest, moderate and highest scores. the lowest value of a type of case. The Binjai District Attorney's Office often receives requests for data from other ministries or agencies such as the BPS (Central Statistics Agency), the National Commission on Women and the National Commission on Children in the form of data recapitulation of crimes against women and children as perpetrators of crimes. The Binjai District Attorney's Office has a case handling system where the recapitulation cannot be taken directly but instead collects data manually, because the existing case handling system does not have the recapitulation as requested.The application of clustering has been carried out by many previous researchers. Among them, the K-Means Clustering Algorithm Analysis Mapping the Number of Crimes. The research was carried out using a data mining model in classifying illegal fishing with the K-Means algorithm analysis by determining the shortest distance using the eulclidean distance, more optimal than using the mahattan distance and chbchep distance in classifying student achievement, determining the centroid (central point) in the early stages of the algorithm K-Means is very influential on cluster results as the results of tests carried out using 267 records with different centroids produce different cluster results as well, a clustering model is obtained that can be used for illegal fishing in decision making for illegal fishing crimes high, medium, moderate .

Abstract

Mitra dalam program pengabdian ini adalah Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 14 Jeneponto. Tujuan dalam program pengabdian ini adalah agar siswa dapat meningkatkan minat baca mereka, mengetahui lebih banyak tentang sastra dan memberikan mereka arti kehidupan melalui berbagai macam buku yang ada di lapak baca. Secara terperinci, ada beberapa permasalahn yang ditemukan, antara lain, (1) adanya beberapa siswa yang memunyai minat baca yang rendah, (2) kurangnya fasilitas buku dalam perpustakaan, (3) kurangnya kesadaran siswa untuk mengembangkan minat baca mereka. Solusi yang ditawarkan ialah memberikan ruang untuk mereka membaca berbagai macam buku. Dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada dilakukan sosialisasi ke semua siswa dengan mendatangkan tiap-tiap kelas yang ada dan menyampaikan bahwa ada tempat terbuka yang nyaman untuk membaca buku yaitu lapak baca.

Abstract

Nelayan identik dengan persoalan-persoalan atau isu-isu yang sering dialami oleh masyarat yang tinggal di wilayah pesisir. Nelayan kerap mengalami masalah cuaca, jika kondisi cuaca kurang baik maka hasil tangkapan yang diperoleh cenderung sedikit, sehingga penjualan ikan kurang bisa menstabilkan perekonomian mereka, selain itu, kurangnya kesadaran dalam pengelolaan sumberdaya perikanan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini memiliki tujuan untuk memberikan penguatan kepada masyarakat sehingga memiliki akitivitas pemberdayaan melalui program koperasi nelayan di wilayahnya. Manfaat dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat adalah masyarakat dapat membuat UMKM atau pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pemanfaatan koperasi nelayan sehingga dapat meningkatkan perekonomian meski saat paceklik. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat menggunakan metode diskusi kelompok atau Focus Group Discussion (FGD) sehingga dapat saling berbagi informasi mengenai penggunaan koperasi nelayan, penggalian potensi sumber daya alam, dan pengelolaannya. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan nelayan memahami bahwa dapat membangun kewirausahaan melalui bantuan koperasi simpan pinjam dengan meminjam dana yang digunakan sebagai modal usaha. Selain itu, nelayan dapat memahami koperasi nelayan tidak hanya difungsikan sebagai penyedia layanan simpan pinjam namun juga memiliki layanan-layanan lain sehingga masyarakat dapat menggunakan jasa pelayanan koperasi seperti toko serba ada, penjualan dan penyewaan peralatan nelayan; selain itu masyarakat dapat mengembangkan kapasitas melalui pembinaan yang dilakukan oleh koperasi bersama pemerintah atau dinas terkait dan melakukan kegiatan produktif sehingga dapat memulai bisnis pribadi maupun kelompok. Dengan kata lain, masyarakat pesisir memiliki minat yang tinggi untuk tergabung dalam koperasi nelayan.
