Dua masalah terkait efisiensi keuangan dan pemasaran digital masih menjadi persoalan yang mendasar bagi usaha mikro dan kecil (UMKM). Paper ini bermaksud dicarikan jalan keluar agar usaha yang dijalankan menjadi lebih efisien melalui kegiatan pengabdian. Tujuan pengabdian adalah memberikan pengetahuan dan aplikasi tentang efisiensi usaha terutama pada sisi keuangan dan pemasaran bagi Usaha Kecil Mikro dan Menengah produk makanan halal di Kecamatan Mojolaban Sukoharjo. Kegiatan yang diprakarsai Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Sebelas Maret dengan anggota UMKM Baitul Maal wa Tamwil (BMT) Fadhilah Sentosa. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi pelaksanaan pelatihan dan pendampingan yang terdiri 3 (tiga) hal, yaitu: Pertama, Pelatihan pemahaman konsep efisiensi usaha. Kedua, pelatihan pemasaran digital untuk usaha agar lebih efisien Ketiga, pelatihan pengelolaan dan pencatatan keuangan untuk efisiensi usaha. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian menunjukkan 100 persen peserta sudah memahami konsep efisiensi secara benar sesuai dengan teori dan bisa mempraktekkan kegiatan pemasaran dalam dunia usahanya.

Poverty alleviation and micro-small enterprises are the essential topics in discussing the paradigm of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Micro and small businesses are considered as a panacea to alleviate poverty. So the relationship between poverty and the existence of micro and small enterprises is theoretically unidirectional. In other words, if poverty increases, micro, and small enterprises will also increase. To see the effect of poverty on micro and small businesses, this study will use the Village Potential Data (Podes) 2018 with a total of 8559 villages/wards in Central Java Province. Apart from poverty, this study will also examine the effect of technology as represented by the number of electricity customers, health from the number of supporting health centers, and finally education represented by the number of Public Elementary Schools (SDN), State Junior High Schools (SMPN) and State Senior High Schools (SMAN). By using multiple regression models, an interesting relationship is found. Those that have a unidirectional relationship to micro and small enterprises are poverty, technology, health, and primary education (SDN). The role of education in the growth of micro and small businesses strengthens Duflo's thesis (2001) on the effect of education on reducing unemployment which earned him the Nobel Prize in 2019. Meanwhile, junior and secondary education for its effect on micro and small enterprises is negative. This showed that the impact of secondary education is that it provides the possibility to work in other sectors outside of micro and small enterprises

This study aims to determine (1) The influence of Roadside Parking Space Retribution to Local Own-source Revenue of Temanggung Regency (2) The potential of Roadside Parking Space Retribution of Temanggung Regency on March 2021 (3) The trend of Roadside Parking Space Retribution of Temanggung Regency on March until May 2021 (4) The effectiveness and efficiency ratio of Roadside Parking Space Retribution revenue of Temanggung Regency on 2017 until 2020. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The secondary data was obtained from the Department of Transportation, consisting of the target data for parking retribution, collection fees and the realization of parking retribution that are used in significance test analysis, potential secondary data, trend analysis, effectiveness analysis and efficiency analysis, while the primary data is obtained directly from interviews with parking attendants to calculate the parking potential of primary data. The results of this study are (1) The Roadside Parking Retribution significantly influenced to Local Own-source Revenue of Temanggung Regency (2) The potential of Roadside Parking Retribution could be developed in order to reach its maximum potential (3) Economic forecasting showed that the next three period downward trend will likely occur (4) The effectiveness ratio of Roadside Parking Retribution revenue categorized as very effective and the efficiency ratio categorized as very efficient. It would be best for Department of Transportation of Temanggung Regency to do an annual survey once a year and to improve awareness on how to use a ticket parking among the people.

Stunting merupakan masalah kesehatan yang menjadi isu prioritas di Indonesia, khususnya di Kabupaten Sukoharjo, dengan prevalensi sebesar 19,8%, melebihi target nasional 14%. Edukasi gizi bagi ibu hamil dan ibu dengan balita menjadi strategi utama dalam pencegahan stunting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas program edukasi gizi dalam meningkatkan pemahaman ibu terkait gizi seimbang dan pencegahan stunting dalam 1000 Hari Pertama Kehidupan (HPK). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pre-eksperimental dengan desain one group pre-test dan post-test yang diolah menggunakan Orange Data Mining dan SPSS 22. Data dikumpulkan dari 37 peserta seminar penyuluhan gizi di Kecamatan Kartasura. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta, dengan rata-rata nilai pre-test 58,37 meningkat menjadi 74,05 pada post-test (p<0,05). Hasil ini membuktikan bahwa edukasi gizi yang terstruktur dan interaktif, efektif dalam meningkatkan literasi gizi ibu. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan program edukasi gizi yang berkelanjutan untuk menekan angka stunting dan meningkatkan kualitas kesehatan ibu dan balita

Konsumen beras organik memiliki pangsa pasar berbeda dengan konsumen beras biasa. Beras organik menjadi produk yang yang memiliki segmen pasar yang kompetitif, namun petani mempunyai keterbatasan dalam memasarkan produknya menjadi suatu masalah yang harus diselesaikan oleh petani padi organik pada kelompok tani desa Kaibon. Diperlukan adanya pendampingan mengenai bagaimana pemasaran dan penjualan digital melalui platform-platform digital kepada petani padi organik. Pendampingan dilakukan secara klasikal yaitu memberikan pengetahuan tentang pemasaran digital produk pertanian dan kemampuan untuk melakukan promosi secara digital agar petani dapat memasarkan produk beras organik lebih luas lagi. Kontribusi pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pengetahuan dan wadah platform digital yang memfasilitasi promosi maupun penjualan produksi pertanian kelompok tani Sejahtera di Desa Kaibon, Kecamatan Geger, Kabupaten Madiun. Diharapkan pula dapat berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan pendapatan para petani pada kelompok tani Sejahtera.

This research was conducted in 2022 to analyze the human development index, labor force participation rate, poverty, CO2 emissions, and the number of MSMEs on the economic growth of districts/cities in West Java province in 2017-2021. The choice of a 5-year timeframe is because, during this period, the districts/cities of West Java province have increased economic growth every year except for 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Secondary data is an annual report, so researchers do not include 2022 because it has not accumulated a one-year period. The economy of districts/cities in West Java Province is influenced by positive factors such as the Human Development Index, CO2 emissions, and an increasing number of MSMEs. However, the increase in economic growth is inseparable from the problems of increasing the poor population and the unequal labor force in each region. The panel data regression analysis method is used to align the hypothesis with the theory. Developing research that has existed before with differences in location selection and combining variables from various aspects so that differences in results become updates to the factors that influence economic growth in this study.

Poverty is a specific problem so that programs that pay attention to spatial or demographic aspects are crucial to being able to create programs that are right on target in alleviating poverty. Apart from looking at demographic factors, we also analyze technological and institutional factors. This research aims to develop a Regional Poverty Mitigation Model in the province of East Kalimantan. This model is designed to provide a comprehensive framework for understanding and addressing poverty in the region. The focus of this research is specifically on the problem of poverty in the province of East Kalimantan. The data used in this study is the latest data from the 2021 Village Potential (Podes) of East Kalimantan province, which includes 1039 villages. The method used in this study is a quantitative analysis method using panel data which is then performed regression. The results show that geographical variables (regional areas and bordering the sea) have a negative and significant relationship to poverty in East Kalimantan, and technology has a positive and significant relationship to poverty in East Kalimantan. In addition, institutions (health and education) have a positive and significant relationship to poverty in East Kalimantan.

This community service aims to increase the knowledge and skills of the single mothers in entrepreneurial activity on the Jasmine strand regarding marketing, financial, and administration reporting knowledge. The method stages carried out in this activity were the combination method of interviewing, socializing, discussing, mentoring, and evaluating. The evaluation used a questionnaire, and the results were analyzed using descriptive techniques. The results of this activity showed that the members of this entrepreneurial group understood how to market their product better, conventionally and digitally. These SMEs also now better understand and apply the financial and administration recording matter. The evaluation result shows that most of the audience feels the training is valuable and easy to understand.

The aim of this study was to explain the difference between the income before and after the Covid-19 pandemic for the selling of eel chips by the micro small medium enterprises (MSME) in Godean district. The method of the study is quantitative with the Wilcoxon test. The sample on this study were 38 sellers. The data collection was done by using a questionnaire via google form or was done directly to the target sellers. The results of the study based on the Wilcoxon test showed that there was a significant difference between the income before and after the Covid-19 pandemic on the eel chips sellers in Godean district that has decreased the sales during the Covid-19 pandemic.
