Abstract

The Effect of PowerPoint Media Use on Student Learning Motivation in Natural Science Subjects for Grade XI Students at SMA Negeri 8 Selayar. Thesis, Educational Technology Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Muhammadiyah University of Makassar. Supervisor I Dr. Kasman S.Pd, M.Pd and Supervisor II Akram, S.Pd, M.Pd. This study aims to determine the effect of PowerPoint media use on student learning motivation in natural science subjects for grade XI students at SMA Negeri 8 Selayar. This study used a quantitative approach with an ex-post-facto design. The population in this study was all 36 grade XI students, and the entire population served as the research sample. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The independent variable in this study was PowerPoint use, while the dependent variable was student learning motivation. Observation results showed that student learning motivation activities were in the good category, with an average percentage of 79.83%. Observations on the use of PowerPoint in learning showed a very good rating, with an average percentage of 91.80%. This indicates that students felt helped in understanding the material through engaging and interactive visual displays. Questionnaire results on the student learning motivation indicator indicated that students felt more active, focused, disciplined, and enthusiastic during the learning process.A statistically inferential analysis using the Pearson correlation test showed a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, thus Hₐ was accepted and H₀ was rejected. This indicates a significant effect between the use of PowerPoint media on student learning motivation in science for grade 11 at SMA Negeri 8 Selayar. herefore, it can be concluded that the use of PowerPoint media plays a significant role in increasing student learning motivation, and teachers are advised to continue utilizing this medium in the learning process.

Abstract

Marketing management is the science of selecting target maerkets and achieving, and retaining them by creating and delivering superior customer value, thereby crating satisfaction. The purpoe of this study is to determine the effect of price, design, and location on consumer purchasing decisions for housing products in Dwija Regency Jalan Ir. H. Juanda Ponorogo. The sample is a consumer in the Dwija Regency Ponorogo housing estate who has purchased or who has occupied housing using the saturated sample technique and a sample of 55 respondents. The analysis used in this study uses multiple linier regression analysis using the SPSS 22 progam. This study resulted in a partial test (t) for odel 1 as follows: price (X1) = 0.020, design (X2) = 0.014 and location (X3) = 0.024.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of the element of abuse of authority in criminal acts of corruption based on Article 3 of Law Number 31 of 1999 in conjunction with Law Number 20 of 2001, with a focus on Decision Number 18/Pid.Sus-TPK/2025/PN Tjk against the Defendant Ir. Jalaludin MP as Head of the Public Works and Public Housing Agency of West Pesisir Regency. The issues examined include the application of the element of abuse of authority in Article 3 of the Anti-Corruption Law, the fulfillment of this element in the Defendant's actions, and the basis for the judge's consideration in handing down the verdict in relation to the principle of substantive justice. This study uses a normative juridical method with a case approach and a statute approach, analyzing secondary data in the form of court decisions, laws and regulations, and legal literature through qualitative analysis techniques. The results of the study show that the Panel of Judges proved that the Defendant abused his authority as a Budget User by approving the disbursement of project funds that did not comply with the contract specifications, resulting in state losses of IDR 1,887,218,440.32. The judges' considerations used a formalistic approach by proving all elements of Article 3 cumulatively, but did not sufficiently explore the dimension of abuse of authority from the perspective of state administrative law. This verdict confirms that public office creates legal obligations which, if violated for personal gain, constitute an abuse of authority that is detrimental to state finances. Abstract

teori behviorisme merupakan salah satu aliran utama dalam psikologi belajar yang menekankan perubahan perilaku sebagai hasil interaksi antara stimulus dan respon melalui mekanisme penguatan (reinforcement). artikel ini bertyujuan untuk menganalisis secara konseptual teori behaviorisme dalam konteks psikologi belajar anak serta mengkaji implikasinya terhadap praktik pembelajaran di sekolah dasar.  metode yang digunakan adalah kajian pustaka dengan menelaah tokoh, prinsip, serta penerapan teori behaviorisme, seperti stimulus-respon, penguatan positif dan negatif, serta pembiasaan, memiliki konstribusi signifikan dalam membentuk perilaku belajar, meningkatkan disiplin,  dan menguatkan penguasaan keterampilan dasar peserta didik di sekolah dasar. namun demikian, pendekatan ini juga memiliki keterbatasan, terutama dalam mengakomodasi motivasi intrinsik, krativitas, dan proses kognitif tingkat tinggi anak. oleh karena itu, artikel ini merekomendasikan agar penerapan teori behaviorimse dalam pembelajaran sekolah dasar dilakukan secara proposional dan dikombinasikan dengan pendekatan lain yang lebih holistik. kajian ini dihadapkan dapat memberikan konstribusi teoritis bagi pengembangan psikologi pendidikan serta menjadi rujukan bagi guru dalam merancang strategi pembelajaran yang efektif dan kontekstual.
