Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Produk Domestik Regional Bruto dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia Terhadap Tingkat Kemiskinan di Kabupaten Serang Banten Periode 2016-2020. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini tidak menguji signifikan untuk generalisasi karena penelitian empirik di Kabupaten Serang sehingga tidak menggunakan populasi dan sample. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan regresi berganda diperoleh bahwa jika PDRB naik satu satuan maka Tingkat Kemiskinan akan meningkat sebesar 1,042 poin, hal ini disebabkan PDRB baru terkonsentrasi dibidang Industri dan belum menyeluruh pada bidang pertanian dan perikanan yang mendominasi wilayah Kabupaten Serang. Sedangkan jika IPM menigkat satu satuan maka Tingkat Kemiskinan akan meningkat sebesar 0,015 Poin. Meningkatnya IPM belum merata pada seluruh indikator pembentuk IPM, seperti halnya indikator kamampuan daya beli masyarakat yang belum mencapai titik kenaikan ideal sehingga belum mampu menurunkan tingkat kemiskinan. Sedangkan kontribusi pengaruh PDRB dan IPM terhadap Tingkat Kemiskinan sebesar 99.2% sisanya sebesar 0.80% dipengaruhi variable lain diluar model penelitian.

Abstract

Serang Regency has a Regional Medium-Term Development Plan target that will end in 2026. This study attempts to determine whether the four macro-indicator targets in the Regional Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMD) can be achieved as planned: the Human Development Index, Economic Growth Rate, Poverty Rate, and Unemployment Rate. This study aims to analyze the projected achievement of macroeconomic indicators in the 2021-2026 RPMJD in Serang Regency. Using the Exponential Trend Smoothing method to calculate indicator projections, the study found that the Human Development Index (HDI), the Economic Growth Rate (LPE), and the Unemployment Rate are projected to exceed the targets, while the Poverty Rate remains below the target set in the 2021-2026 RPJMD. The Serang Regency Government needs to prioritize the preparation of the next RPJMD to address poverty issues..

Abstract

The Tourism Village Around the Cultural Heritage of the Lama Dam and Kalimati Pamarayan has been established through a Decree of the Regent of Serang Year 2022. This research aims to look at the perceptions and readiness of stakeholders in the development of a tourism village. This research is descriptive in nature by conducting a survey of stakeholders around the Cultural Heritage of Bendungan Lama and Kalimati Pamarayan, Serang Regency, using quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the research show that the people around the tourist village around the Bendungan Lama Cultural Heritage and Kali Mati Pamarayan have a high level of confidence that the area is very capable of being developed, with an average score of 8.97 out of 10. The results of an assessment conducted on nine aspects of the tourism village shows that the old dam area and Pamarayan dead river are in the category of fulfilling tourism feasibility. This research recommends the establishment of a joint institution and submitting a licensing process to BBWS C3 and BPCB so that the community can develop a Tourism Village
