Abstract

Learning to write personal experiences is a skill in Indonesian language subjects, however in Class V at SDN Kebun Jeruk 06 learning to write personal experiences has not achieved what is expected in writing personal experiences. The aim of this research is to describe the aspects of unity, coherence and completeness of composing paragraphs in writing experience stories for Class V students. Qualitative descriptive research method with concept or content analysis. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques for drawing percentage conclusions. Based on the results of the researcher's data, two students who experienced difficulties, namely ALY, who experienced difficulty in creating aspects of completeness so that these aspects were not fulfilled in the next paragraph, GFR students experienced difficulties in determining aspects of unity so that GFR created two aspects of cohesion in one paragraph. Based on the results of this research, fifth grade students at SDN Kebon Jeruk 06 are able to compose paragraphs to write experience stories, in terms of aspects of paragraph creation, students are able to differentiate the types of aspects that make up paragraphs, the experience stories created by students are easy to understand to read, based on The percentage explained above shows that class V students at SDN Kebon Jeruk 06 got a score above 70%, which indicates that the student got a good predicate (B) and was able to compose paragraphs in writing experience stories.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the decline in the application of cultural values of elementary school students. This study aims to analyze the cultural values of elementary school students on the Dongeng Kita YouTube channel and describe the implications of Indonesian language teaching materials on the Dongeng Kita YouTube channel in elementary schools. This type of research is qualitative with a content analysis method. This data was obtained through folklore videos on the Dongeng Kita YouTube channel and the results of the analysis of cultural values on the Dongeng Kita YouTube channel as implications of Indonesian language teaching materials in elementary schools. The data analysis of this study used the Milles and Huberman model. The results obtained from this study were that the cultural values contained on the Dongeng Kita YouTube channel include: 1) cultural values of human relations with God found two criteria, namely, piety and prayer, 2) human relations with nature found the use of natural resources to meet their daily needs, 3) human relations with society in the form of deliberation, 4) human relations with others include politeness, mutual assistance, compassion, and keeping promises and 5) human relations with themselves, namely self-confidence, patience, and hard work. The implications of the teaching materials used on the Dongeng Kita YouTube channel can be useful in the use of appropriate, enjoyable, efficient teaching materials, supporting the teaching and learning process in the classroom and helping to instill and develop students' character through the habits of the characters contained in the folk tales on the Dongeng Kita channel.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, technological advances provide great opportunities to utilize audiovisual media as effective teaching materials. The YouTube channel "Riri Sekolah Anak Interactive," produced by Educa Studio, offers interactive animated content that combines entertainment with character education values. This research aims to identify the character education values contained in the channel's content and describe its role in supporting student character formation. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach using content analysis data collection techniques, in the form of observation and documentation. Checking the validity of this research data uses source triangulation. Data were analyzed through the steps of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the religious character aspect has 6 points, honesty has 8 points, tolerance has 3 points, discipline has 5 points, working hard has 7 points, creativity has 2 points, independence has 4 points, democratic sense has 1 point, curiosity has 2 points, national spirit has 2 points. , love of the country 2 values, respect for achievements 3 values, communicative 5 values, love of peace 3 values, care for the environment 2 values, care for the social environment 6 values, responsibility 8 values. The obstacles in this research are limited teaching materials, not all classes are facilitated with projectors to increase the use of audio-visual media.

Abstract

Ketidakoptimalan dalam menerapkan pembelajaran digital berdampak pada kurangnya antusiasme dan semangat peserta didik dalam mengikuti proses belajar. Dalam rangka memperbaiki hal tersebut, sebuah proyek pengabdian masyarakat telah dilakukan di SMKN 12 Kabupaten Tangerang dengan tujuan meningkatkan literasi digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan tatap muka dengan pendekatan Partisipatory Action Research (PAR), yang menggabungkan riset dengan tindakan partisipatif. Proyek ini berhasil memberikan pelatihan tentang penggunaan aplikasi Samwell Essay serta memberikan pemahaman akan pentingnya literasi digital. Dampak dari proyek ini adalah kemampuan guru dan siswa dalam menggunakan aplikasi Samwell Essay untuk pembelajaran menulis. Diharapkan, hal ini akan memfasilitasi penerapan literasi digital di sekolah dan meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di kelas.

Abstract

This community service program is aimed at implementing a digital-based psycholinguistic approach to enhance the social and emotional competence of orphaned children at the Yayasan Yatim Geser Ya Poris Gaga, Tangerang. The program utilizes digital psycholinguistic media, which includes educational videos, reflective quizzes, and narrative-based exercises. The methodology employed in the program consists of five phases: socialization, training, digital media implementation, mentoring, and evaluation. The evaluation results indicate that the program successfully increased the social-emotional skills of the children by 20–25%, with active participation exceeding 80% in digital-based activities. Furthermore, the program also enhanced the caregivers' ability to utilize technology for the psychosocial development of the orphaned children. In conclusion, the implementation of a digital-based psycholinguistic approach has proven to be effective in improving the social and emotional competence of orphaned children, while also strengthening the caregivers' capacity to conduct psychosocial mentoring. This program offers an alternative technology-based empowerment model that can be adapted by other social institutions to support the psychosocial development of children facing similar challenges. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan pendekatan psikolinguistik berbasis digital dalam meningkatkan kompetensi sosial dan emosional anak yatim di Yayasan Yatim Geser Ya Poris Gaga, Kota Tangerang dalam memanfaatkan media psikolinguistik berbasis digital yang meliputi video edukatif, kuis reflektif, serta latihan berbasis narasi. Metode yang diterapkan dalam pelaksanaan program terdiri dari lima tahapan, yakni sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan media Psikolinguistik digital, pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa program ini berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan sosial-emosional anak sebesar 20–25%, dengan partisipasi aktif yang melebihi 80% dalam kegiatan berbasis digital. Selain itu, program ini juga meningkatkan kemampuan pengasuh dalam menggunakan teknologi untuk pembinaan psikososial anak-anak yatim. Kesimpulannya, penerapan pendekatan psikolinguistik berbasis digital terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi sosial dan emosional anak yatim, sekaligus memperkuat kapasitas pengasuh dalam melaksanakan pembinaan psikososial. Program ini menawarkan model alternatif pemberdayaan berbasis teknologi yang dapat diadaptasi oleh lembaga-lembaga sosial lainnya dalam rangka mendukung perkembangan psikososial anak-anak yang menghadapi tantangan serupa.

Abstract

First-grade elementary students still experience difficulties in writing letters, such as recognizing and distinguishing similar letter shapes, copying letters according to stroke direction, and using capital letters correctly. This problem is worsened by conventional and monotonous teaching methods that make students quickly feel bored. This study aims to analyze letter writing ability using sound picture books in first-grade students at SDN Periuk 1 Tangerang City.The research used a qualitative approach with a case study method. The research subjects were a first-grade teacher and nine students. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that sound picture books effectively help students recognize and write letters. This media combines visual and audio elements that help students associate letter shapes with their sounds. Teachers play an important role in guiding students to copy letters by providing examples and direct corrections. Students stated that this media makes learning easier and more enjoyable because they can see letter shapes while hearing their sounds. Sound picture books create an interactive and multisensory learning atmosphere, increasing student focus and enthusiasm. This media supports diverse visual and auditory learning styles, making it easier for students to understand and remember letters. This research provides practical contributions for teachers in selecting innovative learning media to improve letter writing skills of early-grade students in accordance with the Merdeka Belajar concept.

Abstract

Kesalahan penulisan huruf kapital sering sekali terjadi pada tulisan siswa, penulisan huruf kapital dalam tulisan perlu dipahami oleh setiap pemakai bahasa. Pada cerpen hasil karya siswa kelas V SDN Penjaringan 10 Pagi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan karena masih ditemukan adanya siswa yang mengalami kesulitan dalam penggunaan huruf kapital yang tepat sesuai dengan kaidah penulisan EYD V. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis isi. Subyek pada penelitian ini melibatkan siswa kelas V sebanyak 31 siswa yang menulis cerpen hasil karyanya sendiri. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian ini akan dianalisis sesuai dengan masing-masing kode kesalahan dan kemudian dideskripsikan. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini, bahwasannya ditemukan kesalahan penulisan yang dilakukan siswa yang meliputi: 1) Kesalahan penulisan huruf kapital pada awa kata di kalimat cerpen, dengan persentase 53,8% kriteria Kurang, 2) Kesalahan penulisan huruf pertama unsur nama orang, julukan atau sapaan dengan persentase 18,4% kriteria Baik, 3) Kesalahan penulisan khas geografi dengan persentase 16,1% kriteria Baik, 4) Kesalahan penulisan pada judul cerpen dengan persentase 11,5% kriteria Baik, serta 5) Kesalahan penulisan nama Tuhan, hari, bulan, dan tahun dengan persentase 0% kriteria Sangat Baik. Kesalahan penulisan tersebut terjadi karena kurangnya motivasi belajar dan rasa ingin tahu siswa dalam pembelajaran huruf kapital yang baik dan benar sesuai ejaan bahasa Indonesia.
