Abstract

Urrently, The Use Of Computer Networks Is Very Necessary, Such As For Teaching And Learning Activities And Work. state high school 1 Kota Bengkulu Already Has A Network That Is Used For Teaching And Learning Activities. Currently The Computer Network In The Computer Laboratory Of state high school 1 Bengkulu City Totals 24 Computer Units.The Computer Network In The state high school1 Bengkulu City Computer Laboratory Does Not Yet Have A System That Can Carry Out Monitoring, So It Is Slow To Identify Problems That Occur On The Network. One Application That Monitors Networks Is Zabbix. Zabbix, In Monitoring The Network, Can Send Notifications To Telegram.Zabbix Can Run On The Linux Ubuntu Server 20.04 Operating System. The Linux Ubuntu Server 20.04 Operating System Is Used Because It Is Open Source And Does Not Require High Hardware Specifications. Because The Linux Ubuntu Server Operating System In Carrying Out Network Monitoring Using Zabbix Uses Small Server Resources. Zabbix Can Monitor Problems That Occur With Each Client And The Time When The Problem Occurs. Zabbix Can Also Send Problem Information In Real Time To The Network Admin's Telegram, So That Admins Can Easily Find Out About Problems That Occur On Computers Connected To The Network. Besides The Problem Information Sent To Telegram, It Is Also Saved In The Server Log, So That The Admin Can See The Problems That Occur At A Later Date

Abstract

Palm oil is one of the largest export commodities in Indonesia. Accuracy in determining the level of maturity of oil palm fruit determines the quality of this plant's harvest. This research uses digital image processing to identify the maturity level of oil palm fruit based on RGB (Red, Green, Blue) and HSV (Hue, Saturation, Value) colors. Images in the form of photos of oil palm fruit taken with a digital camera were processed with MATLAB software and then analyzed using the Self Organizing Map (SOM) method to obtain a comparison of the RGB and HSV feature extraction results. The results of the research succeeded in distinguishing the level of maturity, namely very ripe, ripe, almost ripe and unripe, the color of the oil palm fruit was red, black orange, yellow and black. The accuracy of the results using the performance evaluation matrix method of the SOM method, namely Quantization Error, Silhouette Score and Topographic Error. Quantization Error RGB (0.004737) is lower than HSV (0.073178) which shows RGB's ability is good in representing data in SOM, Silhouette Score HSV (0.704204) is higher than RGB (0.599846) indicating HSV's ability is slightly better in grouping objects and both have no problems on Topographic Error mapping (0.000000). In the RGB image similarity approach, it is better than HSV.

Abstract

The development of Science and Information Technology is currently increasingly rapid, making it easier for all elements of society to use data and information quickly and accurately, one of which is using expert systems. This study aims to create an expert system for diagnosing schizophrenia, because schizophrenia is one of the mental disorders with the most patients at the Soeprapto Bengkulu special mental hospital. This expert system uses the Dempster Shafer method, a mathematical theory based on functions or belief values that is used to combine and calculate the probability of a phenomenon. This application can be accessed by patients through the registration room so that staff and patients can quickly carry out consultations without waiting for a doctor and it is hoped that it can be used by patients in early diagnosis to prevent more serious diseases. This system is designed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database,therefore the resulting expert system is able to help patients diagnose schizophrenia as well as provide fast and precise solutions to the disease they are experiencing.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to implement Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) to monitor and manage the network at SMK N 5 Bengkulu City to, especially the computer network of SMK N 5 Bengkulu City, so that with the implementation of Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) to monitor and manage the network at SMK N 5 Bengkulu City it becomes better, useful and can be used to support teaching and learning activities. Monitoring the computer network of SMK N 5 Bengkulu City uses Nagios software and to perform network management using Squid Proxy. In monitoring the nagios network, it can display how many devices are connected (hidip) and devices that are not connected (dead), while the squid proxy can manage websites that cannot be accessed via the network and can manage the amount of bandwidth on each device. In managing websites that cannot be accessed via the network, the website address must be entered manually into the squid proxy in the facilities provided, namely access control.

Abstract

Bhayangkara Bengkulu Hospital is one of the private general hospitals and is one of the type C hospitals in the Bengkulu region. Bhayangkara Bengkulu Hospital provides health services supported by specialist doctor services and supported by other medical facilities. During 2023 at Bhayangkara Hospital, there were 272 patients who consulted doctors regarding Otitis Media (middle ear disease). Otitis media generally attacks children, especially under 6 years of age. The trigger is obstruction of the "eustachian tube" and a weakened immune system in children. The term otitis media comes from Latin, namely oto- "ear", itis "inflammation," and medi- for "middle". Otitis Media that is not treated properly can cause serious complications, such as permanent hearing loss. The expert system for diagnosing otitis media using the Certainty Factor Method can be accessed online with internet access via the web link https://otitismediarsbhayangkarabkl.online/. This expert system application is made using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The application has embedded the Certainty Factor Method which is used to trace otitis media disease based on the symptoms experienced by the patient. The application of the certainty factor method for the diagnosis of otitis media disease at the Bhayangkara Bengkulu Hospital can help in diagnosing otitis media disease, by providing consultation directions starting from entering symptoms to getting consultation results and solutions provided to overcome the disease. Based on the system testing that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the functionality of the application has run well and this expert system can provide consultation results based on symptoms selected by the patient through the Certainty Factor method stages

Abstract

Patient satisfaction in healthcare services is very important to pay attention to because it can provide an overview of service quality. Patients will feel satisfied if the healthcare services they receive meet or exceed their expectations, and conversely, patient dissatisfaction or disappointment will arise if the healthcare services they receive do not meet their expectations. KANO is one of the methods used to assess patient satisfaction with service quality and measure service quality by identifying patient preferences and categorizing service attributes. Thus, patient satisfaction is the level of feeling patients experience as a result of the healthcare services they receive after comparing them with their expectations. The system implementation uses PHP programming language, and the method employed in this study is System Development Life Cycle method. From the results of the testing conducted, it can be concluded that patient satisfaction using this method can be achieved effectively and establish high-quality service standards
