Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between peer social support and student engagement. This research method is a quantitative method with a correlational approach. The population in this study was 93 students with a sample of 93 students. The sampling technique used is total sampling technique. Based on the results of the product moment correlation test above, it can be seen that the significance value of the peer social support and student engagement variables is 0.001 < 0.05. This explains that there is a significant relationship between social support from peers and student engagement in students. The Pearson correlation value obtained between peer social support and student engagement was 0.677. This explains that the variable peer social support and student engagement has a positive correlation with a strong correlation coefficient. The determinant coefficient value obtained is 0.458 or 45.8% of the influence of peer social support on student engagement. Based on the determinant coefficient value, it can be seen that the influence of peer social support on student engagement is 45.8% and the remaining 54.2% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Several things or factors that become or influence itIncome level greatly influences a person's motivation to behave generously. The tendency of people to spend their income to fulfill their personal satisfaction. Although there are also some people who spend their wealth for the benefit of other people or humanitarian interests, namely by giving charity. Another phenomenon that can encourage someone's generosity is when the law of diminishing marginal utility applies, where the assets someone owns can no longer provide satisfaction, so they are encouraged to donate them to other people.This research aims to determine the description of generosity behavior in the philanthropic millennial generation. The design of this research is phenomenological. The number of respondents in this study was three people with three informants as sources of triangulation. The technique for collecting respondent data uses purposive sampling. Research data was collected through observation and interviews. Data analysis techniques are carried out by means of data reduction, data display, and verification. The research results show that respondents can feel generosity behavior. For the behavioral aspect of generosity, the three respondents also felt life satisfaction, because more positive affection appeared. Internal factors are also very influential, so that respondents have quite high levels of generosity behavior where the three respondents have strong personalities in enjoying life and are happy when making other people happy (social spirit), have the principle of feeling what other people feel, and have strong faith. towards God Almighty. Support from family, co-workers and social support which are external factors also greatly influence the high level of generosity behavior in the three respondents.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: 1) tingkat keterbacaan artikel ilmiah jurnal online fokus pendidikan terakreditasi Sinta 4-6; 2) sama-tidaknya tingkat keterbacaan artikel ilmiah jurnal online fokus pendidikan Sinta-4-6 per peringkat Sinta. Kegiatan penelitian berlangsung di akhir 2023 dan awal 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kepustakaan yakni setiap artikel ilmiah yang dipublikasi di jurnal online. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 9 artikel ilmiah yang bersumber dari 3 jurnal online fokus pendidikan; masingmasing 3 artikel Sinta-4, Sinta-5, dan Sinta-6. Setiap artikel ilmiah jurnal online dipilih menggunakan teknik sampel aksidental. Untuk mengumpulkan data keterbacaan artikel ilmiah jurnal online fokus pendidikan terakreditasi Sinta 4-6 digunakan pedoman observasi. Teknik ini digunakan untuk mengobservasi secara online artikel ilmiah di jurnal online. Kuesioner juga digunakan guna memvalidasi hasil analisis keterbacaan artikel oleh tim ahli. Data keterbacaan artikel ilmiah jurnal online fokus Islam terakreditasi Sinta-4-6 dianalisis menggunakan modifikasi Index Fog yang dimodifikasi selaras dengan konversi data bahasa Inggris ke dalam bahasa Indonesia. Sama-tidaknya keterbacaan artikel ilmiah jurnal online menurut perbedaan peringkat Sinta 4-6 dianalisis menggunakan prosedur statistik deskriptif melalui butir modus. Hasil penelitian: 1) tingkat keterbacaan artikel ilmiah jurnal online fokus pendidikan terakreditasi Sinta 4-6 menghasilkan nilai 6,21 s.d. 11.29; sebagian kecil artikel mudah dibaca siswa SD/MI dan sebagian besar mudah dibaca oleh para siswa dan para mahasiswa; 2) terdapat perbedaan tingkat keterbacaan artikel ilmiah jurnal online fokus pendidikan terakreditasi Sinta 4-6 Kata Kunci: keterbacaan, struktur pendahuluan, artikel ilmiah, jurnal online fokus pendidikan, akreditasi Sinta
