Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the implementation of employee performance from compensation factors and work productivity with a sample of 63 respondents who were studied using quantitative methods. Based on the results of statistical analysis, it can be interpreted that compensation partially has a significant effect on employee performance, this is proven by the t test with a significant value of 2,000 > 2.30 in the significance level value, 0.000 < 2,000. So it can be interpreted that the development of compensation has a significant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of statistical analysis, it can be concluded that Work Productivity partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance. This is proven by the t test with a significant value of 2,301 > 2,000 and a significance level value of 0.025 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that Performance has a significant effect on Work Productivity. So it can be concluded that, Compensation and Work Productivity have a significant effect. This can be proven, so it can be concluded that Work Productivity was carried out using the f test with a calculated f significant value of 3.15 and 35.152 with the resulting significant value of 0.00. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pertumbuhan perusahaan, kebijakan hutang dan ukuran perusahaaan terhadap kebijakan deviden pada perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor otomotif dankomponen periode 2018-2021. Pendekatan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 13 perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor otomotif dan komponen yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2021. Teknik pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan dihasilkan sampel sebanyak 10 perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor otomotif dan komponen yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2021. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan softward SPSS versi 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel pertumbuhan perusahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kebijakan deviden, variabel kebijakan hutang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kebijakan deviden, variabel ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kebijakan deviden. Secara simultan, seluruh variabel bebas (pertumbuhan perusahaan, kebijakan hutang dan ukuran perusahaan) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kebijakan deviden.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the One Stop Service Office in Sawahlunto City. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of work discipline and the public service system on the satisfaction of service users. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using SPSS 22. In this study, the population of people who carry out public services at the One-Stop Service in Sawahlunto City is 34 people. By using accidental sampling, a sample of 34 people was obtained. The data collection technique used is by using a questionnaire or questionnaire. Based on multiple linear regression analysis of work discipline and public service system variables on community satisfaction, Y = 1.257 + 0.745 X1 + 0.0377 X2 + e. From the t-test conducted, it was found that work discipline variable X1 had a significant effect on community satisfaction with a variable value of 3.407 > 2.039 and a significance level value of 0.002 <0.05. Variable X2 public service system has an influence on community satisfaction with a variable value (2.119 > 2.039) and a significance level value of 0.002 <0.05. Judging from the f test conducted, it was found that work discipline and public service systems have a simultaneous effect on community satisfaction, that fcount > ftable (15,034 > 3.29), with a significance probability of 0.000 <0.05. This can be seen from the R Square value of 0.492 or 49.2% and the rest is influenced by other variables not included in this study of 50.8%.

Abstract

Untuk menunjang perkembangan sebuah usaha, kualitas dari sumber daya manusia yang baik akan berguna dalam membentuk karakter individu yang memiliki kemampuan dan motivasi dalam menjalankan aktifitas dari usaha yang dijalani. Serta, seorang pengusaha dituntut untuk selalu melakukan inovasi pada produknya. Hal ini berfungsi sebagai bagian dari strategi pemasaran untuk menarik banyak pelanggan sehingga akan dapat bertahan ditengah perkembangan dunia usaha pada masa kini. Tujuan diadakan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas sumber daya manusia dan inovasi produk terhadap perkembangan UMKM di Kota Solok. Penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam jenis penelitian kausalitas. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang diisi oleh responden. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di 22 UMKM industri kerupuk dan sejenisnya yang ada di Kota Solok yang berjumlah 95 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan total sampling. Sehingga, jumlah sampel yang akan digunakan berjumlah 95 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji instrumen penelitian, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah kualitas sumber daya manusia serta inovasi produk berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap perkembangan UMKM. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of debt and inflation on the profitability of plantation sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2023.  Using a sample of 60 data from 12 plantation subsector organizations, the methodology used is quantitative and uses a data approach. correlation. Descriptive statistical tests, multiple linear regression tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis tests were used for data analysis, while literature reviews and documentation were used for data collection. The research results show that the inflation variable (X1) has a partial influence on the profit margin (Y) as indicated by the t value of -3.119 which is greater than t table 2.002 and the Sig value of 0.003 which is less than 0.05. Apart from that, the Debt variable (X2) has an influence on Profit Margin (Y) with a Sig value of 0.010 which is smaller than 0.05 and a t-count value of 2.671 which is greater than t-table 2.002. Profit Margin (Y) is influenced simultaneously by inflation (X1) and debt (X2), with a calculated f value of 21.807 greater than f table 3.16 and a Sig value of 0.000 less than 0.05. In the plantation subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, the combined influence of debt variables (X2) and inflation (X1) on profit margins (Y) is 43.3%.

Abstract

Background By knowing the influence of organizational culture and leadership style, the nagari government can take strategic steps in managing these two factors to create a conducive work environment and encourage positive work behavior from nagari officials. Purpose The purpose of this research is to determine the contribution of organizational culture and leadership to improving work behavior in the Nagari IX Koto Sungai Lasi apparatus. Design/method/approach The research method used was survey with total population was 40 respondents, the data collection method used a questionnaire. Results The results of the coefficient of determination obtained a value of 0.329, that the contribution between the variables Organizational Culture and Leadership Style was 0.329 or 32.9% and influenced by other variables was 67.1%. The t-calculated result of Organizational Culture 0.753 > 2.024 has an influence and is not significant on the Work Behavior. The t-calculated results of Leadership Style < 3.699 < 2.024 have an influence and significance on the Work Behavior and the results of the f test are 9.072 > ftable 3.24 with a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05. The large fcount value of the ftable value and the significant value is smaller than 0.05 indicates that Organizational Culture and Leadership Style simultaneously or together have a significant and significant influence on the Work Behavior. Contribution/value This study concludes that organizational culture dan leadership is a key factor in the successful of work behavior.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Dampak Karakteristik Kewirausahaan (X1) dan Kreativitas (X2), menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variabel independen mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel dependen Kinerja UMKM (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan data primer populasi 974 orang, dengan menggunakan rumus purposive sampling, mendapatkan sampel sebanyak 30 orang yaitu pelaku UMKM dengan karakteristik industri pengolahan yang ada di Kota Solok. Teknik analisis regresi berganda linier menunjukkan bahwa variabel Karakteristik Kewirausahaan (X1) dan Kreativitas (X2) berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja UMKM (Y). Persamaan regresi linier berganda yang diperoleh adalah Y =+ e. Koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen (X1 dan X2) memiliki pengaruh sebesar 84,6% terhadap variabel dependen (Y), sedangkan 15,4% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain tidak termasuk dalam penelitian. Uji t variabel Karakteristik Kewirausahaan (X1) dan Kreativitas (X2) menunjukkan bahwa keduanya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja UMKM (Y) dengan f hitung f tabel . Dari uji f, Karakteristik Kewirausahaan (X1) Kreativitas (X2) secara simultan atau bersama-sama berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen, yaitu Kinerja UMKM (Y), nilai f hitung f tabel (73,953 3,35) dan tingkat signifikansi yang lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,000 0,05).Kata kunci : Karakteristik Kewirausahaan, Kreativitas, Kinerja UMKM

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of gas station digitalization and service quality on customer satisfaction. Primary data were taken from respondents of gas station 13,264,518 Koto Gadang Guguk, Solok Regency. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive research. The results of the study indicate that gas station digitalization has an effect on customer satisfaction with a t-value of 5.522 (i.e. > 1.98761) and a significant probability value of 0.000 (i.e. <0.05). Service quality also has an effect on customer satisfaction with a t-value of 3.063 and a significant probability value of 0.003. The gas station digitalization variable and the service quality variable simultaneously have an effect on customer satisfaction with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.529 or 52.9%, while the remaining 47.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study such as motivation, leadership, workload and others.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Contribution of Work Discipline and Quality of Work Relations to Employee Satisfaction at the Solok City Population and Civil Registration Office with a sample of 32 respondents who were researched using a quantitative method. Based on the results of statistical analysis, it can be interpreted that Employment Relations partially have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction, this is evidenced by the t-test with a significant value of 3.657 > 2.045 in the value of the significance level, 0.001 < 0.05. So it can be interpreted that Employment Relations have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Based on the results of statistical analysis, it can be concluded that Work Discipline partially has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction at the Solok City Population and Civil Registration Office. This is evidenced by the T test with a significant value of 4.716 > t table 2.045 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that Work Discipline has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Simultaneously, Labor Relations and Work Discipline have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction at the Solok City Population and Civil Registration Office. This is evidenced by using the F test with a significant value  of 41.337 > 3.33 and a significant value of 0.000 and this value is much smaller than a (0.05). This can also be seen from the R Square value obtained at 0.740 or 74% and the remaining 26% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this study

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas petani strawberry lokal di Landia Farm, Kabupaten Agam, Sumatera Barat, dalam membangun branding produk yang kuat guna meningkatkan daya saing di pasar lokal maupun global. Melalui pendekatan partisipatif berbasis masyarakat, kegiatan ini melibatkan pelatihan, praktik, dan pendampingan intensif terkait strategi branding, desain kemasan, diversifikasi produk, dan pemasaran digital. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta mampu meningkatkan pemahaman tentang pentingnya branding, menghasilkan desain kemasan yang menarik, dan mengoptimalkan media sosial untuk promosi. Implementasi strategi branding yang diajarkan terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan penjualan, pendapatan, dan nilai tambah produk strawberry lokal. Selain dampak ekonomi, kegiatan ini juga meningkatkan keterampilan sosial dan kepercayaan diri peserta dalam memasarkan produk mereka. Keberhasilan PKM ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan branding produk lokal sebagai strategi untuk mendukung perekonomian lokal dan membangun kemandirian komunitas, yang dapat dijadikan model bagi pengembangan masyarakat di daerah lain.
