Abstract

Abstrak.: Jatuh pada lansia yang terjadi di dalam rumah memberikan gambaran bahwa kesadaran keluarga dalam pencegahan risiko jatuh lansia masih kurang. Jatuh pada lansia dapat disebabkan faktor ekstrinsik dan faktor intrinsik. Faktor ekstrinsik adalah faktor yang berasal dari lingkungan. Faktor intrinsik adalah faktor dari dalam diri lansia seperti adanya penurunan fungsi fisiologis lansia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kesadaran keluarga dengan lingkungan rumah dalam pencegahan risiko jatuh lansia di rumah. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional. Populasi sebanyak 646 keluarga dengan lansia, dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 247 responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah proportionate random sampling. Hasil dianalisis menggunkan uji Chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 91% keluarga memiliki kesadaran yang tinggi dalam pencegahan risiko jatuh. Sebanyak 57,48% didapatkan lingkungan rumah aman. Didapatkan nilai p= 0,006 < α = 0,05 sehingga didapatkan hasil terdapat hubungan antara kesadaran keluarga dalam pencegahan risiko jatuh lansia dengan lingkungan rumah. Terdapat hubungan antara kesadaran keluarga dalam pencegahan risiko jatuh lansia dengan lingkungan rumah. Semakin aman lingkungan rumah bagi lansia maka keluarga akan menunjukkan kesadaran yang tinggi dalam pencegahan risiko jatuh lansia. Abstract.: Falling on the elderly who occur in the house illustrates that family awareness in preventing the risk of falling elderly is still lacking. Falling on the elderly can be caused by extrinsic factors and intrinsic factors. Extrinsic factors are factors that originate from the environment. Intrinsic factors are factors in the elderly such as a decrease in physiological function of the elderly. The aim of the study was to determine the relationship between family awareness and the home environment in preventing the risk of falling elderly at home. The design of this study used a cross sectional design. The population was 646 families with elderly people, and the study sample was 247 respondents. The sampling technique used in the study was proportionate random sampling. The results were analyzed using the Chi square test. The results of the study showed that as many as 91% of families had a high awareness in preventing the risk of falling. A total of 57.48% obtained a safe home environment. Obtained the value of p = 0.006 <α = 0.05 so that the results obtained there is a relationship between family awareness in preventing the risk of falling elderly with a home environment. Abstract

Introduction: a reward system is one of the motivators that managers can use to improve performance, but this is often overlooked. This research was conducted to develop a performance-based reward system model to increase nurse job satisfaction.Method: the design of this study used observational analytic, with a sample of 237 nurses from all nursing service units. Sampling using cluster random sampling. Data were analyzed using partial least square (PLS). Indicator variables namely reward, performance, reward system (intrinsic reward and extrinsic reward) were independent variables while job satisfaction variable was dependent variables.Results:  there is an influence of the reward indicator on intrinsic reward (t = 3.940368> 1.96). There is an effect of reward indicator on extrinsic reward (t = 6.052527> 1.96). There is a performance effect on intrinsic reward (t = 8.504740> 1.96). There is a performance effect on extrinsic reward (t = 7.936353> 1.96). There is an influence of intrinsic reward on nurse job satisfaction (t = 6,257129> 1,96). There is an effect of extrinsic reward on nurse job satisfaction (t = 9,709050> 1,96).Conclusion: the reward system model in this study is influenced by reward and performance indicators. The development of reward system models can affect the job satisfaction of nurses. So that a performance-based reward system needs to be developed to increase nurse job satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstrak : Kecemasan merupakan respon emosional terhadap penilaian yang menggambarkan keadaan khawatir, gelisah, takut, tidak tentram disertai berbagai keluhan fisik. Selama proses perawatan, kecemasan tidak hanya dirasakan oleh seorang pasien, namun dapat juga dialami oleh keluarga pasien. Keluarga pasien merupakan salah satu pemegang penuh keputusan, ketika pasien dalam keadaan darurat maupun kritis dan harus diberikan penanganan segera. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui Hubungan Tingkat Kegawatdaruratan (Triase) dengan Tingkat Kecemasan Keluarga Pasien. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu analitik cross-sectional, penelitian dilaksanakan di Instalasi Gawat Darurat RSUD dr. Iskak Tulungagung. Sampel penelitian ini adalah keluarga pasien dengan teknik consecutive sampling, didapatkan sampel 30 responden. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner HARS. Data diolah dengan cara editing, coding, scoring, tabulating dan analisis dengan uji statistik Spearman’s rho. Hasil penelitian uji statistik Spearman’s rho, didapatkan nilai p = 0,000 untuk uji hubungan tingkat kegawatdaruratan (triase) dengan tingkat kecemasan keluarga pasien. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat kegawatdaruratan (triase) pasien maka akan mempengaruhi kecemasan keluarga pasien. Rekomendasi bagi rumaah sakit khususnya di Instalasi Gawat Darurat diharapkan lebih meningkatkan komunikasi antara tenaga kesehatan dengan keluarga pasien. Untuk mereduksi kemungkinan kecemasan oleh keluarga. kata kunci : tingkat kegawatdaruratan (triase), tingkat kecemasan Abstract : Anxiety is an emotional response to an assessment that describes a state of worry, anxiety, fear, restlessness accompanied by various physical complaints. During the treatment process, anxiety is not only felt by a patient, but can also be experienced by the patient's family. The patient's family is one of the full decision makers, when the patient is in an emergency or critical condition and must be given immediate treatment. The purpose of the study was to determine the Correlation of Emergency Levels (Triase) with Patient's Family Anxiety Level in the Emergency Department in RSUD dr. Iskak Tulungagung. This Study design was association analytic with a cross-sectional approach, the research was carried out in the Emergency Installation of RSUD dr. Iskak Tulungagung. The sample of this study was the patient's family with consecutive sampling technique, obtained a sample of 30 respondents. Data were collected using the HARS questionnaire. The data were analyzed by Spearman's rho statistical test. The results showed that 12 respondents (40%) entered the yellow triage and 9 respondents (30%) had moderate levels of anxiety. The results of the bivariate test obtained p value = 0.000 which means that there is a relationship between the level of emergency (triage) and the level of anxiety of the patient's family with a correlation coefficient of -0.748 which means that the higher the respondent's emergency, the higher the respondent's anxiety level. This negative result occurs because the coding for the first emergency level is Red Triage, while the code for the first level of anxiety is not anxious. There is a significant relationship, this can be caused because when there are respondents who enter the red triage, the family's assumption is that the patient's hope for recovery is getting smaller so that family anxiety increases. The conclusion of this study is that the higher the level of emergency (triage) of the patient, the higher the level of anxiety of the patient's family. Recommendations for hospitals, especially in the Emergency Room, are expected to further improve communication between health workers and patients' families. Abstract

Anak disabilitas intelektual merupakan anak dengan kebutuhan khusus, yang memiliki gangguan utama pada otak. Khususnya fungsi kognitif dan emosi. Anak disabilitas intelektual ringan mempunyai kemampuan memori jangka pendek yang rendah, disebabkan karena adanya abnormalitas bagian otak, terutama pada hipokampus. Salah satu terapi untuk meningkatkan hal tersebut adalah dengan senam otak. Senam otak merupakan serangkaian gerakan sederhana yang digunakan sebagai stimulasi otak untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja otak besar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh senam otak terhadap peningkatan kemampuan memori jangka pendek pada anak disabilitas intelektual ringan. Desain penelitian ini adalah non randomized pretest-posttest design. Rancangan ini tidak menggunakan kelompok kontrol. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua siswa SMP berjumlah 30 orang yang berada di SLB Tulungagung dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Penelitian ini di lakukan pada tanggal 03 Februari – 28 Februari 2020. Pengambilan data kemampuan memori jangka pendek pretest dan postest menggunakan lembar observasi, kemudian melalui pengolahan data dengan uji statistik “Paired T test” dengan α 0,05. Berdasarkan uji statistik “Paired T test”, didapatkan nilai signifikan (sig) = 0.000 (sig < 0.05) yang berarti H0 ditolak dan H1diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan ada pengaruh senam otak terhadap peningkatan kemampuan memori jangka pendek pada anak disabilitas intelektual ringan, dengan frekuensi 2 kali perminggu selama 3 minggu. Disimpulkan bahwa senam otak dapat meningkatkan kemampuan memori jangka pendek pada anak disabilitas intelektual ringan. Maka dari itu, perlu penerapan senam otak secara rutin untuk membantu dalam perkembangan kognitif dan performa akademis.

Abstract

COVID-19 telah menyebabkan pembatasan yang belum pernah terjadi sebelumnya, yang secara signifikan memengaruhi kelompok paling rentan dalam masyarakat, seperti penyandang disabilitas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki efek pembatasan lockdown COVID-19 terhadap kualitas hidup anak-anak penyandang disabilitas intelektual. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif (explanatory research). Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang dijawab oleh responden (anak intelektual). Data diolah dan dianalisis berdasarkan analisis univariat. Melihat gambaran kualitas hidup dan mengedintifikasi berdasarkan domain kesehatan fisik, psikologis, hubungan sosial dan lingkungan. Hasil: Dari total 54 responden, didapatkan hasil bahwa mayoritas memiliki kualitas hidup buruk yaitu 38 responden (64,9 %) dan kualitas hidup baik yaitu 16 responden (35,1%). Kesimpulan: Peneliti menemukan pada siswa-siswi yang memiliki keterbatasan fisik seperti intelektual akan berpengaruh terhadap kualitas hidup mereka dan mayoritas mengalami kualitas hidup yang buruk.

Abstract

Banyaknya kejadian Out of Hospital Cardiac Arrest (OHCA) menjadi ancaman keselamatan. Peran individu di sekitar korban krusial untuk meningkatkan kelangsungan hidup. Pengetahuan masyarakat tentang RJP masih rendah. Mahasiswa keperawatan berperan penting sebagai tenaga terlatih dalam melakukan RJP. Penggunaan video edukasi efektif membantu mahasiswa belajar dengan cepat dan mengembangkan keterampilan. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan masukan yang dapat direkomendasikan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat khususnya  mahasiswa tentang Resusitasi Jantung Paru (RJP). Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat menggunakan metode sosialisasi video  edukasi RJP secara daring melalui aplikasi WhatsApp. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah 56 mahasiswa keperawatan STIKes Hutama Abdi Husada Tulungagung Guna melihat nilai bagaimana pengetahuan peserta pengabdian, maka sebelum dan setelah kegiatan pengabdian, peserta akan diminta untuk mengisi kuesioner yang dibuat tentang prosedur resusitasi jantung paru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan skor pengetahuan pre-test didapatkan nilai rata-rata 74,14  dengan   nilai   minimal   dan   maksimal   67-83. Setelah   diberikan sosialisasi video edukasi RJP skor pengetahuan post-test didapatkan hasil rata-rata 85,55 dengan skor minimal dan maksimal 75-100. Berdasarkan kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh tim pengabdi dapat disimpulkan bahwa Sosialisasi video edukasi dalam memberikan bantuan hidup dasar (BHD) seperti Resusitasi Jantung Paru (RJP) dan jalan nafas kepada  mahasiswa terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dalam memberikan RJP. Educational Video on Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Opening the Airway to Increase Knowledge of Final Level Nursing Undergraduate Students as First Aid Providers in the Community The number of Out of Hospital Cardiac Arrest (OHCA) incidents has become a safety threat. The role of the individual around the victim is crucial to increase survival. Public knowledge about CPR is still low. Nursing students play an important role as trained personnel in performing CPR. The effective use of educational videos helps students learn quickly and develop skills. This service aims to provide knowledge to STIKes Hutama Abdi Husada Tulungagung students regarding cardiopulmonary resuscitation procedures through educational video media. The method of implementing community service activities uses the online socialization method of RJP educational videos through the WhatsApp application. The target of this activity is 56 nursing students at STIKes Hutama Abdi Husada Tulungagung. In order to see the value of how knowledgeable the service participants are, before and after the service activity, participants will be asked to fill out a questionnaire made about cardiopulmonary resuscitation procedures. The results showed that the pre-test knowledge score obtained an average value of 74.14 with a minimum and maximum value of 67-83. After being given the socialization of the CPR educational video, the post-test knowledge score obtained an average result of 85.55 with a minimum and maximum score of 75-100. Based on the activities carried out by the service team, it can be concluded that the dissemination of educational videos in providing basic life support (BHD) such as Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and airways to students has proven effective in increasing knowledge in providing CPR

Abstract

Gangguan perkembangan akibat disabilitas intelektual menciptakan hambatan dalam kehidupan individu, terutama dalam keterampilan sosial. Terapi bermain merupakan cara efektif untuk mengatasi interaksi sosial yang kurang adaptif pada anak dengan disabilitas. Media video juga menjadi salah satu media pembelajaran efektif yang meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan anak-anak disabilitas. Dengan menggunakan media video, anak-anak dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan mereka. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk  membatu meningkatkan keterampilan sosial pada anak-anak dengan disabilitas melalui edukasi terapi bermain dengan media video edukasi. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat menggunakan metode observasi pada kegiatan terapi bermain. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah 36 siswa SD SLB C Kabupaten Tulungagung Guna melihat nilai keterampilan  peserta pengabdian, maka sebelum dan setelah kegiatan pengabdian, peserta akan observasi kemampuan keterampilan sosial sesudah dan sebelum edukasi terapi bermain dengan metode video. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan skor keterampilan sosial pre-test didapatkan nilai rata-rata 69,67 dengan nilai minimal dan maksimal   53-88, setelah   diberikan edukasi terapi bermain dengan metode video skor keterampilan sosial post-test didapatkan hasil rata-rata 74,61 dengan skor minimal dan maksimal 55-93. Berdasarkan kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh tim pengabdi dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media video dan strategi pengajaran interaktif dapat meningkatkan keterampilan sosial dan pengetahuan anak-anak dengan disabilitas. Maka dari itu penting untuk mengintegrasikan strategi pengajaran interaktif dengan penggunaan media audio visual guna meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran. The method of implementing community service activities uses the observation method in play therapy activities. The target of this activity is 36 students from SD SLB C Tulungagung Regency. In order to see the value of the skills of the service participants, before and after the service activities, participants will observe the ability of social skills after and before play therapy education using the video method. The results showed that the pre-test social skills score obtained an average value of 69.67 with a minimum and maximum value of 53-88. After being given play therapy education using the video method, the post-test social skills score obtained an average result of 74.61 with a score minimum and maximum 55-93. Based on the activities carried out by the service team, it can be concluded that the use of video media and interactive teaching strategies can improve the social skills and knowledge of children with disabilities

Abstract

Children with intellectual disabilities face problems in intellectual and adaptive functioning that arise during development, especially in social skills. One of the effective strategies for dealing with non-adaptive social interactions in children with intellectual disabilities is play therapy. This study aims to look at the comparison of conventional play therapy methods and educational videos on social skills in children with intellectual disabilities. This research . The research sample consisted of 36 students from Primary Extraordinary School C, Tulungagung Regency, who were divided into two groups. The research instrument used social skills observation sheets with statistical tests using the Independent t test. The results showed that there was a comparison of social skills in respondents who used play therapy with the conventional puzzle method and origami educational videos which showed a significance value of p=0.048 (Pvalue <0.05). The use of instructional videos can also increase children's enthusiasm for learning. Therefore, audio-visual media, such as videos, can be an effective tool in improving the social skills of children with intellectual disabilities.

Abstract

HIV/AIDS merupakan penyakit yang menjadi momok bagi manusia di seluruh dunia, dimana kekebalan tubuh penderita menurun sehingga penderita rentan mengalami berbagai macam penyakit dan komlpikasi lainnya, apalagi sampai detik ini belum ada obat yang mampu menyembuhkan HIV/AIDS. Ironisnya, jumlah kasus AIDS tertinggi terjadi pada remaja kelompok usia 20 sampai 29 tahun yang mengindikasikan mereka telah terinfeksi HIV sejak 5 hingga 10 tahun sebelumnya, dimana saat itu mereka masih pada tahap remaja pertengahan. Pengabdian ini bertujuan memberikan Pendidikan kesehatan kepada remaja mengenai pencegahan penularan HIV AIDS. Jumlah siswa yang terlibat dalam kegiatan ini sebanyak 100 orang. Tahapan yang diterapkan dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian ini terbagi dalam persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pre dan post test. Pengetahuan remaja mengalami perubahan positif yang signifikan (65%) yang sebelumnya 35%. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa peserta yang telah menerima edukasi Pendidikan kesehatan mengalami  peningkatan pengetahuan mengenai pencegahan penularan HIV AIDS. Kegiatan Pendidikan kesehatan ini memberikan pengetahuan mengenai cara pencegahan HIV AIDS kepada remaja dan pemahaman remaja tentang status kesehatan yang baik. Kegiatan Pendidikan kesehatan ini memberikan efek positif kepada para remaja guna keberlangsungan hidup yang lebih baik.  Kegiatan ini perlu dilakukan karena mengingat akan manfaatnya. Health Education on Prevention of HIV AIDS Transmission in Youth Groups in Tulungagung HIV/AIDS is a disease that is a scourge for humans all over the world, where the patient's immune system decreases so that sufferers are susceptible to various kinds of diseases and other complications, especially since until now there is no drug that can cure HIV/AIDS. Ironically, the highest number of AIDS cases occurred in adolescents in the age group of 20 to 29 years which indicated that they had been infected with HIV since the previous 5 to 10 years, at which time they were still in their mid-adolescence stage. This service aims to provide health education to adolescents regarding the prevention of HIV AIDS transmission. The number of students involved in this activity was 100 people. The stages applied in the implementation of this service are divided into preparation, implementation and evaluation. Methods of data collection is done by pre and post test. Adolescent knowledge experienced a significant positive change (65%) from 35% previously. The results show that participants who have received health education experience increased knowledge about preventing the transmission of HIV AIDS. This health education activity provides knowledge on how to prevent HIV AIDS to adolescents and adolescents' understanding of good health status. This health education activity has a positive effect on adolescents for a better life. This activity needs to be done because of its benefits

Abstract

Emergency is a critical situation that requires prompt action to save lives. Triage in the Emergency Department (ED) is a crucial step in managing patients with emergency conditions. Emergency nurses must possess triage skills both in the pre-hospital phase and within the hospital setting. The success of patient management in the hospital significantly depends on the accuracy of triage implementation. This research aims to determine the relationship between triage accuracy and the success of emergency nursing care management in the ED of Tulungagung Regional Hospital. The study employs a correlational analytic quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design, involving a sample of 52 nurses from both Type B and Type C Hospitals in Tulungagung. Data are analyzed through univariate and bivariate analyses using the Chi-Square Test. The results indicate that out of the total respondents (52 individuals), 38 (73.1%) successfully conducted accurate triage, and 42 (80.8%) succeeded in emergency care management. The statistical test results yield a p-value of 0.000 (Pvalue> 0.05), concluding that there is a significant relationship between triage accuracy and the success of emergency nursing care management in the ED of Tulungagung Regional Hospital.
