Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji bagaimana strategi masyarakat pemilik usaha warung dalam menghadapi tantangan digitalisasi (shopee, lazada, bukalapak, dan lainnya) di Taratara. Metode penelitian kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan gambaran yang menyeluruh, faktual, dan akurat dengan metode pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Menurut temuan studi lapangan, pemilik usaha warung di Taratara menunjukkan kesadaran dan sikap adaptif terhadap tantangan digitalisasi. Mereka mengakui dampak negatif e-commerce pada pelanggan konvensional, namun juga melihat peluang dalam perubahan ini. Strategi mereka melibatkan pendekatan hibrida: mempelajari dan mengadopsi teknologi digital seperti marketplace dan aplikasi e-commerce, sambil tetap mempertahankan layanan tradisional untuk segmen pelanggan tertentu. Para pemilik warung ini menunjukkan keterbukaan untuk belajar dan beradaptasi, dengan tujuan menjaga relevansi bisnis mereka di era digital tanpa meninggalkan sepenuhnya model bisnis konvensional yang masih bermanfaat bagi sebagian pelanggan.

This study aims to investigate the phenomenon of law enforcement apparently disregarding justice in viral social media cases in Indonesia, exploring its causes, manifestations, and implications for the country's legal system and society. The research employed a qualitative methodology, combining in-depth interviews with key stakeholders, focus group discussions, social media content analysis, and a comprehensive literature review. The findings reveal a complex interplay of factors contributing to this phenomenon, including a significant disconnect between public expectations and law enforcement realities, the influence of political connections on case handling, and the emergence of digital vigilantism. The study also identified gaps in existing legal frameworks, a lack of digital literacy among both the public and law enforcement officials, and the psychological toll on officers facing public pressure. These results highlight the need for multifaceted reforms in law enforcement practices, legal structures, and public communication strategies to address the challenges posed by viral social media cases and maintain public trust in the justice system.

The aim of this research is to reveal how the legal perspective of child protection on the educational phenomenon of students who sell in schools. This method of research is the study of literature which collects data based on various references that are relevant to the research problem. The method of collecting data through various relevant references both available on the Internet and that are obtained manually such as books, and so on. Research findings revealed that based on the results of the child protection law perspective on the educational phenomenon of student sales at school, it can be concluded that the phenomena of children selling while at school is not all that means is a case of child exploitation. Others are volunteers for various reasons, whether to study entrepreneurship, study on their own, sell hobbies, help the family economy, pay for school, because there are no parents, and other reasons that even stories like this are inspired by others and even supported also by schools, their school friends, their communities, and netizens

The purpose of this study is to find out the correlation between students’ habit of watching English movie and their vocabulary mastery and used quantitative research. This study's respondents are 9th-grade students at SMP Advent Unklab Airmadidi, particularly those enrolled in the second semester of the academic year 2022/2023. This study is a descriptive and correlative design. The data was collected from 59 students from 9th grade of SMP Advent Unklab Airmadidi. Descriptive mean analysis and Pearson Product Coefficient Correlation were used to answer the research questions. The findings revealed that (1) the level of students’ habit of watching English movie was 4.30, indicating an often level; (2) the level of students’ vocabulary mastery was 4.29, indicating a high level; and (3) the p = 0.003 and r = 0.379, indicating that there is a significant correlation between students’ habit of watching English movie and their vocabulary mastery. And from the results show that there is a significant correlation between the two variables, and it is important for teachers to know that watching English movies is a good medium for students to learn English, especially for students’ vocabulary mastery.

Training of Conversion thesis to article is expected to make it easier for future students to complete a comprehensive test requirement where one of the conditions is to create an article based on a revised essay that will be published in a reputable journal. It is also to avoid students paying others to make the article so that students can make it independently. The aim of this service is to conduct training on Converting Theses to Articles and Adapting Journal Templates for Unima Sociology Education Students so that students can master these skills. The methods used in this activity include lectures, discussions, questions and answers and of course direct practice. After carrying out the training, it can be that several steps in implementing this training are as follows: 1. Make sure the thesis file plagiarism is low below 30%, 2. Open the thesis word file, 3. Open the published journal/journal article word template file, 4. First adjust the title, author, affiliation and email address, 5. Create an abstract in English and Indonesian, consisting of: a. This research aims to find out how traders participate in keeping the market environment clean, and what obstacles traders experience in keeping the market environment clean, as well as how traders overcome problems or obstacles in keeping the traditional market environment clean in Tondano City, North Sulawesi. The type of research used is qualitative. The collection techniques used in research are observation, interviews and documentation. As well as collecting data, researchers went directly into the field actively. Based on the results of research in the field and interviews, it is clear that some of the traders at the Tondano market have maintained the cleanliness of the environment in the market, and have prepared each trash bin in the place where they trade, and some traders have not participated in maintaining the cleanliness of the environment in the market, for example, they often throw away littering, and throwing away the remains of their trade everywhere.

This study aims to analyze the pattern of cryptocurrency regulation in various jurisdictions and identify factors that influence its adoption as a financial inclusion tool. The method used is a comparative analysis of regulatory policies in various countries and a literature study related to the socio-economic impacts and barriers to cryptocurrency adoption. The results of the study show significant variations in regulatory approaches between developed and developing countries, where digital infrastructure factors, financial literacy, and structural barriers are the main determinants of the level of cryptocurrency adoption in each region.

Students as young people need to be taught about the importance of saving to learn how to manage personal finances well. Meanwhile, financial literacy is a person's financial understanding that can be used to make the right financial decisions, one of which is saving. For this reason, this study aims to test the effect of financial literacy on students' saving intention. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method as a research method. The data collection process uses an adapted questionnaire. Using convenience sampling techniques, the number of respondents obtained in the main study was 115 FKIP UNKLAB students who filled out the questionnaires that were distributed. The data obtained were then analyzed using mean scores and simple linear regression with the results of the study showing that (1) financial literacy is in the high category, (2) students' interest in saving is in the high category, and (3) there is a significant positive effect of financial literacy on students' interest in saving. These results indicate that the higher the level of students' financial understanding, the higher their interest in saving. There are several recommendations given to related parties in relation to this research topic.
