Abstract

This study aims to analyze human capital and social capital factors that can help Batik Bojonegoro MSME to survive. Data were collected from 247 MSMEs of Bojonegoro Typical Batik producers. 105 MSMEs are still operating, while the remaining 142 MSMEs are no longer producing Jonegoroan Batik. The data were obtained through a survey on 2020. With the probit model estimation, the analysis shows that the level of education, business experience, family, number of colleagues, and family business networks has a positive influence on the ability to survive the Bojonegoro batik MSMEs. The research also found that the level of education strengthens the influence of the number of colleagues, and family business networks on the survival of MSMEs.

Abstract

The Corona pandemic has occurred globally by closing access to residential areas by residents from immigrants and foreign traders. The protection of the area has caused almost all business activities of members of Paguyuban Jamu Gendong Desa Ngablak to stop because they cannot sell directly to consumers. The MSME empowerment program for Herbal Medicine in Ngablak Village aims to provide sales solutions for business actors without direct contact with consumers. Social media and e-commerce-based marketing assistance aim to increase the sales turnover of herbal medicine through direct orders for herbal products from Ngablak Village herbal producers by consumers. Meanwhile, the development of ready-to-brewed herbal products is expected to provide a more comprehensive market share with herbal products with a longer shelf life.

Abstract

Grogolan Lake ecotourism was initiated to save Grogolan Lake as one of the major water sources which play a vital role in Agriculture and various other sectors in the Bojonegoro area, with another aim to empower the community around natural attractions. The Wana Abadi Tourism Awareness Group (POKDARWIS) has introduced the concept of Grogolan Lake Ecotourism and the Ngintir Nang Kali Grogolan for the economic development the residents of Ngunut Village. Implementing the Community Partnership program is intended to help solve some of the problems currently faced by POKDARWIS Wana Abadi, namely management problems and marketing problems in ecotourism development. The solutions offered to solve this problem include assisting in the preparation strategic plan of POKDARWIS Wana Abadi, pioneering outbound education, developing ecotourism educational tours, developing ecoprint educational tours, and social media-based ecotourism marketing assistance to make Grogolan Lake and River Ecotourism become a leading tourist destination in the Bojonegoro city. The results of implementing a series of community partnership programs include formulating the Statute Documents of Wana Abadi Organizations, increasing interest in visiting Grogolan ecotourism through offering outbound tours and ecoprint educational tours, and implementing a social media-based tourism marketing strategy.

Abstract

Literasi budaya adalah kemampuan memahami dan bersikap terhadap kebudayaan Indonesia sebagai identitas bangsa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan media stik pancabudi (Pancasila dan budaya di Indonesia) dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila untuk meningkatkan literasi budaya siswa kelas IV SDN Mlatiharjo 02 Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan subjek 28 siswa dan 1 guru wali kelas. Data yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini melalui kegiatan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Peneliti melakukan wawancara dan observasi ditujukan pada guru dan seluruh siswa kelas IV berjumlah 28 siswa. Wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah penggunaan media stik pancabudi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan meningkatnya literasi budaya, dibuktikan dengan nilai presentase 86,2% dengan kategori baik dalam penerapan media stik pancabudi pada pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila materi Pancasila dalam kehidupanku. Media ini berhasil membuat siswa mampu menganalisis, menjelaskan, memberikan contoh, menceritakan, dan mempraktikkan perilaku yang mencerminkan karakter Pancasila. Selain itu, siswa mampu mengenali keberagaman budaya dan budaya yang ada disekitar mereka.

Abstract

Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi merupakan sebuah usaha yang dilakukan untuk menyesuaikan proses pembelajaran di kelas guna memenuhi kebutuhan belajar individu setiap peserta didik. Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi adalah pembelajaran yang berpihak pada peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dalam mata pelajaran matematika materi luas persegi panjang dan dampaknya pada peserta didik di kelas IV SDN Mlatiharjo 02. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu guru kelas IV dan peserta didik di kelas IV SDN Mlatiharjo 02. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian yang digunakan yakni wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi dengan delapan indikator keaktifan belajar peserta didik. Teknik analisis data kualitatif terdiri dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyaian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Implementasi pembelajaran berdiferenasiasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu pada diferensiasi konten dan diferensiasi proses mata pelajaran matematika materi luas persegi panjang di kelas IV SDN Mlatiharjo 02. Implementasi pembelajaran diferensiasi dapat memfasilitasi kebutuhan belajar peserta didik yang beragam dan memberikan dampak pada keaktifan belajar peserta didik dengan presentase tingkat pencapaian 83,4% yang termasuk dalam kategori baik dengan menggunakan delapan indikator keaktifan peserta didik. Tingkat pencapaian keaktifan tertinggi sebesar 89,2% yaitu pada indikator 1 dan 3. Tingkat pencapaian keaktifan terendah sebesar 78,5% yaitu pada indikator 5 dan 8. Peserta didik menjadi aktif bertanya dan memberikan respon/tanggapan saat berdiskusi ataupun presentasi selama pembelajaran berlangsung.

Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas manajemen usaha dan pemasaran digital pada para pengrajin gerabah serta pengelola wisata edukasi di Desa Rendeng, Kecamatan Malo, Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Melalui penerapan inovasi manajemen usaha dan strategi pemasaran berbasis digital, program ini diharapkan dapat membantu pelaku usaha lokal dalam mengoptimalkan potensi pasar melaalui inovasi produk gerabah dengan desain tokoh kartun. Metode yang digunakan mencakup pelatihan manajemen usaha, pemasaran digital, pelatihan inovasi produk gerabah bertema tokoh kartun dan anime, serta pendampingan, dan evaluasi berkelanjutan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan penerapan manajemen keuangan, pengelolaan usaha, serta kemampuan memasarkan produk melalui platform digital seperti media sosial dan marketplace. Meskipun ada tantangan dalam hal adaptasi teknologi, upaya ini telah membantu meningkatkan daya saing produk gerabah dan memperluas jangkauan pasar. Program ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap pertumbuhan usaha lokal serta mendorong keberlanjutan dalam inovasi pemasaran digital dan manajemen usaha yang lebih efektif.

Abstract

The performance of company's keunagan is a description of thefinancial condition of a company that is analyzed with the tools offinancial analysis, so it can be known about either the poor financialcondition of a company that reflects the performance of work in a certainperiod. Abstract

This study aims to examine the mediating role of green reputation in the relationship between the implementation of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and corporate financial performance. Research data processing using SEM-PLS Analysis. Data sourced from financial reports and sustainability reports published by the company, and ESG score data released by the IDX in collaboration with Morningstar Sustainalytics.The research findings found that although the implementation of SDGs does not have a direct impact on financial performance, there is a significant influence of the implementation of SDGs on green reputation, and green reputation has a significant influence on the company's financial performance, so that green reputation becomes a mediator between the implementation of SDGs on the company's financial performance. The theoretical implications of this study support signaling theory, where green reputation acts as a positive signal to stakeholders regarding a company's commitment to sustainability. In terms of policy, these results encourage companies to not only adopt SDGs, but also proactively build and strengthen their green reputation to maximize the positive impact on the company's financial performance. The novelty of this research lies in the use of the green reputation variable as a mediator with measurements using the ESG-Sutainalytics score.
