Abstract

Regional General Hospital Dr. Zainoel Abidin (RSUDZA) is one of the public service installations that provide direct health services to the community, especially outpatient and inpatient services. RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin has implemented a package payment system (INA-CBGs) since January 2014. One of the management elements of implementing this system is planning. Planning (planning) is a process that is very important of all other management functions, which specifically includes the actions to be carried out in order to achieve goals. This study uses a mixed method that uses a combination of descriptive quantitative research and qualitative research with a phenomenological approach through in-depth interviews with informants (in-depth interview). The data used to assess the effectiveness of implementing package payment systems (INA-CBGs) is secondary data taken from hospital medical records. The statistical results assess the frequency distribution by comparing the effectiveness before and after the implementation of the package payment system (INA-CBGs) at RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. The results showed the INA-CBG system was more effective than the Fee for Service (FFS) payment system. The results of this study indicate an increase in efficiency based on service indicators before / after the application of the INA-CBG system, namely (BOR: 75% / 72%, AvLOS: 5 days / 4 days, TOI: 2 days / 1 day, BTO: 46 times / 58 times, GDR: 6 per 1000 patients with discharge / 27 per 1000 patients with discharge, and NDR: 8 per 1000/21 per 1000). It can be concluded that the planning process (planning) of the implementation of the package payment system (INA-CBGs) which has been implemented well by the RSUD Dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh, including the provision of adequate Human Resources (HR), provision of adequate facilities (infrastructure and facilities), the process of formulating and forming strategies and the process of preparing the budget. The implication of implementing this system has been to be able to increase the efficiency of hospital service performance.

The instrument uses a Likert scale. Analysis of the data used is associative test using Chi-Square and multivariate test using Binner Logistic Regression to find the most dominant factor influencingrelationship with individual, psychological and organizational factors with continuous evaluation of the performance of the nurse's professional practice, with the help of a computer program. The results of the study with the Chi-Square correlation test showed that aand the relationship between the level of education, leadership and supervision with evaluationcontinuous performance of the nurse's professional practice, and there is no relationship between age, gender, employment status, years of service, income, perception and motivation with evaluationthe performance of the continuous professional practice of nurses, while the multivariate test showedthat nurses with a Nurse, Masters in Nursing and Nurse Sp 1 Nursing education have an evaluation valuecontinuous performance of the nurse's professional practicebetter than nurses with a Diploma III nursing education level, which is 0.5 times and based on the analysis, it was found that there was a significant relationship between education level and evaluation.continuous performance of the nurse's professional practice and leadership

Retention of patients as hospital customers is very important for agencies that provide services, in this case hospitals, but is often neglected. Several studies have stated that patient retention can be improved with the existence of a marketing mix by the hospital management. This type of research is observational using a cross sectional design. The population in this study included inpatients at Datu Beru Takengon Hospital where the sample size was determined by the Slovin equation and 113 people were selected. Statistical analysis used was logistic regression. The results showed that there was an effect of the dimensions of the product (product), place (place), health workers (people) and the service process (process) on patient retention in RSUD Datu Beru Takengon (p≤0.05). There is no influence of the dimensions of promotion (promotion) and physical appearance (physical) on patient retention in RSUD Datu Beru Takengon (p>0.05). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the most dominant factor in patient retention at RSUD Datu Beru Takengon is the service process

Abstract

Low awareness of students about PHBS allows for a lack of knowledge obtained by students due to the lack of information obtained. Therefore, health education is important to be encouraged. One strategy that can be used in providing health education to students is peer education. To determine and analyze the effect of peer education on the scope of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior in students. The type of research used in this study is quasi-experimental, with a pretest-posttest control group design. Data analysis using variate and bivariate tests. The subjects of this study were students of Class VII-A and Class VII-B of SMP Negeri 3 Kutacane in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. The research instrument used was a test sheet. The results of the Mann-Whitney test showed a significant increase in students' understanding of each indicator including PHBS, except for the indicator of not smoking, although there was an increase but it was not statistically significant. This can be seen based on the average value of the experimental class at the time of the posttest which was greater when compared to the pretest, with a value of p = <0.05, while for the non-smoking indicator the value of p => 0.05. These results indicate the influence of health education with the peer education method on the understanding of the scope of PHBS in experimental class students. Peer Education is able to improve students' understanding of the scope of PHBS better, compared to students who do not receive peer education intervention.
