Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya literasi digital dalam mendukung pembelajaran di era digital. Literasi digital mencakup keterampilan teknis serta kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kreatif dalam menyikapi informasi. Di SMAN 07 Solok Selatan, transformasi digital dapat dilihat dari kebijakan penggunaan ponsel dalam pembelajaran dengan pengawasan guru. Namun, masih terdapat kendala seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur dan rendahnya literasi teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi digital terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis dan kreatif siswa. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan tipe ex post facto. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas X, dengan sampel sebanyak 33 siswa dari kelas X-2 (Fase E2). Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan statistik dengan bantuan SPSS IBM Versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi digital berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis, terutama dalam mengevaluasi informasi dan menyusun argumen yang logis. Literasi digital juga berkontribusi terhadap keterampilan berpikir kreatif, terutama dalam mengembangkan ide-ide baru. Namun, pengaruh masing-masing indikator tidak merata; keterampilan digital dan etika digital memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar daripada budaya dan keamanan digital. Temuan ini menekankan perlunya memperkuat literasi digital secara keseluruhan untuk mendukung pengembangan pemikiran kritis dan kreatif siswa.

Abstract

This study is about the influence of the Value Clarification Technique (VCT) learning model in improving the understanding of historical values ​​in class XI IPAS 1 and IPAS 2 at SMA Negeri 1 Tapung Hulu. The problems in this study are how the value clarification technique model influences the understanding of historical values ​​of class XI at SMAN 1 Tapung Hulu, how the application of the value clarification technique learning model is to the understanding of historical values ​​of class XI at SMAN 1 Tapung Hulu and whether there is an influence of the Value Clarification Technique (VCT) learning model in improving historical awareness in class XI IPAS students at SMA Negeri 1 Tapung Hulu. This study uses a comparative method with a Quasi-Experimental Designs design in the form of a Non-Equivalent Control Group which will create two experimental groups that are not selected through Random. Where this study aims to improve students' historical awareness through the application of the Value Clarification Technique (VCT) learning model. The instruments used are field notes and tests (pre-test and post-test). Based on the results of the study, it shows that the use of the Value Clarification Technique (VCT) learning model can increase historical awareness, this is indicated by the t-value of 10.779 and the sig. value of 0.000. So, the sig. value of 0.000 <0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is an influence on the History Subject, by using the Value Clarification Technique (VCT) model on increasing the historical awareness of class XI IPAS students at SMA Negeri 1 Tapung Hulu.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas partisipasi masyarakat Nagari Amping Parak, Kecamatan Sutera, Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan dalam program konservasi penyu. Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari tingginya ancaman kepunahan penyu akibat praktik pengambilan telur untuk konsumsi maupun diperjualbelikan. Namun, melalui intervensi konservasi yang melibatkan masyarakat, pemerintah nagari, serta Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan, terjadi perubahan perilaku masyarakat dari pengambil telur menjadi pelindung aktif. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis bentuk partisipasi masyarakat dalam konservasi penyu serta peran aktor yang terlibat. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat Amping Parak berpartisipasi dalam berbagai kegiatan, seperti edukasi, patroli pantai, pendataan penyu, menjaga kebersihan pantai, hingga perawatan penyu. Perubahan paradigma ini diperkuat dengan adanya organisasi Laskar Pemuda Peduli Lingkungan (LPPL) yang berperan sebagai penggerak konservasi. Berdasarkan teori Tangga Partisipasi Arnstein (1969), tingkat partisipasi masyarakat berada pada level Partnership (kemitraan), yang ditandai dengan keterlibatan aktif dalam pengambilan keputusan dan pelaksanaan kegiatan konservasi. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa keterlibatan masyarakat tidak hanya berdampak pada keberhasilan pelestarian penyu, tetapi juga mendorong perkembangan ekowisata dan peningkatan ekonomi lokal. Dengan demikian, konservasi penyu di Nagari Amping Parak menjadi contoh nyata bagaimana partisipasi masyarakat dapat menciptakan keberlanjutan lingkungan sekaligus manfaat sosial ekonomi.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the actors involved in the scope of business capital loans and to analyze PT's strategies. Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) in preventing such conservation in Nagari Bahoras, Gunung Tuleh District, West Pasaman Regency. The theoretical framework used is Anderson's (1979) public policy theory. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach, using data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. This study involved 13 informants selected by purposive sampling. The findings indicate that actors who misused the loan funds included farmers, traders, and homemakers. The funds were diverted to non-productive uses, such as household expenses, debt repayment, children's education, and consumption—prevention strategies implemented by PT. PNM includes tightening loan SOPs, assessing business feasibility, increasing supervision, and imposing sanctions on clients who misuse loans. However, the implementation of these strategies remains suboptimal due to weak monitoring and inconsistent enforcement of sanctions.

Abstract

This study examines the socioeconomic transformation of the community in Jorong Tanjuang Bungo, Nagari Ganggo Hilia, Bonjol District, Pasaman Regency, which shifted its main livelihood from agriculture to small-scale gold mining. The transition was driven by volatile agricultural incomes and the economic appeal of gold mining, which promised higher and faster returns. The research aims to describe and analyze changes in the community's social and economic conditions before and after the shift to mining. Using a qualitative descriptive approach grounded in Marvin Harris's Cultural Materialism theory, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation with ten purposively selected informants, including local leaders and miners. The findings reveal that, before mining, the community lived modestly, with low incomes, limited education, and strong collective farming practices. After entering the mining sector, household income increased significantly, and families began investing in housing and education. However, social relations weakened, work systems became hierarchical, and lifestyles shifted toward material consumption. The study concludes that the transition to gold mining improved economic welfare but also reshaped social structures and cultural values. Consistent with Harris's framework, the change in economic infrastructure led to transformations in social structure and cultural superstructure, reflecting a shift from agrarian subsistence values to extractive and consumption-oriented ones.
