Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategy for disseminating government websites by the Communication and Information Service in Solok City. The research type is a qualitative descriptive approach. The type of source used is primary data sources. This researcher used data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants used in the study were 13 people. The results show that the Communication and Information Service of Solok City utilizes its official website as the primary medium to convey information to the public quickly, transparently, and accessible at any time. This is in line with the spirit of public information transparency and the digitalization of government services. The information dissemination strategy implemented by the Communication and Information Service of Solok City through the official government website has been quite effective in conveying public information. However, it still needs to be strengthened in terms of human resources, collaboration between regional government agencies (OPD), and promotional efforts so that the website becomes the primary source of information accessed by the public. The public generally responded positively to the existence of the official website. However, the level of visits is still not optimal because some people are more active on social media than accessing the website.

Abstract

Despite their vital role in community empowerment, many cooperatives encounter challenges arising from low levels of member participation and inadequate financial literacy. These issues often hinder the effectiveness and sustainability of cooperative operations. As such, the purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the Influence of Member Participation and Financial Literacy on Cooperative Development at the Ibu Mandiri Berprestasi Cooperative, Palangki Village, Sijunjung Regency. This quantitative study involved a population consisting of 48 cooperative members. The study employed a total sampling approach for participant selection and collected data through questionnaires. The finding showed that Member Participation (X1) significantly influences Cooperative Development. Similarly, Financial Literacy (X2) demonstrated a significant impact on Cooperative Development. The F-test results indicated that both Member Participation and Financial Literacy collectively influence Cooperative Development in a statistically significant manner. The findings emphasize the need to increase member participation as well as financial literacy in order to reinforce cooperative development and guarantee durability.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Tanggungjawab dan Ketelitian Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Bank Mandiri Cabang Solok. Jenis penelitian menggunakan deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah primer melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara total sampling, dengan jumlah sampel 38 orang. Hasil penelitian  menunjukkan  secara parsial tanggungjawab berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t  tabel yaitu 5,096 > 2,02809, dan nilai signifikannya 0,000 < 0,05 dan ketelitian kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan nilai t hitungnya juga lebih besar dari t   tabel yaitu 2,515 > 2,02809 dan nilai signifikasinya 0,017 < 0,05. Berdasarkan dari uji F diperoleh nilai Fhitung sebesar 53,744 dan nilai Ftabel sebesar 3,26.  Hal ini menyatakan bahwa secara bersamaan atau simultan tanggunjawab dan ketelitian kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan di Bank Mandiri Cabang Solok
