Abstract

Green business has become a significant issue due to the environmental crisis and increasing consumption that lacks sustainability awareness. Implementing green business for housewives in Sumur Dalam Village, most of whom are unemployed, is crucial to promote a green economy and enhance creativity in producing marketable products. This community service activity aims to increase understanding of green business models among housewives in Sumur Dalam Village, enabling them to build businesses that contribute to the environment and improve family income. The partners in this activity are 20-30 housewives aged 20-35 years who are unemployed, encouraging entrepreneurship. The implementation method consists of preparation, execution, and evaluation. The expected result of this activity is to enhance the creativity and understanding of housewives regarding green business.

Abstract

Desa Pesisir merupakan salah satu desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Besuki sebagai penghasil kerupuk terbanyak se Kecamatan Besuki Kabupaten Situbondo. Diketahui jumlah produsen kerupuk yang tergolong dalam Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) sebanyak 20 usaha dengan produksi kerupuk yang sama yaitu kerupuk ikan. Dalam kegiatan produksinya dengan banyaknya pesaing, tidak terlepas dengan adanya penerapan etika bisnis berkarakteristik Pancasila yang dianut sebagai ideologi bangsa Indonesia dengan tujuan terciptanya ekonomi yang adil dan masyarakat yang makmur. Sesuai dengan rumusan masalah yang disusun tujuan dari pelaksanaan ini adalah untuk mengetahui integrasi etika bisnis bermuatan Pancasila pada UMKM produksi kerupuk di Desa Pesisir. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan dengan menggunakan triangulasi sebagai teknik analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan UMKM produksi kerupuk di Desa Pesisir melakukan kegiatan produksi, pemasaran, serta perekrutan tenaga kerja dan penguapahannya dengan menanamkan nilai lima sila yang terkandung dalam Pancasila sebagai acuan dalam penerapan etika bisnis Sehingga mampu menciptakan iklim kerja yang harmonis dan memaksimalkan tingkat kepuasan konsumen terhadap produksi kerupuk di daerah tersebut.

Abstract

QRIS users in Indonesia have increased every year, which in its implementation is not only applied to traders or MSMEs, but students as consumers can also use QRIS as a payment method, one of which is at Nurul Jadid University. This study aims to determine the effect of social conditions and benefits on interest in using QRIS as a cashless society for Nurul Jadid University students. This type of research uses quantitative research methods with an associative approach. The population in this study were active students of Nurul Jadid University. Determination of the sample using probability sampling technique with 350 respondents. Data collection techniques used observation and questionnaires. This study uses data analysis techniques in the form of validity tests, reliability tests, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing in the form of t tests and F tests.The results showed that (1) The social condition variable has a positive and partially significant effect on interest in using QRIS thitung (27,128) > ttabel (1,967) signifikan <0,001 . (2) The benefit variable has a partially positive and significant effect on interest in using QRIS thitung (27,128) > ttabel (1,967) signifikan <0,001. (3) Social condition variables and benefits have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on interest in using QRIS Fhitung (550,757) > Ftabel (3,02) signifikan < 0,05.

Abstract

Indirect tobacco prices influence the consumption patterns of tobacco farming families in Sukorejo Village. The aim of this research is to better understand the indirect impact of tobacco prices on people's purchasing decisions and how this influences the consumption patterns of tobacco farming families. This research uses a qualitative approach with researchers conducting direct interviews and documentation as instruments. The population studied were tobacco farmers in Sukorejo Village, Kotaanyar District. The results of the interviews show that: (1) Indirect tobacco prices influence the consumption patterns of tobacco farming families in Sukorejo Village. (2) Tobacco farming is able to meet the economic needs of farming families. (3) the income from tobacco farming in Sukorejo Village is very good. The conclusion is that indirect tobacco prices influence the consumption patterns of tobacco farming families in Sukorejo Village and also the income from tobacco farming can meet the needs of their families during one harvest, but farmers also seek additional income through other jobs such as construction workers, animal husbandry, and home businesses such as selling meatballs, cilok , and so forth.

Abstract

Mayoritas masyarakat desa Sumur Dalam Kecamatan Besuk Kabupaten Probolinggo tersebut bermata pencaharan sebagai pelaku home industri kasur kapuk. Kapuk randu merupakan bahan dasar produksi kasur kapuk di Desa. Seiring berkembangnya jaman peminat kasur kapuk mulai tergeser dengan kasur spon atau springbed. Hal tersebut mempengaruhi pendapatan pelaku home industri kasur kapuk randu. Oleh sebab itu dibutuhkan pelatihan maupun edukasi yang berdampak dalam peningkatan pendapatan para produsen kasur kapuk yaitu dengan diversifikasi produk berbahan dasar kapuk randu. Sasaran masyarakat yang mengikuti kegiatan ini adalah pelaku home industri kasur kapuk yang tergabung dalam anggota PKK desa Sumur Dalam Kecamatan Besuk kabupaten Probolinggo. Metode dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini ada 3 tahapan yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat membantu masyarakat desa sumur dalam membangun kretifitas dalam menciptakan produk baru berbahan dasar kapuk randu dalam meningkatkan pendapatan di tengah menurunnya permintaan masyarakat terhadap kasur kapuk yang selama ini menjadi sumber pendapat utama masyarakat sekitar.

Abstract

The journey of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises since 2008 has experienced ups and downs regarding their role and function in the sustainability of the economic system in Indonesia. As the main foundation that supports the Indonesian economy, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are required to be more independent by developing human resources, developing product varieties and marketing systems, as is done by the F-Ros Collection sewing house which operates in the service sector. The role of bureaucratic policy that handles the problems of Small and Medium Enterprises is that of the Cooperation and Trade Department as a forum for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises actors to develop and facilitate the existence and sustainability of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. However, in practice there are often problems between existing policies and their proper roles. This is often inversely proportional to the minimal budget allocated for developing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. Therefore, there are still many disparities which are a problem for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises actors in getting attention from the appointed bureaucracy. The uneven implementation of existing work programs will have a less than optimal impact on the performance and role of the bureaucracy. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises actors need to be aware of these things in order to be independent and always think positively about the cooperative, industry and trade services because this institution only implements work programs from the regional government.

Abstract

Car Free Day is an initiative by the Indonesian government to reduce air pollution and promote environmentally friendly practices. In Kraksaan City, this program not only supports local SMEs by providing selling opportunities but also attracts significant public participation. This study aimed to assess the awareness level of Car Free Day visitors regarding green consumption and to identify barriers to adopting environmentally friendly consumer behavior. Using qualitative methods and descriptive research design, data were gathered through observation, interviews, and documentation. Results indicate that both visitors and participating SMEs lack understanding of green consumption principles. Many continue to consume and utilize non-environmentally friendly products, particularly in food packaging and transport choices. This study highlights the need for targeted education and policy measures to encourage sustainable consumption patterns during public events like Car Free Day.

Abstract

The implementation of green economy principles in duck farming aims to enhance sustainable productivity, minimize environmental degradation, and improve the economic well-being of rural communities. This study seeks to explore how sustainable agricultural practices are applied through a green economy approach at the community level. Employing a qualitative method, the research investigates the social context, meanings, and community interpretations of environmentally friendly farming systems. The findings reveal that the transition toward sustainable agriculture can be achieved through community-based initiatives, local innovations, and the use of organic resources. Efforts led by Mudzakkir and the Aspekpro farming community demonstrate that agricultural productivity does not necessarily rely on chemical fertilizers. Instead, the production of organic fertilizer from agricultural waste and livestock manure has significantly improved soil health and crop yields. Nevertheless, several challenges persist, including limited access to technical knowledge, the absence of mid-scale production equipment, and a lack of policy support for organic fertilizer development. On the positive side, environmental awareness, strong community leadership, and a culture of mutual cooperation serve as essential driving forces that reinforce the green economy approach. This study contributes to the broader discourse on sustainable agricultural development by offering a practical illustration of how grassroots participation can foster ecologically sound and socially inclusive farming systems

Abstract

Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis pendekatan lapangan atau field research. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini untuk mengetahui penerapan green economy dan juga menganalisis faktor penghambat dalam penerapan green economy pada home industry keripik singkong di Desa Petunjungan, Kecamatan Paiton. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan green economy pada home industry keripik singkong masih belum sepenuhnya diterapkan. Home industry keripik singkong menerapkan prinsip pertumbuhan yang berkelanjutan, serta sedikit menerapkan prinsip inovasi dan teknologi bersih. Memastikan adanya ketersediaan singkong di pasar dan penggunaan rasa bawang putih menunjukkan adanya penerapan green economy pada home industry ini. Dibalik ini semua, masih banyak terdapat proses produksi keripik singkong yang bertentangan dengan prinsip green economy. Diperparah dengan faktor penghambat yaitu rendahnya tingkat pendidikan pemilik home industry, ketidakmampuan memanfaatkan teknologi (smartphone), dan kurangnya dukungan pemerintah. Ini membuat home industry keripik singkong kesulitan dalam menerapkan prinsip green economy guna melestarikan lingkungan hidup. Untuk mencapai ekonomi berkelanjutan, home industry keripik singkong perlu menggunakan teknologi yang ada untuk memperluas pengetahuan khususnya terkait green economy, serta pemerintah perlu terlibat di dalamnya guna memastikan penerapan green economy pada home industry diterapkan dengan baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan media sosial TikTok sebagai sarana promosi digital terhadap peningkatan penjualan produk fashion. Studi dilakukan pada Toko Baju Adzkiya Maron yang merupakan salah satu UMKM lokal yang aktif menggunakan platform TikTok. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 109 responden dipilih melalui teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner berbasis skala Likert 4 poin. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan TikTok (X1) dan strategi promosi online (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan penjualan (Y). Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa fitur-fitur TikTok seperti live streaming, penggunaan hashtag populer, dan kolaborasi dengan influencer sangat efektif dalam meningkatkan daya tarik konsumen dan mendorong keputusan pembelian. Kontribusi kedua variabel bebas terhadap penjualan mencapai lebih dari 50%, yang menunjukkan kekuatan TikTok sebagai media promosi yang relevan untuk UMKM masa kini.
