Abstract

Peristiwa sejarah dapat dimanfaatkan oleh sejarawan dan oleh sastrawan. Adapun fakta sejarah yang dimanfaatkan oleh sastrawan dapat diekspresikan lewat karyanya berupa novel. Pandir Kelana adalah merupakan salah satu sastrawan yang memanfaatkan fakta sejarah menjadi karya sastra. Penelitian ini membahas novel Pandir Kelana yang berjudul Suro Buldog, Kereta Api Terakhir, dan Kadarwati Wanita dengan Lima Nama. Dengan analisis teori pemikiran untuk menguak fakta sejarah yang menjadi latar belakang penciptaan novel-novel tersebut, dan sejauh manakan fungsi fakta sejarah tersebut untuk situasi dan kondisi saat ini dan masa yang akan datang. Metode yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah kualitatif yaitu penelitian yang mempergunakan data kualitatif berupa konsep-konsep, kategori-kategori bersifat abstrak yang sukar diangkakan. Hasil dan simpulan penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut. Pertama, Pandir Kelana melalui karya-karyanya ingin menyampaikan pesan kepada pembaca untuk menghargai jiwa kepahlawanan dari para tokoh yang ditampilkan. Kedua, fakta sejarah yang dimanfaatkan oleh Pandir Kelana bukan sekedar untuk mengenang masa lampau tetapi mengandung aspek moral, aspek kemanusiaan, dan aspek sosial. Historical events can be exploited by historians and writers. The historical facts that are used by writers can be expressed through their work in the form of novels. Pandir Kelana is one of the writers who used historical facts to be literary works. This research discusses the Pandir Kelana novel entitled Suro Buldog, Kereta Api Terakhir, and Kadarwati Wanita dengan Lima Nama. Through the analysis of theoretical thought to discuss historical facts that are the background of the creation of these novels, and the extent to which these historical facts will function for current and future situations and conditions. The method used of this research is qualitative research that uses qualitative data in the form of concepts, abstract categories that are difficult to be elaborated on. The results and conclusions of this research are as follows. First, through his works Pandir Kelana wants to convey a message to the reader to appreciate the heroic spirit of the characters displayed. Secondly, the historical facts utilized by Pandir Kelana are not only to remember the past but also contain moral aspects, human aspects, and social aspects.

Abstract

PENELITIAN INI AKAN MEMBUKTIKAN SECARA EMPIRIS PENGARUH DARI SISTEM INFORMASI AKUNTANSI DENGAN PERSEPSI KETIDAKPASTIAN LINGKUNGAN TERHADAP KINERJA MANAJERIAL. Abstract

THE PURPOSE OF THIS STUDY TO ANALYZE THE INFLUENCE OF KNOWLEDGE AND LEARNING TAX REGULATION ON TAXPAYER COMPLIANCE WITH PERCEPTION AS AN INTERVENING VARIABLE. THE VARIABLES USED INCLUDE TAXPAYER COMPLIANCE AS THE DEPENDENT VARIABLE, KNOWLEDGE AND LEARNING AS AN INDEPENDENT VARIABLE, AND THE PERCEPTION AS AN INTERVENING VARIABLE. DATA OBTAINED THROUGH QUESTIONNAIRES DISTRIBUTED TO THE RESPONDENTS. THE POPULATION OF THIS STUDY IS SMES IN PEKALONGAN WITH A NUMBER OF SELECTED SAMPLE OF 30 SMES. ANALYSIS OF THE DATA USED IS MULTIPLE REGRESSION ANALYSIS WITH SPSS 16 PROGRAM. THE RESULTS OF THIS STUDY INDICATE THAT PARTIAL (1) KNOWLEDGE OF TAXATION HAS NO EFFECT ON TAXPAYER COMPLIANCE, (2) LEARNING TAXATION SIGNIFICANT EFFECT ON TAX COMPLIANCE, (3) KNOWLEDGE OF TAXATION HAS NO EFFECT ON THE PERCEPTION OF THE TAXPAYER, (4) LEARNING OF TAXATION HAS NO EFFECT ON THE PERCEPTION OF TAXATION TAXPAYER, (5) THE TAXPAYER PERCEPTIONS SIGNIFICANT EFFECT ON TAXPAYER COMPLIANCE IN ACCORDANCE PP NO. 46 IN 2013. SIMULTANEOUSLY, KNOWLEDGE AND LEARNING TAXATION HAVE SIGNIFICANT EFFECT ON TAXPAYER COMPLIANCE IN ACCORDANCE PP NO. 46 IN 2013.

Abstract

The construction of the Trans Java toll road is a national program which is expected to have a positive impact on economic development for the Java region. Toll roads are built with the hope of reducing congestion as well as income of the state treasury. But on the other hand, the construction of this toll road raises new problems, namely reduced income, changes in the environment for batik traders, hotels, restaurants and other problems, because in the pantura area there are many small to medium-sized businesses that rely on business from visitors who pass through the northern coa st road. For this reason, with the construction of the Trans Java Toll Road, it is necessary to examine whether the construction of the Trans Java Toll Road has had an impact on economic, social and environmental changes. By using purposive sampling a samp le of 140 respondents was obtained. Respondents were drawn from batik businesses, batik consumers, hotels, hotel guests and the public. By using descriptive analysis the results of the study found that the greatest impact of toll road development is the economic impact. From questionnaire, 54.5% of batik businesses stated that their businesses had decreased and 72.7% of respondents from hotels stated that their room rent had decreased. Whereas from the elements of batik buyers, hotel guests and the public, the construction of this toll road has had a positive impact. Recommendations from the results of this study can be given that the Pekalongan City Government needs to hold national level events, need to hold religious tourism periodically, need improvemen t and promotion of Pekalongan tourism, it needs to be assessed if it is proposed to build a batik shop in a rest area, canting pillars or landmarks in the road to the Pekalongan toll exit as well as the batik businesses asking for real and immediate action from the government with this economic impact. Abstract

Abstrak This research aimed to investigate the effect of whole hatchery waste meal (WHWM) or shelless hatchery waste meal (SHWM) in the ration on digestible nutrient and apparent metabolizable energy (AME).A total of 500 quails (Coturnix coturnix japonica) 30 days with average initial body weight 94,7 ± 4,2 g were used. The research wasdesigned to completely randomized design with 5 treatments and 5 replicate with 20 quails per replicate. The dietary treatments were: P0 = basal ration, P1 = 96% basal ration + 4% WHWM, P2 = 92% basal ration + 8% WHWM, P3 = 96% basal ration+ 4% SHWM and P4 = 92% basal ration + 8% SHWM. Commercial ration was fed to quails aged 30–39days.At the age of 40–42 days quails were adapted to basal ration. The nutrient digestibility was measured using total collection method after 2 × 28days of treatment. The data were analyzed using variance analysis and if there was a treatment effect, continued by orthogonal contrast test.The results showed that feeding WHWM or SHWM up to 8% increasedthe digestible crude fat and AME but did not increase digestible crude protein and dry matter. The digestible crude fat and AME of quails fed SHWM was higher than that of quails fed WHWM. Furthermore, the digestible crude fat of quails fed 8% WHWM was higher than that of quails 4%, but the opposite result was obtainedforAME. Feeding 8% SHWM generated in a higher digestible crude fat than 4% SHWM. Keywords: hatchery waste meal,digestible nutrient, apparent metabolizable energy, quails

Abstract

The price of Rabbitfish fish at the consumer level for each region is quite different. This study aims to analyze distribution patterns and marketing margins of Rabbitfish fish. This research is classified as a qualitative type with a survey method by distributing questionnaires. Respondents consisted of 20 fishermen, 20 collectors, 15 retailers and 5 consumers and 5 restaurants. The results of this study indicate that there are four distribution patterns, namely (1) direct fishermen to final consumers, (2) fishermen to collectors to final consumers, (3) fishermen to collectors, to retailers to final consumers and (4) fishermen to collectors, to wholesalers, to retailers, to final consumers. The marketing margin on the first marketing channel is IDR 5,000/kg, the second is IDR 5,000/kg, the third is IDR 15,000/kg and the fourth is IDR. 20,000/kg. The longer the marketing channel, the higher the margin earned.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe aim of this service is to provide training to teachers regarding students' environmental literacy which can be utilized in learning through RBL-STEM to improve teachers' creative skills.  The partner in this service is SMP Negeri 7 Jember. The method used is training related to material, students' environmental literacy, RBL-STEM, and the application of the school environment in learning. Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas manajemen usaha dan pemasaran digital pada para pengrajin gerabah serta pengelola wisata edukasi di Desa Rendeng, Kecamatan Malo, Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Melalui penerapan inovasi manajemen usaha dan strategi pemasaran berbasis digital, program ini diharapkan dapat membantu pelaku usaha lokal dalam mengoptimalkan potensi pasar melaalui inovasi produk gerabah dengan desain tokoh kartun. Metode yang digunakan mencakup pelatihan manajemen usaha, pemasaran digital, pelatihan inovasi produk gerabah bertema tokoh kartun dan anime, serta pendampingan, dan evaluasi berkelanjutan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan penerapan manajemen keuangan, pengelolaan usaha, serta kemampuan memasarkan produk melalui platform digital seperti media sosial dan marketplace. Meskipun ada tantangan dalam hal adaptasi teknologi, upaya ini telah membantu meningkatkan daya saing produk gerabah dan memperluas jangkauan pasar. Program ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap pertumbuhan usaha lokal serta mendorong keberlanjutan dalam inovasi pemasaran digital dan manajemen usaha yang lebih efektif.

Abstract

HIV (human immunodeficiency virus) adalah virus penyebab AIDS dan menyerang sistem kekebalan tubuh, sehingga mustahil bagi orang yang terinfeksi untuk bertahan hidup meskipun penyakitnya ringan. Tokoh agama merupakan aktor penting dalam masyarakat karena mereka mempunyai legitimasi dan sudah lama hidup dalam komunitasnya. Tokoh agama juga diyakini dapat berperan penting dalam mengubah persepsi masyarakat tentang HIV/AIDS. Selain itu, tokoh agama diyakini dapat meningkatkan kesadaran Komunitas yang memerangi HIV/AIDS dan mengurangi stigma dan diskriminasi pengidap HIV/AIDS. Tujuan dari layanan ini adalah untuk mempromosikan pencegahan dan pengendalian HIV/AIDS melalui Figur Tokoh Agama melalui strategi ABG Advokasi, Bina Suasana dan Gerakan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat berbasis Android dan melakukan screening mandiri melalui aplikasi mobile tersebut. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan secara terencana, terkonsep dan ilmiah dengan Sosialisasi, Pelatihan, Penerapan Teknologi Screening Mandiri Mobile HIV, Melakukan pendampingan dan evaluasi. Implementasi Digunakan dalam konteks pencegahan dan pengendalian HIV/AIDS Muhammadiyah Sidrap, dengan menggunakan Aplikasi Screening Mandiri Mobile dari hasil strategi ABG yang dilakukan dengan kelompok populasi berisiko dalam rangka pencegahan dan penanggulangan HIV dan AIDS oleh Muhammadiyah Sidrap dilakukan langkah-langkah antara lain penyuluhan IMS, HIV dan AIDS, pendataan tempat beresiko, membagikan liflet kepada masyaakat,), pertemuan dengan Tokoh Agama, Layanan konsultasi bekerja sama dengan tim layanan kesehatan untuk melakukan skrining terhadap kelompok risiko dan orang sakit, serta merujuk pasien yang sudah terinfeksi.
