Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) terhadap kinerja karyawan Owabong Park Purbalingga dengan reward sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi penelitian 112 karyawan tetap Owabong Park Purbalingga. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampel jenuh. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah SEM dengan alat Smart PLS Versi 3.0. Uji yang digunakan outer model,uji inner model, serta uji mediasi dan hipotesis. Berdasarkan uji validitas menunjukkan nilai loading faktor lebih dari 0,7 dan nilai AVE lebih dari 0,5 dinyatakan valid, pada uji reliabilitas nilai Composite Reliability dan Cronbach’s Alpha diatas 0,7 dinyatakan valid. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi kerja pada kinerja karyawan dikatakan terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan, dengan uji loading faktor lebih dari 0,7 dan nilai AVE 0,009. Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada kinerja karyawan, dikatakan terdapat pengaruh tidak signifikan, dengan uji loading faktor lebih dari 0,7 dan nilai AVE 0,122. Motivasi kerja terhadap reward, dikatakan terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan, dengan uji loading faktor diatas 0,7 dan nilai AVE 0,002. Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) terhadap reward, dikatakan terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan, dengan uji loading faktor lebih dari 0,7 dan nilai AVE 0,000. Reward terhadap kinerja karyawan, dikatakan terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan, dengan uji loading faktor diatas 0,7 dan nilai AVE 0,000. Dalam uji mediasi reward mampu memediasi pengaruh motivasi kerja dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) terhadap kinerja karyawa. Peneliti hanya meneliti karyawan di Owabong Park Purbalingga, penelitian selanjutnya dapat memperluas objek penelitian baik di wilayah Jawa Tengah maupun di Indonesia. Peneliti hanya mengandalkan 1 teori, yaitu teori Human Capital. Variabel yang di teliti hanya motivasi kerja, OCB, reward dan kinerja karyawan, sehingga penelitian selanjutnya bisa memperluas variabel variabel lainya.Kata Kunci: Motivasi Kerja, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Reward, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi telah merambah ke bidang pemasaran digital bagipara pelaku bisnis. Salah satu alat pemasaran digital adalah media sosial. Media sosial dapatmembantu pelaku usaha dalam mempromosikan dan menjual produk, salah satunya UMKM.Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh UMKM khususnya di desa Melung kecamatanKedungbanteng adalah pemasarannya masih door to door, dititipkan ke warung dan promosidari mulut ke mulut. Hal ini menyebabkan wilayah pemasaran dan cakupan penjualan produkmenjadi kecil. Sehingga perkembangan usaha para pelaku UMKM tidak berkembang pesat.Hal ini berdampak pada pendapatan yang tidak bertambah, jumlah produk yang terjual tidakbertambah dan cakupan wilayah pemasaran tidak luas. Dengan adanya kegiatan pelatihanbagi para pelaku UMKM di desa Melung, para pelaku UMKM dapat memanfaatkan mediasosial sebagai alat pemasaran digital sehingga wilayah promosi menjadi lebih luas danmembantu dalam menjual produk serta memberikan dan mengajarkan pentingnya brandingbagi usaha yang mereka miliki.

Abstract

The critical value of inclusive education is the creation of friendly learning for all students, both regular and children with special needs. The campus does not discriminate against students; all students are entitled to the same educational services. For that we need a program that helps learning. The aim is to support the learning success of slow learners, improve the quality and skills of lecturers in the teaching and learning process to support the learning success of slow learners, and provide supporting facilities for academic activities in the form of the FEBUMP Adaptive e-learning program for students to make it easier to understand the material and consult with psychologists. The method used is creating the FEBUMP Adaptive e-learning program, applied to lecturers, psychologists, and students. The results obtained are that lecturers get convenience and understanding in overcoming slow learners; students find it helpful in understanding the material and conducting counseling on the problem of slow learners; teaching and learning activities in the case of slow learners can be handled correctly and adequately without disturbing students who are not slow learners. In conclusion, this program is beneficial in creating a fair and inclusive education system.

Abstract

Kreativitas merupakan kemampuan penting dalam pengembangan potensi siswa, terutama di tingkat sekolah dasar dan menengah. Namun, kurangnya kegiatan praktik dan pengenalan pada keterampilan wirausaha sering kali menjadi hambatan dalam menstimulasi kreativitas peserta didik. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan pembuatan prakarya snack buket sebagai media pengembangan kreativitas siswa sekaligus memperkenalkan aspek kewirausahaan sejak dini. Mitra dalam kegiatan ini adalah siswa sekolah dasar dan guru pendamping di lingkungan sekolah. Metode pelaksanaan terdiri dari observasi awal, pelatihan langsung pembuatan snack buket, bimbingan teknis, dan evaluasi hasil karya. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi dan peningkatan kemampuan siswa dalam merancang dan menghasilkan produk kreatif yang memiliki nilai jual. Kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kreativitas siswa dan menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan yang aplikatif. Pelatihan ini direkomendasikan sebagai program rutin sekolah dalam rangka penguatan karakter dan keterampilan abad 21.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of organizational commitment and perceived organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through questionnaires from 92 respondents comprising teachers and staff at SMK Muhammadiyah Majenang. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results reveal that both organizational commitment and organizational support significantly influence OCB, both directly and indirectly through job satisfaction. The findings highlight the importance of fostering supportive and value-aligned organizational environments to enhance employees’ discretionary behaviors that contribute to educational effectiveness.

Abstract

The purpose this study is to ascertain the influence of product quality, brand image and digital marketing on indomie purchasing decisions in Banjarnegara. This type of research use a quantitative approach using the purposive sample method, with the criteria of Indomie consumers and domiciled in Banjarnegara. There are 112 respondents as the sample .The result of partial test research show that purchase decisions are positively and significantly impacted by product quality, positively and significantly by brand image and positively and significantly by digital marketing. The simultaneous test shows that product quality, brand image and digital marketing have a positive and significant simultaneous influence on purchasing decisions. Research recommends improvements on the digital marketing variable by being more hostile in providing product information on digital media, so that Indomie reach is wider and consumers can recognize it.

Abstract

Berdasarkan Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Kebumen Nomor 2 Tahun 2023 tentang Penyelenggaraan Administrasi Kependudukan menimbang bahwa administrasi kependudukan merupakan faktor penting dalam mewujudkan pembangunan daerah yang berbasis data dan menjunjung hak-hak sipil warga negara untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Tujuan dilakukannya pengecakan Golongan darah ini untuk kepentingan administrasi pemuda pemudi di desa Pesuruhan, khususnya remaja usia 16 tahun keatas yang akan membuat KTP, SIM dsb. Program pemeriksaan golongan darah warga desa Pesuruhan dilakukan sebagai upaya pengembangan desa. Pemeriksaan golongan darah dikhususkan untuk remaja yang akan membuat KTP dan SIM, sebanyak 45 orang. Data golongan darah yang telah didapat juga akan digunakan sebagai data base desa Pesuruhan. Berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan golongan darah yang telah dilaksanakan, didapatkan data sebanyak 7 warga dengan golongan darah A, golongan darah B sebanyak 14 orang, golongan darah AB sebanyak 5 orang dan golongan darah O sebanyak 19 orang.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors that influence interest to use fintech lending among millennial communities in Central Java. This research uses the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) theory, with independent variables namely Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Relative Advantage, Perceived Risk, and Perceived Cost, the mediating variable is User Attitude and the dependent variable is Interest to Use Fintech Lending. This research is quantitative research using a purposive sampling method. The research results show that perceived usefulness and perceived risk have a positive and significant effect on user attitudes, while perceived ease of use, relative advantage, and perceived cost have no effect on user attitudes, perceived risk, and perceived cost have an effect on interest to use.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of brand experience, brand trust, brand satisfaction, and complaint handling on MS Glow Skincare brand loyalty. This type of research is quantitative, using a purposive sampling technique, by collecting data through an online questionnaire distributed via goggle form to MS Glow Skincare consumers. Descriptive verification analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis, with a sample size of 150 respondents for this research. The method used is SPSS version 26. The results of the research are (X1) Brand experience has a positive and significant influence on brand loyalty, (X2) Brand trust has a negative and no significant influence on brand loyalty, (X3) Brand satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on loyalty brand, (X4) Complaint handling has also been proven to have a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty

Abstract

The growth of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) is critical to Indonesia's present economic development. This study has the purpose of examining how financial literacy, financial inclusion, and access to capital affect the performance of MSMEs in the Banyumas area. The performance of MSMEs is the dependent variable in this study, and the independent factors are financial literacy, financial inclusion, and access to finance. This study used partial Least Squares (PLS) to handle data in this work. Purposive sampling procedures were employed to select 127 MSMEs from a total of 8,559 MSMEs in the Banyumas Regency as research participants. The study's main findings of the relationship between the three variables of financial literacy, financial inclusion, and access to capital on MSME performance show that these three variables significantly influence MSME performance, both partially and simultaneously. As a result, MSMEs with a high degree of financial competence, simple access to finance, and suitable access to capital would improve MSMEs' performance in an area, resulting in the growth of the enterprises they manage. This research found that the financial literacy level of Banyumas MSMEs is quite high, available financial inclusion is easily accessible and sufficient access to capital can help MSMEs to improve their performance so that they can increase the development of the businesses they run.
